Moms are familiar with the dreaded "sag" that comes after labor and breast-feeding. However, Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi isn't about to let her girls sag.

SnookiJersey Shore star Snooki is known for her fake persona. Well, she's not necessarily fake, but her makeup and hair certainly are .

And her hair and makeup aren't the only things she likes to keep artificial: The reality star and new mom told xoVain that she plans to get breast augmentation surgery to keep her breasts perky and round.

I've always wanted a boob job because I have big boobs, but when I take the bra off, they sag. I hate that," she told the site.

Friday's Fashion Fails: Snooki and Phoebe Price >>

However, it's not going to happen until she's finished having children with fiancé Jionni LaValle.

"Everyone's telling me to get them done after I have my kids," she continued. " So I’m going to pop 'em out and then get a boob job. I love Jenni's [JWoww] boobs, and I want boobs like that. And I think Jionni does too."

But that's the only surgery the pint-sized pickle lover is willing to have done to her body. She added that the worst part of pregnancy is the dreaded "mommy pouch" — or lower part of the stomach.

New mom Snooki offers Kate Middleton parenting advice >>

"It takes a while to get rid of the stretch marks, too. Stretch marks suck. They came the ninth month. I was like, really?! I thought I was free from them, but I wasn't," she continued.

But, what does Jionni think of a wife with breast implants?

"He loves boobs like Jenni's," she said.

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer in trouble

In an unusual move on Friday, LA judge James Dabney reprimanded New York lawyer Mark Heller over his lack of knowledge in California state law. Heller is representing Lindsay Lohan in her June 2012 car accident case.

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan's troubles in court keep mounting, and she wasn't even there to cause the trouble. This time, it was her lawyer who was reprimanded.

On Friday in a Los Angeles courtroom, Lohan's current lawyer, Mark Heller, found himself being lectured by Judge James Dabney over his lack of knowledge about California law. It all started over paperwork that Heller filed on Lohan's behalf saying that her case should be thrown out. He claimed that the police didn't inform the actress of her Miranda rights before questioning her in the June 2012 car accident.

However, in California, it isn't required by law to read the Miranda rights in a situation like Lohan's. Heller should have done his research on the state's laws before he filed the documents.

Charlie Sheen helps Lindsay Lohan again>>

Judge Dabney told Heller, "Somebody needs to come to assist you who has some experience in California law or procedure or Miss Lohan is going to have to come in here to waive her right to have attorneys who are competent in California law and procedure to go forward."

The gaffes kept coming when Heller then asked for a delay in the March 18 start date for the trial. The judge informed the New York lawyer that April 1 is a holiday in the state of California. It's Cesar Chavez Day, in honor of the noted civil rights advocate and labor leader, and the courts are closed.

Lindsay Lohan: Is it really all her own fault?>>

In her most recent court appearance in late January, Lohan was not too thrilled with her new lawyer. However, the Liz & Dick star had fired her longtime lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, and he refused to come back to the case even after Lohan changed her mind.

This drama will all play out in court in two and a half weeks. Let's hope Lohan is prepared to face the music because her freedom is now at stake.

Did Anne Hathaway have an Oscar-sized meltdown?

$

The backlash against newly minted Oscar winner Anne Hathaway continues. This time, it's about a reported meltdown during Oscar rehearsals once she found out Amanda Seyfried was going to wear a similar dress.

Anne Hathaway

Can't a gal just sit back, relax and enjoy her Oscar win? Apparently not, if your name is Anne Hathaway.

Since her Sunday win at the Dolby Theatre, the Les Misérables actress has been plagued with criticism about her acceptance speech, the last-minute dress switch fiasco and now a reported meltdown during Oscar rehearsals on Saturday.

US Weekly is exclusively reporting that the Oscar winner was very upset when she learned that her co-star Amanda Seyfried's Alexander McQueen gown was very similar to the custom-made Valentino that Hathaway planned to wear to the ceremony.

A source reported to US Weekly, "Anne was like 'WTF?!' She started throwing a fit!"

While the newlywed "never told Amanda she had to change the dress," it still bothered Seyfried, who left the rehearsal after the incident.

Hathway's uncertainty over the gown similarities spilled into Oscar Sunday, when her entire beauty team was left waiting in the wings for the final choice.

Another source for US Weekly said, "Anne made the fashion, makeup, hair and jewelry teams wait at her home for hours as she decided what to do about the dress debacle."

Perhaps nerves for the big night got the best of the star since she asked the entire team helping her get ready "for silence so she could rehearse her singing for the Les Mis tribute at the Oscars. It was a painfully long experience."

Anne Hathaway's nipples get their own Twitter account>>

Once Hathaway hit that red carpet, we all know what happened. Her dress received mixed reviews, and she even issued her own public apology to Valentino after their publicist had sent the media information on the dress she was supposed to wear on the red carpet.

The first source from US Weekly weighed in on the dress issue: "I kind of can't understand why Anne didn't wear the Valentino gown, anyway. She was the one winning the award, not Amanda. Who cares?"

Do you think Anne Hathaway should have worn the Valentino gown instead?

RHOBH reunion: Adrienne Maloof ditches the velvet couches

If you hoped the RHOBH reunion show would finally put to rest the Brandi Glanville and Adrienne Maloof drama, you'll be disappointed. Adrienne Maloof decided not to show for the Bravo taping.

The cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Fans of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are in for rude surprise come reunion time — Adrienne Maloof bailed on the end-of-season Housewives' chat with Andy Cohen.

TMZ reports Adrienne Maloof failed to appear at the RHOBH reunion taping citing legal reasons — a bit ironic given the show's "lawsuit" theme. Sources for TMZ say Adrienne was advised not to attend or participate in the RHOBH reunion show because Maloof and ex-husband Paul Nassif agreed not to discuss each other, their kids or the divorce as part of their settlement. Because clearly, those would be the only topics of conversation at the RHOBH reunion. Adrienne, Adrienne, Adrienne!

Adrienne Maloof reaches divorce settlement with Paul Nassif>>

TMZ reports Adrienne's lawyers advised her to skip the RHOBH reunion to avoid delving into such off-limit topics. Bravo was furious, likely since the drama over who filed a lawsuit against fellow housewife Brandi Glanville and how much money and power Adrienne Maloof has were a big part of the RHOBH season.

We want answers: Did Adrienne Maloof sue — or threaten to sue — Brandi Glanville because Glanville told the other housewives Maloof had lied about giving birth to her children? Now we suppose we'll never get to see the two verbally duke it out on those velvet couches.

Say good-bye to another RHOBH cast member>>

And big surprise: TMZ says Adrienne Maloof will not return to RHOBH next season. TMZ reports Maloof told Bravo the show "ruined" her life, but not because of the fame or drama from the other housewives. So, we're not really sure what "ruined" her life if it wasn't the cameras or fighting.

Tori Spelling bites back at divorce rumors

Tori Spelling usually lets tabloid rumors roll off her back, but this reality star turned into a mama bear when one mag went too far.

Tori Spelling

No one actually takes what Star magazine prints seriously, right? No sane adult, at least. However, a 5-year-old is another story, as Tori Spelling recently learned.

Normally, Spelling would let rumors that she is on the verge of divorce roll off her back — after all, she knows it's not true — but when her son freaked out when he read a tabloid headline at the grocery store, she said enough is enough.

Spelling explained her anger on her website, in an open letter to Star magazine.

Tori Spelling's insatiable lust caused unplanned pregnancy>>

"My son Liam is turning 6 in a couple weeks. His proudest achievement so far in his young life is that he is learning to read," Spelling wrote. "Until now, when that pride turned to sorrow thanks to Star magazine. He first spotted me on the cover, then Dad, and then a picture of himself and his 3 younger siblings. He was able to read two things out loud, the word DIVORCE and the caption above his picture which read 'Who will get the kids?' He became terrified."

"I had to hurry him and his confused 4-year-old sister Stella out of the grocery store and into our car. By the time he was fastening himself into his car seat he was asking, 'Why is someone getting us?? Where are you and Dad going?' He was anxiously biting his lower lip and his big blue eyes were filled with tears. My heart sank. How would I explain to my children that what these 3 writers who have never even met us but who claim to know the ins and outs of our relationship and have proudly put their names on this article are flat out writing lies?"

Stranded! Tori Spelling roadside with 4 kids and a pup>>

"It's the downside to this business but I've built up a pretty thick skin to the lies and trash talking at this point," she continued. "But my children are another story. Keep them out of it! I wonder if any of those 3 writers have children? How would they feel if their child had to read something so hurtful and confusing as what mine had to read? How do they sleep at night knowing they've potentially emotionally scarred and if nothing else terrified innocent children."

"Our children should never have to bear witness to lies and fabrications that affect their lives so that a media outlet can make money. That will always be wrong!" she finished.

Go get 'em, girl!

Backward running: Why you should be doing it

Woman at track

You've heard the phrase about women running backwards in high heels, right? Minus the heels perhaps, running in reverse isn't a joke after all.

Turn your back
on running

Backward running is not only a fun way to burn calories, it also offers strength and posture benefits that regular running doesn’t.

If you’ve seen those “crazy” people running backward at the track or on the treadmill at the gym, you may be wondering if it’s some newfangled way to work out. Believe it or not, reverse running is not new. It surfaced as an activity in its own right almost 40 years ago, when sports doctors began recommending the method to rehabilitate injured athletes.

Run backwards for efficient fitness

"Running in reverse motion is said to make you fitter than running forward."

According to Dr. Barry Bates, professor emeritus at the University of Oregon, backwards running is a more efficient way of moving compared with runners who run forward. The human performance expert has conducted research on backwards running that indicates that reverse runners need to move at only 80 percent of the speed of those who run in the conventional direction to get the same fitness benefits. A pioneer in the field of biomechanics and neuromuscular development, Dr. Bates says he stumbled upon retro running in Runner's World, which reported that many athletes use backward running to recover from injuries. "Athletes have used it as part of their training for years, but not as an exclusive activity. It is often used in combination with forward walking/running to create a better-balanced body," he says. Reverse running decreases the impact on your joints. So it's not surprising that it's often recommended for knee and back problems.

And there are hidden advantages to this novel approach. Running in reverse motion is said to make you fitter than running forward. Another backward-running expert, James Bamber, says reverse running benefits include strengthening your foot muscles and improving your posture.

In addition, the very nature of the backward movement targets your posterior muscles. Running in reverse is a great way to tone and strengthen your calves, hamstrings, glutes and back.

How to get started with reverse running

On the treadmill

Ready to get running in reverse? The best way to incorporate backward running into your workout program is by first walking backward. Janet S. Dufek, PhD, an associate professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, recommends reverse walking on a treadmill, where you can use the rails for support. “Try walking forward for five minutes and backward for two minutes, then repeat the pattern throughout your workout.”

As you get more comfortable with the movement, you can increase your speed from walking to running. Be warned that walking in reverse is much harder, so slow your pace by at least 50 percent. When increasing your backward running speed, increase your stride length before increasing your stride frequency.

On the track

If you want to become a reverse running enthusiast, experts like Garret Doherty advise practicing every day. Doherty suggests starting out walking or running short distances backward, switching to running forward and repeating for as long as you need until you're comfortable.

On the field, Doherty recommends that you run 50 meters backward and then do 50 meters forward. Repeat. You can increase this distance as you feel more confident.

Are there any downsides to reverse running?

Reverse running class

Other than the obvious fact that you can't see where you're going, there may be a bit of pain in the neck if you strain to look over your shoulder. "Safety is a critical issue with this sport,” Dr. Bates warns. “Find a good hard surface that you don't have to worry about and where you don't want to have to keep turning your head.”

He also advises running with a partner if you want to run in a public place such as a park. Hold hands and take turns, with one of you running/looking forward and the other running in reverse.

No matter which technique you use to practice running in reverse, you'll achieve your fitness goals faster. Bates says that physiologically, the demands of running 4 miles an hour backward are the same as running 5 miles per hour moving forward! So backward is onward and advancing.

What the heck is SXSW (aka South by Southwest)?

$

Staying in the know is tricky these days, especially when it comes to entertainment. It’s everywhere — cable TV, the internet, and events. How can anyone possible stay hip when it comes to knowing what all the cool kids know? You can’t. That’s why we’re here. Here’s what you need to know about SXSW…

SXSW

What the heck is it?

Good question. South by Southwest is a ginormous multi-media event held in one of the nation’s music capitals: Austin, Texas. Here is a breakdown of how the coolest festival in the country works:

Music

If you’re the kind of person who loves to listen to live music at breweries or in your city’s park, SXSW will make you think you’ve died and gone to that big stage in the sky. SXSW features all the incredibly talented bands that typically only super-cool people know about. Obscure and legendary acts meet in one place for a melting pot of the best music you’ll ever hear live. Stevie Nicks and Green Day will appear in the same venue as talented acts you’ve never heard of. Here’s a roster of who will perform at SXSW.

Film

For those who thought SXSW was only about music, you thought grievously wrong. If you ever wished you could go to Cannes or Sundance, the SXSW film festival is something you don’t want to miss. Here documentary and independent filmmakers come together to showcase their talents in one place. The film aspect of SXSW isn’t just a showcase — it’s a full-on competition and the lineup is extensive, and impressive. There are documentaries and narratives, and also “Visions” featuring “audacious” and “risk-taking” documentaries, “Midnighters” for the sexy, scary and provocative features and SXGlobal showcasing international works. Those are just a few of the many categories. Are you starting to get a feel for why this event is so cool?

Comedy

If your funny bone hasn’t been itched in a while, SXSW can cure that too. Before you get overwhelmed with all that SXSW has to offer, remember the festival runs from March 8–17, giving you lots of time to enjoy everything that's important to you. Like all the other categories, SXSW is bringing the country’s best comedic talent to the stage and is featuring a parody of The Bachelor-type dating shows. That’s some good clean fun right there.

Interactive

The rest of the event hosts categories like gaming, a trade show and “PhotoCamp.” SXSW is much more than a display of the country’s most talented performers. It’s part conference, part networking and part trade show combined with music, film and comedy acts. It’s unbelievable that the producers of SXSW are able to pull all this together in one place, but they have, and it’s all yours for the taking. Even if you can’t attend, at least you now know what it is when all the cool kids at work are taking about it, and you can Google it during that week in March to keep up on all the SXSW news.

Apprentice contestants get the Donald Trump comb-over

$

Premiering March 3 at 9/8c, Celebrity Apprentice will pit 14 past contestants against each other in an epic all-star battle of the boardroom. But who has what it takes to be Trump? We see how four of the show’s stars measure up in the head honcho’s infamous coif.

Dee Snider with Donald Trump comb-overDee Snider

Frontman of the heavy metal band Twisted Sister, Dee Snider has rocked many hair misses over the decades — he’s hit the stage in a mullet , a skullet , the Steven Segal , and what we like to call the Top Ramen . Perhaps his sketchy hair history makes the Trumpster’s comb-over look tame, because we actually think this look is an improvement over his current style.

Penn Jillette with Donald Trump comb-overPenn Jillette

One half of the magician duo Penn and Teller, Penn Jillette should employ some slight-of-hand to make this hair Don’t disappear. Typically, we’re not ones to advocate the long ponytail on dudes… but, hey, Penn’s got his style and, in this case, we think he should stick to it. Trump’s caramel-colored comb-over dulls down this feisty fella — he looks less like the Vegas showman he is and more like Drew Carey dressed as an investment banker. Besides, the comb-over clashes with Penn’s goatee, and that’s totes a no-go.

Gary Busey with Donald Trump comb-overGary Busey

Gary Busey’s hair, much like Gary Busey, doesn’t abide by conventional mores. And much like the man it grows atop, it's slightly askew. His wacky ‘do — which appears to be under siege by static electricity — is a unique marriage of unkempt and over- or under-styled . So, similar to Dee Snider, Busey actually looks okay in Trump’s signature hairstyle. Not to mention, the kooky actor kind of looks like he could be Trump’s kin! Perhaps he’s the hotel tycoon’s “hair” apparent?

Stephen Baldwin with Donald Trump comb-overStephen Baldwin

He may have the least acting notoriety of the Baldwin brothers, but Stephen Baldwin — the youngest bro — does have a pretty fabulous head of hair. It’s thick, full of body, and generally styled well . Ditching his decent ‘do for the comb-over does baby Baldwin no favors. If we were privy to the boardroom drama, we’d do Stephen a favor and give this hot mess of hair the ol' "you're fired."

If you're planning on rocking out all week long during Austin's highly anticipated annual South by Southwest music and film festival, we recommend downloading the following phone apps to maximize your fun and minimize potential frustrations.

EVNTLIVE

EVNTLIVE phone app

Set to officially launch at SXSW on March 16, EVNTLIVE couldn't be better suited to the multimedia event. Dubbed an interactive concert arena, the site makes it possible to be in two places at once — you can catch a band in one arena while streaming live an artist playing in a different arena. If you do happen to miss a few shows you were hoping to catch, EVNTLIVE will most likely have them in their library of past shows. The site is also enmeshed in social media, so you can follow your favorite artists or share those artists with friends.

TuneWiki

TuneWiki phone app

If you're just in Austin for SXSW, TuneWiki can help you home in on the native music scene so you can don't seem like an outsider — its song map zeroes in on any given location and shows what the locals are listening to. And if you're in the market to make music-minded friends, this app is ideal for SXSW. You can connect with fans of your favorite bands, allowing you to sync up your playlists and see each other's musical recommendations. TuneWiki also allows you to see the lyrics of any song you are listening to and watch coordinating music videos.

Swackett

Swackett phone app

The weather thus far this year has been all over the charts — blame it on global warming! Swackett is the weather app to download for SXSW fans. Why? Yes, it gives you up-to-date temperature and climate conditions. But, even better than that, it tells you how to dress for the conditions in whatever area you're in. If Swackett's cleverly crafted "peeps" are decked out in puffy jackets and snow boots, you best don something similar. Unlike other apps, this one makes checking the weather fun with forecasts like "sunny with 100% chance of shades."

Twitter

Twitter phone app

Part of the fun of SXSW is the festival's inherent level of unpredictability — oftentimes, performances aren't announced until the band is about to hit the stage. If you don't want to miss any major sets, keep your phone's Twitter app handy. Follow the official SXSW Twitter feed to keep track of any last-minute updates or even follow the bands on your agenda to get the inside scoop. And, naturally, being the ridiculously cool friend you are, you can chronicle your night — complete with pics — using the hashtag #SXSW so your homebound friends can get the vicarious experience.

SoundHound

SoundHound phone app

Chances are you'll be partaking of music by a few bands you are completely unfamiliar with — and you're going to want to remember the songs that struck a chord with you. Enter SoundHound. Just hold your phone in the direction of the music, and this ingenious app will determine the name of the song and who sings it. And it doesn't stop there. Once you've pinpointed the tune you love, you can share, bookmark and buy it. SoundHound's LiveLyrics component scrolls the lyrics along to the song, too. Another bonus? If you're too far away from the stage for your phone to pick up the music, it will recognize your singing or humming... no matter how out of tune you are!

Mary-Kate Olsen and Oliver Sarkozy are coming up on one year together — the pair began dating in May 2012 — and Olsen and Sarkozy's latest outing has many wondering: are the two engaged?

Mary-Kate and Oliver were spotted ring shopping in Paris in January and she began wearing a gold band just a short time later. At the time, Mary-Kate Olsen's rep denied the engagement rumors. Now, after Olsen and Sarkozy showed up at the Knicks game, fans are not yet convinced the couple remains simply boyfriend and girlfriend.

Mary-Kate and her boyfriend Oliver Sarkozy are creeping everyone out>>

Upon further inspection of the pictures of Olsen and Sarkozy at the Knicks game, though, it appears Mary-Kate is also wearing either the same or a very similar gold band on her right ring finger.

Yahoo!'s omg! reports Oliver Sarkozy just split from his wife of 13 years in 2012 and that rumors the two are engaged remains speculation since Mary-Kate's rep has yet to return calls on the rumor.

Whitney Houston's secret FBI files released

The FBI ran three investigations related to Whitney Houston in her life. Find out the private details.

Whitney Houston in the 1990s

The FBI announced Monday that it is releasing its files on Whitney Houston in response to Freedom of Information Act requests.

The 128-page file details three investigations conducted on behalf of Whitney Houston during her peak years of fame, 1988 to 1992.

Two of them involved spooky fan mail, which Houston's people sent to the FBI for investigation.

One fan sent almost 70 letters to Houston, NJ.com reports, which started out with praise but then got creepy.

One letter said, "I might hurt someone with some crazy idea and not realize how stupid an idea it was until after it was done."

Another said, "I am in love with Miss Whitney Houston. I have been in love with her since March of 1986."

Bobbi Kristina explodes over grandma's new book>>

In a separate incident, a 1992 letter was sent to the FBI that was marked "extortion,"USA Today reported.

In that letter, a female writer demanded $100,000 or she would reveal "certain details" of Houston's "private life."

A subsequent letter which threatened that the writer had "intimate details" of Houston's "romantic relationships" demanded a total of $250,000.

The files detail an interview conducted with Houston at the New Jersey offices of her management company; these files are "heavily redacted," says The Huffington Post.

They do, however, reveal that Houston's father paid off the writer of the letter, the New York Post says; the FBI's investigation concluded that no crime occurred and closed the case.

The FBI did not investigate Houston's 2012 drowning in a Beverly Hills hotel bathroom. The Los Angeles coroner, who autopsied Houston, revealed that the singer had cocaine, marijuana and several prescription medications in her system, yet drowning caused her death.

Heart disease and chronic cocaine use were listed as contributing factors in her death.

Time to shop around for a new reproductive endocrinologist

The relationship you have with your reproductive endocrinologist is critical! Being treated for infertility is an emotionally intense situation and trusting your RE and keeping the lines of communication open with her and her staff is crucial. Obstacles are sure to arise from emotional issues and expectations on both the part of the patient and the part of the doctor. Don’t be afraid to question authority or hurt anyone's feelings by considering going to a different doctor altogether.
Couple talking to RE

The relationship you have with your reproductive endocrinologist is critical! Being treated for infertility is an emotionally intense situation. Trusting your RE and keeping the lines of communication open with her and her staff is crucial.

When to ditch your RE

Obstacles are sure to arise from emotional issues and expectations on both the part of the patient and the part of the doctor. Don’t be afraid to question authority or hurt anyone's feelings by considering going to a different doctor altogether.

I've had two reproductive endocrinologists. My first was a referral from my OB-GYN and I liked her very much, but when our second attempt at IVF didn't work and she didn't have any concrete answers, I was desperate for a second opinion. I was also nervous about how to let her know we were going a different route. In the end she was professional and bid us good luck with a promise to let her know how our journey ends.

A fresh perspective

Another set of trained eyes on my medical history; a fresh perspective was just what I needed. The new doctor took the time to gather all of my medical records from two previous OB-GYNs and the first RE and discovered that I had never had a recurrent miscarriage work-up, a panel of tests used to rule out serious conditions such as infectious diseases, anti-cardiolipin antibodies, thyroid problems, etc.

I had never been an infertility patient before and was still learning the terminology and right questions to ask. While my issues in conceiving remain "unexplained" to this day, I realized I needed a doctor that was going to be invested in me.

My second and current reproductive endocrinologist was a referral from a friend. My friend had success with her and surely I will too... eventually.

Doctor-patient relationship

More than having a comforting bedside manner, I believe your RE should be invested in your particular case, your health, your body and your desire to conceive a child. You also need to be able to really talk to your RE and never feel as though you're wasting her time or asking a stupid question. Statistics and success rates are also important and should be made available upon request.

If the thought of getting a second opinion or having a consultation with a new RE has crossed your mind, it can poison a good doctor-patient relationship and you should act upon it by either making an appointment with a different doctor or having a very frank conversation with your current one.

No regrets

Serena H. Chen, director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey says, "I think it is critical to have no regrets. A second opinion never hurts and a good physician will never resent a patient who seeks one — in fact the physician should support it."

"A second opinion never hurts and a good physician will never resent a patient who seeks one."

Chen goes on to explain, "You cannot take care of a patient that does not feel comfortable with you and if you are on the right track and the relationship can work, a second opinion usually will strengthen the original doctor-patient relationship. If it does not — it was not meant to be and both the patient and the RE are better off ending a relationship that for whatever reason was not working."

Chen says that medical professionals are used to working in a land of second, third and fourth opinions. "It is difficult having so much competition but I think it makes our practice stronger, keeps us on our toes and ultimately serves our patients better."

Patient choice is a good thing and you should exercise your right to have the very best RE for you.

Justin Bieber blames "worst birthday" ever on "weak a** club"

A cranky Justin Bieber rails against the club that was supposed to host his epic 19th birthday party, and refutes claims he tried to sneak underage Jaden Smith in.

Justin Bieber leaves a performance

"Worst birthday." That's what Justin Bieber tweeted after his 19th birthday party at London's Cirque du Soir was unceremoniously cut short.

A source "connected" with Cirque du Soir told Us Weekly that the problems occurred after the "Beauty and the Beat" singer brought 14-year-old Jaden Smith, the son of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, as a guest.

The underage Smith, the source continued, "caused problems."

Bieber, current girlfriend Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke, Smith and others were asked to leave the club after a fracas ignited between Bieber's people and club security, The Huffington Post reports.

Justin Bieber lost his clothes at his birthday celebration>>

Bieber fought back on Instagram, posting a blank, black image with a comment referencing "the funny moment when people believe I brought underage people to a club.. U think Will [Smith] is letting his 14 year old in a club, I don't think so.."

Bieber then went on to attack Cirque du Soir: "2nd I love how the club wanted to give the press another reason to why we didn't stay at their weak a** club so they wouldn't look bad for me walking in and right back out.."

So Bieber dumped Cirque du Soir, they didn't dump him. Got it?

Finally, Bieber's addressed the comments he got on Twitter after the "worst birthday" tweet; things like, "I think @justinbieber needs to stop bitching about having a bad birthday. He is a billionaire and drives exotic cars. People are homeless."

"i said m 'worst bday' but that was due to dummies pushing over my fans and being overly aggressive. Btw it wasn't the worst bday cuz all my friends from back home flew in I was just mad in the moment," Bieber said in his Instagram post.

The Huffington Post also reports that Bieber buddy Lil Twist was pulled over on Friday while driving Bieber's Fisker Karma on California's 101 freeway.

According to TMZ, Lil Twist was pulled over for making an unsafe lane change; that charge was dropped but he was ticketed for the tinted windows on the fancy sports sedan, which The Huffington Post says cost over $100K.

Gossip watchers will remember that Lil Twist got a ticket in Bieber's Ferrari on Jan. 1, the same day a photographer was struck by another car and killed while he was attempting to get a shot of a Bieber ticketing in progress.

Skinny roasted garlic tomato Alfredo

In this recipe we did a revamp of the Italian favorite fettuccine Alfredo. Removing the calorie-laden creams and cheeses, we added skim milk, plump roasted garlic tomatoes, fresh basil and just enough Parmesan cheese to give it kick.

Skinny roasted garlic tomato alfredo recipe

Who doesn't love a good bowl of noodles? We do! But what we don't love is how awful and guilty we feel after indulging in this delicious pasta dish. Traditional Alfredo is heavy, loaded with calories and doesn't offer much for the health conscious. Taking away the heavy cream saves tons of calories. Adding lots of sweet juicy roasted tomatoes and garlic magnifies the flavor. Enjoy a pasta dish for once and never feel guilty again.

Skinny roasted garlic tomato Alfredo recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

For the roasted garlic tomatoes:

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 head fresh garlic, cloves separated and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the fettuccine:

  • 1 cup roasted garlic tomatoes
  • A handful of fresh basil, julienned
  • 1 box whole wheat fettuccine pasta or any pasta of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated low-fat Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. To a large bowl add the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic cloves, seasonings and salt and pepper if using. Toss to mix well and spread evenly on a large baking sheet. Roast the tomatoes for 1 hour and set aside.
  2. Prepare the fettuccine per the box directions. In a small saucepan, stir together milk, vegetable broth, 3 tablespoons of flour , salt and pepper and the nutmeg and simmer over low heat until smooth and thick. If you desire the sauce to be thicker add in the additional tablespoon of flour. Stir in the 1 cup of roasted garlic tomatoes and the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cover and allow the sauce to rest for 5 minutes to help thicken it up. Add the cooked pasta to a serving plate and pour the sauce over top of the noodles. Top with the fresh basil and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.

A rare Saturn/Pluto sextile on March 8 will bring relief to those who owe money, as well as to those who are owed. If you owe money, then you will see a reduction in debt or a last-minute reprieve. If you are owed money — like if an intermediary party has been sitting on it — then funds will be released to you. This sextile is also good news for those who draw an income from pensions, investments, and rentals.

aries

ARIES

There are a lot of behind-the-scenes goings-on at work and you would be wise to keep your ear to the ground — or at least pressed to the wall of your cubicle. A merger or acquisition wouldn’t be out of the question, nor would a major reshuffling of staff. You could wait to see how this plays out, but then again, this may be the push you need to look for a more fulfilling position elsewhere.

taurus

TAURUS

Don’t let personal troubles get in the way of career ambitions, because you could make a lot of headway right now. Your Ruling Planet Venus is working like a celestial halo this week to draw the gaze of higher-ups and hard-to-sell clients. Schedule meetings and pitches for the 6th and the 8th and you could wind up walking away with a bigger catch than you anticipated.

gemini

GEMINI

You’re playing for high stakes, so you need to focus on the game. It looks as if your reputation is on the line and that a superior is questioning your ability to deliver as promised. It’s true that you’ve bitten off more than you can chew, and even you will have your doubts on Monday and Tuesday. However, you were born under a zodiac sign that’s famous for pulling a rabbit out of the hat when the pressure is on. Your "ta-da" moment will be on Friday.

cancer

CANCER

You can tell that change is in the air, which is why you’re getting all restless and antsy. However, you are still a week shy of when these changes begin in earnest , so you'll want to be leery of false starts and equally misleading endings. Translation? Don’t quit your day job just yet, because things are about to get really interesting.

leo

LEO

Are you on slippery ground at work? Well, let’s just say that you’ve had tighter footholds in the past. But don’t make the mistake of accepting the blame for recent missteps, because colleagues will happily add to it. It’s never wise to open yourself up to criticism when the Sun is in Pisces, the zodiac sign of scapegoats. Keep insecurities to yourself, carry on as is, and the atmosphere will improve on March 20.

virgo

VIRGO

Don’t get snippy on the 4th or you will only turn a non-issue into an issue, and you have enough on your platter as is. A middle manager evidently got an offstage dressing down, so now this person will be passing it on to everyone in his/her department. Let it go in one ear and out the other because your job performance speaks for itself. The interesting revelation will be that this person’s days are numbered.

libra

LIBRA

You can’t be at someone’s beck and call one day and then get all up in their face the next. Not only is it misleading, but you’re assuming that your boss knows what you’re upset about. Newsflash: he doesn’t. It’s up to you to figure out what you want, and once you’re clear on that, then you can have a sit-down talk with him — but not before.

scorpio

SCORPIO

It will feel like associates are moving at a glacial pace this week, and in truth, icebergs have been known to move faster. Nevertheless, things are getting done. It’s important to remember that it takes time to work in changes to any routine, and not everyone is as swift on the uptake as you. Be patient and supportive and colleagues will deliver beyond your expectations.

Sagittarius

SAGITTARIUS

You will want to pencil in commitments on Monday and Friday because there will be some last-minute changes that could throw you for a loop — if not derail you all together. Mercury is in its most capricious mood when it’s traveling backwards in Pisces, and this won’t improve until it comes out of its retrograde on March 17. Work with developments as they unfold and try not to get too snarky about it.

capricorn

CAPRICORN

The price you have to pay in terms of man-hours and energy is tremendous, but you are in a building phase right now. Whether it’s putting down roots in a new company or moving that start-up into a stand-up, it’s been a long time since you felt like your efforts were all being channeled in the right direction. Keep on doing what you’re doing.

aquarius

AQUARIUS

Strategies that you put into play weeks ago are starting to pay off. In fact, they’re delivering quicker than you anticipated, which means that you'd better come up with a new game plan soon. Thankfully, you were born under a sign that’s equal parts invention and improvisation. If anyone can make it up while she’s on the go, it’s you. Meanwhile, make time for an impromptu business meeting Friday. There’s money in that phone call.

Pisces

PISCES

It would be nice if people would stop asking you what you want to do with your life. Isn’t it clear that you’re already doing it? It’s the fate of Pisces to see the dream before others do and to follow it wherever it might lead. Prescience is never appreciated by people who are strictly present tense. Thankfully, you’re used to swimming against the current of current opinion.

When feeling tired, it’s so easy just to cruise through the Starbucks drive-thru or grab a Red Bull for a quick pick-me-up. Does it work? Yes. But is it healthy? No, and, worse yet, the sudden burst of energy is short-lived. From now on, let’s eat right for more energy!

Eat your way to more energy

When feeling tired, it's so easy just to cruise through the Starbucks drive-thru or grab a Red Bull for a quick pick-me-up. Does it work? Yes. But is it healthy? No, and, worse yet, the sudden burst of energy is short-lived. From now on, let's eat right for more energy!

Choosing the right, healthy foods can make all the difference in the world when it comes to our energy levels. We know we should avoid sugar to prevent crashing later and try to limit our caffeine intake. Instead of just eating right, though, let's choose a diet rich in foods that will provide long-lasting energy. Whether you need a quick pick-me-up or energy that lasts all day, we've got the foods to keep you going strong.

What to eat for a burst of energy

1

Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread

Sandwiches aren't just for lunch anymore, they're for energy boosts! If you're not super hungry, just have half. Turkey is naturally lean and, of course, loaded with protein. Whole wheat bread contains fiber and complex carbohydrates. The combination should be just what you need for some instant energy.

2

Yogurt

Yogurt is the go-to food for losing weight, feeling fuller longer and getting a burst of instant energy. Yogurt really does it all! It contains complex carbohydrates, which provide for instant energy, and it's packed with protein and fiber. We love yogurt parfaits, putting some on top of our cereal or just eating it plain. For an extra protein boost, give Greek yogurt a try!

3

Eggs

egg

Starting your day off with eggs is a great way to guarantee energy all morning long. Eggs are loaded with B-vitamins, which are responsible for converting food into energy. They're also a good source of protein, folic acid and potassium.

4

Fruit

apple

Apples and bananas will give you that afternoon burst of energy you're looking for. Whether needing to stay awake for your afternoon work meeting or if your house is in desperate need of cleaning, eat a piece of fruit to get you going. Fruit has good carbs, fiber and lots of vitamins and minerals to get you through your next task.

5

Hummus

Hummus has been known to increase energy, improve intelligence and lift your mood. Made of chickpeas, it's low in fat, rich in protein and loaded with vitamins and minerals. Hummus tastes great and comes in all sorts of different flavors — such as red pepper or cilantro. Eat it with whole wheat pita bread or fresh veggies for an even bigger energy boost.

What to eat for long-lasting energy

6

Salmon

Salmon should be a staple food for those living an active lifestyle. Eating salmon regularly increases energy in the long run. Salmon also helps prevent cancer, is good for your eyes, skin and hair and decreases your risk of a heart attack or stroke.

7

Oatmeal

oatmeal

Oatmeal is broken down slowly by the body, providing long-lasting energy all day long. For those days that are jam-packed, we recommend starting your day off with oatmeal mixed with blueberries and a side of Greek yogurt topped with sliced bananas. Yum!

8

Quinoa

Quinoa is gluten free and contains more protein than any other rice product. It's easy to cook and perfect for lunch if you're feeling down. Mix it in a salad with avocado, chicken, tomatoes and onions or eat it by itself. Quinoa also supports a healthy cardiovascular system, so eat up!

Check out this recipe for black bean and quinoa stuffed bell peppers>>

9

Spinach

Spinach is loaded with iron, which is responsible for supplying oxygen to the brain. Those low in iron suffer from anemia, which results in being tired 24/7. If you don't like spinach salads, make your favorite smoothie and toss a handful or two in. We promise you won't be able to taste it — you'll only reap the benefits.

10

Red meats

meat

Any protein is going to give you long-lasting energy, but red meats in particular are packed with iron for that extra boost you need. Opt for the "lean" or "extra-lean" red meat choices so you're not overloading your body with unnecessary fat.
