June Shannon updated fans, through Facebook, that their favorite sketti-eating family will be returning to the small screen in an all-new reality TV show, prompting fans to break into a little shimmy.

TLC swiftly canceled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo in the wake of reports that Shannon had been dating a registered sex offender, who allegedly molested Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell, her own daughter. Amid the reports and the show’s cancelation, Shannon continued to deny the claims, saying often that she ended the relationship with that man years ago.

Fans have been flooding the post with excited responses and electronic cheers, exclaiming things such as, “It’s about time,” and “Can’t wait to see you on TV again.”

Just weeks before the actress is set to tie the knot to her fiancé, Joe Manganiello, In Touch Weekly reports that an ongoing legal battle between Vergara and her ex-fiancé, Nick Loeb, has a shocking new development — and it’s bad news for Vergara.

According to the magazine's website, Vergara has lost a key ruling in the case in which Loeb is trying to prevent her from destroying a pair of cryogenically preserved embryos created via in vitro fertilization when the two were still together. After their breakup, Vergara reportedly wanted the embryos destroyed, but Loeb sued to keep them viable. Now, Vergara's second motion to dismiss the lawsuit has reportedly been rejected, meaning the case could be forced to go to trial.

"Sofía is panicking," a source reportedly told In Touch. "The last thing she wants is for this case to go to court."

Vergara's wedding is set for the end of the month — Nov. 22 — when nearly 400 guests are expected to attend the ceremony at The Breakers Palm Beach hotel in Florida. But amid continuing legal drama with her ex-fiancé, it's possible the actress' future union could be endangered. If Loeb wins the case, In Touch reports, there's the possibility he could be legally allowed to have a surrogate mother carry the embryos to term, whether Vergara wants him to or not.

"Sofía is devastated," an insider reportedly revealed. "But Nick is committed to saving and bringing these embryos to term via surrogate. He's going to see this thing through until the end."

The source continued, "[Vergara] is just praying that her legal team finds a way to persuade the judge that this can't go through without her blessing."

So, here's how the phone call went down. While cooking dinner for her boyfriend, Wes (aka Grace's father), Gigi had a heated conversation with a mysterious someone on the other end. After answering, she said, "I used to know and love someone by that name." Then, as previously mentioned in the episode that tied Gigi to the Red Devils, she reiterated, "I told you to get rid of him." Is she talking about Wes?

The phone call didn't stop there, but kept on getting juicier. She called herself and her killers "murderers" who are "hell-bent on getting revenge." Actually, Gigi specifically referred to their killing spree as a "years-in-the-making revenge plan." Finally, she ended the phone chat by asking forcefully, "Now will you please go kill some people?"

Despite most of the episode focusing on Dean Munsch and new character Feather McCarthy, aka the student who slept with Dean Munsch's ex-husband and who Dean Munsch framed for the murder of her ex-husband, this short scene with Gigi says a lot. For example, the fact that when she ended the call and Wes asked what it was about, Gigi replied, "Just some family drama."

She could've easily been lying and trying to cover her tracks. However, maybe that was a hint fans shouldn't take lightly. Gigi appears to be quite passionate about getting revenge for some reason that remains unknown. It probably has something to do with the bathtub baby and the fact that Gigi is the Hag of Shady Lane. Also, to work so closely and trust individuals to carry out your plan of killing people across a college campus means you're probably super close with them, right? And that means Gigi could easily share a blood bond with one of the killers.

So far, it's been revealed that both Gigi and Boone are working with at least one of the Red Devils. Does this mean Boone is one of the killers? Does this mean Gigi and Boone are related? Maybe they're brother and sister? Pete could also be a Red Devil, because he's super shady, which means he might be Gigi's family member, too. What if the bathtub baby is actually a boy and not a girl, like previously mentioned? Maybe the bathtub baby and Gigi are working together to get revenge?

Whatever the case, Gigi and the Red Devils are out for revenge and I need more details, stat. Oh, is anyone else thinking that the painter at the mental institution probably has a painting of Gigi somewhere? After all, the painter did tell Grace and Pete, "I paint them all." Not to mention, while chatting with Grace, Gigi said, "I'm touched," and made sure to say not in her head, but in her heart.

Gigi, you sure are shady and hiding a lot of secrets.

In the book, Khloé isn’t exactly nice to Rob. In fact, what she says about him sounds an awful lot like she’s predicting he’ll fail in his journey with his depression and his weight loss, two well-publicized issues that seem to go hand-in-hand for Rob. Check out the excerpt from the book.

Tired? Drink water. Hungry? Drink water. Have a headache? Drink water.

It's good advice, given that hydration is absolutely vital to our bodies and without it we won't survive. However, one man claims that drinking any life-sustaining beverage isn't something he'll ever do again.

Peter Filak, a former nurse and current blogger and webcam model says he hasn't had any beverages — save for a few sodas and glasses of milk — since May 5, 2012 at 5 p.m. He now subsists on a diet of fresh fruits and vegetables that clock in around 800-1,000 calories a day.

The reason for ditching water, he says, is to avoid chemicals and all of the extra peeing that comes with drinking liquid.

"Even when you’re filtering water, you’re taking out one chemical and putting in another… [especially] the filtered water where chlorine and fluoride and all those other happy things are added to it," he wrote on his now-deleted blog, More Apples a Day, according to Vice. "Especially as I went into a raw fruit and vegetable diet, I’d be waking up two to three times a night to pee. So it just didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t understand why I had to be drinking all that water."

The 26-year-old told Vice that an added benefit is that he doesn't sweat or "produce any odor."

The reason he hasn't died from dehydration? The whole fruits and vegetables he eats do give him some liquid, but it's very unlikely that he is getting enough to fuel his body, let alone replenish what he naturally loses each day.

"Any diet that excludes any food group is a fad and completely unsustainable," Lisa Sasson, a clinical associate professor of nutrition at New York University, told Vice. "Dehydration is very serious. Water has fluoride, which is important for dental health. It cleanses our palates, contributes to important bodily functions, helps our kidneys. I could list 20 critical functions of fluid."

In short: Don't try this at home.

Though the pair of BFFs are far removed from their Jersey Shore days, Jenni “Jwoww” Farley’s wedding proved some things never change. She and her longtime love Roger Mathews finally said “I do” in New Jersey earlier this month and, of course, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was in attendance.

But the pair only has one photo together from Farley’s big day — and the reason why is kind of sad.

"The only picture I got to take with my bride and of course I'm a drunk bridesmaid," Polizzi captioned a selfie she took of herself making a silly drunk face and Farley baring her cleavage in her wedding gown.

Drunken antics were definitely the norm during Polizzi and Farley’s Jersey Shore days. But now, Polizzi is married with two kids, aged 3 and 1, and Farley is a newlywed with her second baby on the way, a brother to her 1-year-old daughter. A wedding is definitely a special occasion and usually a good excuse to party, but does this show that Polizzi still hasn’t let go of the party girl ways we saw on her MTV reality series? We sure hope not.

In an interview with E! News a few weeks before Farley’s wedding, Polizzi revealed what she and her own husband have been up to in the last year, making it sound like she’s on her way to settling down.

"Everything's great… we are so excited," she gushed at the time. "We're actually planning our honeymoon now because we never went because when I got married, [daughter] Giovanna was 3 months old. I couldn't leave my baby so we're thinking after the holidays, we're going to go somewhere tropical and finally have that moment."

The Halifax, England, man is battling Crohn's disease, an incurable condition that affects about 1.6 million people in the United States alone. The inflammation in the digestive tract brings with it many painful problems that cause numerous complications.

In Walker's case, he's gone through more than 80 operations in the past two years. Despite all that he goes through, Walker still faces criticism from people who doubt his illness.

"People are too quick to judge these days, just because I look normal and speak normal, that doesn't mean I don't have a major disability," he wrote in a now-viral Facebook post. He goes on to explain the various medical devices and lines he must maintain on his body.

"I have a Hickman line, which is a line that comes out on my chest and rests in my heart. This is what is used to feed me on something called TPN as my stomach doesn't work correctly," he added. "I have a Ryles tube down my nose and into my stomach to help drain it, because my stomach doesn't empty like a normal person's does."

He also has a scar that runs down his chest and to his pubic bone, which has been opened three times in the past two years for major surgeries. He goes on to explain the long list of physical and mental aspects of dealing with Crohn's, and it shows just how much he bravely battles each day just to stay alive.

"There is also a mental battle raging inside me all the time, not been able to eat a meal in two years, or only being at home for four weeks in the last 18 months, being away from my family and friends; seeing what my illness does to them has a massive effect on my mental state of mind," he added.

The public is just now learning more about the importance of not judging people who have invisible illnesses, but posts like Walker's show we have a long way to go in understanding that just because you don't see an illness, doesn't mean it's not there. "Stop and think before you speak, think about the struggle I've gone threw (sic) just to get out of bed and get dressed and tried to look 'normal,'" he wrote.

1. Violet

Christina Milian's daughter Violet's existence is enough reason to watch the show, so we wouldn't blame you if you were tuning in just for her. Violet's 5 years old now, and she even has her own Instagram account (run by her mom). We suspect Violet will have a lot to say about everything that happens this season and we're excited to see her and Christina in action.

2. Christina and Carmen

It's no secret that Christina and her mom have had some serious challenges in not only their relationship as mother and daughter, but also as client and manager. In the season premiere, Christina and Carmen had a fight that resulted in Christina deciding to fire her "momager." This can't bode well for things between them for the rest of the season, but the show's fans supported Christina in her decision to take a chance on a new manager and go in a new creative direction.

3. Danielle and Rich

Christina's sister and her husband are going through some crazy-intense stuff right now, dealing with the possibility that terminating Danielle's pregnancy might be the best thing to do after learning their baby has a life-threatening birth defect. Danielle and Rich have always been a strong couple and we're looking forward to seeing them support one another through whatever comes.

4. Lizzy and Dom

Lizzy brought her new boyfriend, the incredibly attractive (and French!) Dom, to dinner with her family. The two proceeded to do some low-grade making out at the table in front of everyone, and there was also French food and... tension. Carmen made it clear that she was interested in Dom's intentions towards Lizzy, which made for awkward dinner conversation. Meeting Lizzy's family is a huge step, and Dom and Lizzy seem really into each other. Is this going to work out?

5. Christina and her awesomeness

This week, Christina debuted her new video and, as we mentioned above, decided to move forward with new management. In an interview with Fashion & Style, she described this season of Turned Up as "wild, passionate, authentic," and promised fans of the show even more musical projects, as well as letting us in on great times with her family. We can't wait to watch her conquer the world!

6. Seriously powerful women

One of the best things about watching Turned Up is seeing the relationships between Christina, her sister and her mom. Although things can be rocky at times, their commitment to one another's success and happiness is the most important thing — and it's great to witness women being there for each other.

Teen Mom’s Jenelle Evans has been posting a lot of photos from her recent trip to St. Thomas. Evans visited paradise with her new boyfriend, David Eason, and didn’t let up on the social media posting — and I’m not going to lie, I have been coveting her vacation, hard.

Among those photos were snaps of white sand beaches and her smooching Eason.

She also posted a pretty rad before-and-after pic, showing the progress she’s made with her weight loss and fitness goals over the last 11 months.

And if you think there is something kind of familiar about these photos, there is. Evans and Eason are visiting the same spot she and then-boyfriend Nathan Griffith visited. This is the very same spot he proposed to Evans.

But that before-and-after photo, though!

Evans’ fitness lifestyle was kicked into high gear after her split from Griffith. The couple's major relationship trouble began during their Virgin Islands trip in January. The most recent season of Teen Mom 2 documented their rocky relationship and subsequent breakup.

Evans began dating Eason in September.

Fans are loving the "new" Evans and are posting words of encouragement, telling Evans, a mother of two, how good she looks. Many are even asking her for her secrets, but it is pretty clear she’s been working her butt off — see what I did there? — and keeping at her diet and fitness routine, and here we can see it really is paying off for her.

Emmett pulled his truck out of the alley between the bar and the fire station and literally drove it across the street to Maddie’s driveway. It seemed silly, since they could’ve walked over to his truck together, but this was a date. Despite their history together, he wanted to do this right.

The hardest part so far had been deciding what to wear. He was balancing on the edge between trying to impress her and not giving too much of his past away. He’d seen her eyes light up at the courthouse when she’d seen him in his Armani suit. He could tell Maddie had an eye for quality and was both impressed and confused by his appearance that day. It was an older suit, not his best by any stretch, but he’d felt he needed to wear a suit to court and he didn’t have anything else.

He opted tonight for a nice pair of dress pants, a long-sleeved dress shirt and a corduroy blazer, since it was getting a little chilly in the evenings when the sun set.

He’d faced the same challenge in deciding where to take her tonight. Rosewood had only three options. The diner and the pizza place weren’t appropriate for a date once you got out of high school. Whittaker’s was fancy, but that was what she’d expect. He liked keeping Maddie guessing. It had taken some thought, but he’d come to a nice compromise.

He knocked at the front door and waited. The porch light came on a moment later and the door swung open. It took a moment for his eyes to adjust to the sudden brightness, but once they did, he was stunned by the woman standing in front of him.

Emmett had seen Maddie at the bakery — usually wearing a pair of khakis, a polo shirt and a frilly apron, with her hair in a bun. For community service, she’d donned jeans and a fitted T-shirt appropriate for getting dirty but still clinging to her curves nicely. But not once had he ever, ever seen her looking like this.

The bun was gone, her long chestnut hair falling in shiny waves around her face. Her striking blue eyes were enhanced by a smoky shadow and cat-eye liner and seemed even bluer than normal because of the cobalt color of her dress. It was asymmetrical, wrapping over her right shoulder and gathering tight around her tiny waist, clinging to where it ended just above her knees.

He couldn’t stop his gaze from traveling from head to toe, taking in the pink-painted toenails that peeped out of her nude pumps and coming back up to admire the plump sparkle of her lips.

“Wow” was all he could manage.

Maddie laughed, reaching for her purse and stepping out onto her porch with him. “Did you think I was going to wear my apron tonight?”

“No,” he said with a distracted shake of his head. “But I hadn’t anticipated this, either.”

He took a deep breath and tried to blow out the arousal that had suddenly built up inside him. While he was very thankful he hadn’t opted to be obtuse and take her to Pizza Palace, he was now wishing he’d opted for something closer to home. That long drive with her inches from him was going to be torture.

While Shelton’s ex probably isn’t thrilled, Miranda Lambert seems to be at least taking it in her stride. She is allegedly not surprised Shelton moved on so quickly, and a source said, “Blake is just a flirty kind of charmer."

It was only yesterday we heard Stefani tell Ryan Seacrest she was just “living in the moment,” dodging a real answer to the question of whether she and Shelton are a couple.

Well, apparently that moment has turned into a full-blown relationship.

Seewald, former reality star on the now-infamous 19 Kids and Counting, celebrated her birthday on Wednesday, and the well wishes were posted all over social media.

Seewald, soon to be a mother for the first time, posted a drool-worthy photo of her with little sister, Jordyn, enjoying what looked to have been a delicious sundae.

It's not as though this comes as a huge surprise, of course. Rumors have been swirling about the two all season long and were only bolstered by the recent pics of the pair partying together over Halloween weekend.

Scanning comment sections and social media, it's clear not everyone is pumped about the potential of this relationship. Some think it is too soon after the end of both parties' marriages. Others simply consider them to be mismatched.

I'm of the other camp, though — I think Shelton and Stefani are sweet together. In full disclosure, I am a huge fan of Shelton, Stefani and their exes, Miranda Lambert and Gavin Rossdale. I genuinely wish the best for all of them, which is why I'm digging this new duo. Am I a hopeless romantic? Maybe. But hear me out! Here are a few reasons I'm crushin' on these two.

1. He makes her laugh

Granted, Shelton makes everyone laugh. The man is hilarious! But if you watch The Voice, you know that Shelton really seems to have a grasp on the type of humor that tickles Stefani's funny bone. And when you're going through something difficult or heartbreaking in your life, what's better than a little levity? After all, laughter is the best medicine.

2. Their chemistry is palpable

There's a reason tongues have been wagging about these two for months — it's nearly impossible to deny the spark between them. Sure, Stefani has a good rapport with fellow judges Pharrell Williams and Adam Levine. But the way she looks at Shelton is something special.

3. Friends make the best lovers

Some of the best relationships I've had in my life formed out of a strong friendship. Some of them turned into something long-term (like, for example, my husband). Others eventually returned to a friendship. The common thread, though, is that those friendship-based relationships are always so dynamic because you truly know and respect each other.

4. They both have a long history in the industry

He's a little bit (OK, a lotta bit) country and she's rock 'n' roll. Despite their different genres, these two have both been making music for many, many years. Shelton started strumming the guitar at the tender age of 12 and Stefani has been kickin' it in No Doubt since 1986. It can't be easy to be in the celebrity eye when you're going through a heartbreak, so the fact that these two understand each other both professionally and personally has to make it a smidge easier.

5. We have no idea what they've been through

Lately, we've heard and/or read a lot about what could have gone on in Shelton and Stefani's respective marriages. There are whispers of infidelity, resentment, conflicting schedules and a million other things that could have contributed to their ultimate breakups. The reality, though, is that we just don't know. Perhaps they've both been burned and are finding comfort and solace in each other. Maybe they're rebuilding their confidence.

6. It's their prerogative

Here's the big one — these two are grown, single adults. Are they newly single? Obviously. But, just like the rest of us, they are entitled to explore and have fun and live their lives to the fullest. And you know what? Both Shelton and Stefani strike me as people who want to squeeze the marrow out of theirs. Whether this turns out to be a rebound fling or something more, kudos to them for being brave enough to take a chance and put themselves out there again.

The 31-year-old country singer positively floated down the Country Music Awards red carpet tonight in a gorgeous, formfitting dress that beautifully accentuated her baby bump. Her handsome husband, Michael Caussin, was by her side, making for a gorgeous family photo — and we almost can't handle it.

But the stunning singer wasn't the only country star rocking a baby bump! Songstress Holly Williams, daughter of Hank Williams Jr., is also expecting and looking beautiful.

Country music duo Thompson Square showed off their latest collaboration, too. The gorgeous couple looks as happy as can be, with Shawna Thompson absolutely glowing in a silver gown that perfectly highlights her baby bump.

Of course, with as perfect as they look, it's easy to forget that these celebrity moms-to-be have to contend with awkward pre-show pregnancy concerns, just like the rest of us. Jana Kramer tweeted this before the show tonight, reminding us that no matter how successful you are, sometimes baby takes center stage.

And, well, based on their no-holds-barred opening monologue, it seems clear they've thrown caution to the wind.

Don't get me wrong — these two have pulled some brazen stuff in the past. Need I remind you of the year Paisley mimed motorboating? They haven't exactly been shrinking violets in the nearly decade they've been doing this together.

But this year they really seemed to step up their snark. I know what you're thinking... they're so sweet, though! While that is undoubtedly true, here's a little proof the gloves came off this year. Just check out the many celebs they took jabs at!

1. Caitlyn Jenner

While Caitlyn Jenner's transition was a huge moment in our country's cultural sphere this year, it's certainly not a punch line. While some ill-conceived jokes have been made at Jenner's expense, her new life as Caitlyn has largely been applauded and given respect. But during a song called "Everything is Cray Cray," Paisley fired off, "Bruce Jenner's a babe now." Fans were not feeling it, understandably.

2. Olivier Martinez

Segueing into other big changes this year, Paisley commented, "You know what else is 'cray cray'? How many couples broke up this year — from Ben Affleck to Jennifer Garner, Halle Berry and... what's his name?" Ouch. Not even a name mention for Olivier Martinez? Paisley must be #TeamBerry.

3. Donald Trump

Jenner wasn't the only public figure Paisley and Underwood tackled in the "Cray Cray" ditty. Moving on to other distinctive developments this year, Paisley sang, "And Trump's leading in the polls." When Underwood corrected Paisley, the crowd went wild while Paisley feigned disappointment.

4. Blake Shelton (and Miranda Lambert, by proxy)

Let us preface this by saying that Shelton seemed to be in on the joke or, at the very least, he had a very good sense of humor about it. Covering all of the celebrity breakups this year, Paisley and Underwood said, "Of course, we can't ignore the breakup that really rocked the world — two people we know and love... Miss Piggy and Kermit." Paisley then drilled the point home, speaking to Shelton, "In a completely different topic of no relation, howdy, Blake!" But wait, it didn't stop there. Paisley had more jokes, asking Underwood if she'd listened to Shelton's duet with Ashley Madison. Underwood reminded him it was Ashley Monroe and then the two sang the jingle for farmersonly.com to Shelton.

5. Josh Duggar

With all the controversy surrounding the Ashley Madison hack, simply working it into the monologue was pretty risqué. Paisley took it one step further, though, apparently unable to contain his distaste for one very specific (and highly publicized) Ashley Madison user. After rattling on for a minute about people who use the site, Paisley capped off the bit by saying directly into the microphone, "Josh Duggar."

6. Little Jimmy Dickens

This didn't technically happen during the opening monologue, but it happened not long after and was just as jarring as some of the opening jabs. While paying tribute to late Grand Ole Opry icon Little Jimmy Dickens, Paisley pulled out a tiny urn — a rip on Dickens' short stature, which was definitely not well-received by the audience. But given that Paisley and Dickens were extremely close friends before Dickens' passing, we imagine Paisley knew his late friend would appreciate the dig.

The dreaded flashbacks

While they served their purpose well in the first couple of seasons, the flashbacks have really been dragging Arrow down recently. Thankfully, the flashback wig is gone (shivers), but the stories within them are still as nonsensical as always — that is, until the star of NBC's short-lived Constantine came along.

I'll admit that I never saw the other series, but I liked this Constantine fellow right off the bat. He took the usually boring flashbacks to a different level and it was a brilliant way to introduce him to the Arrow universe. Seeing Constantine back on the island with Oliver let us know that their friendship went back a fair bit and didn't start during Oliver's time as a superhero. Although, Oliver was still in the saving business back then, as he proved when he saved Constantine and thereby earned the favor that saved another character — and another dying part of the series.

Saving Sara's soul

The fandom seems to be mostly split when it comes to Sara as an overall character. Some people liked her as the Black Canary and some people were perfectly happy when she died and her sister, Laurel, took over the role. One thing nearly everyone can agree on, though, is how awful the idea was to bring her back to life. I had to roll my eyes and groan when Laurel and Thea hatched their ridiculous plan to drop her in the Lazarus Pit, and the plan never got any better — even after they managed to pull it off. Sara going crazy and running around Star City in tight, black pants and a corset — seriously, where the heck did she get a corset? — was so insane it was downright comical.

But then Constantine came to the party and suddenly the Sara story line wasn't nearly so bad. With his gruff voice, fantastic hair and mystical lighter, Constantine took the story from groan-worthy to nearly bearable. Back on the island, Constantine introduced Oliver to the idea of magic, and it was a bit of that magic that brought Sara's soul back.

Magic and supernatural elements have certainly been used on the show before, but seeing them emanating from a character like Constantine made them feel more grounded somehow. Let's also not forget that Constantine was the one who gave Oliver that tattoo on his stomach (and we thank you, sir, for also giving us another glimpse of Ollie's glorious abs), which is bound to be a meaningful part of a future episode. Between that and Oliver's promises to be there any time or any place should Constantine need him, I'm certain we'll see him again. Considering he made this episode my favorite of the season so far, I know I'm excited to see that happen.

Stapleton may have just picked up his first CMA Award as a solo artist, but his music career is long and decorated. Here are 10 things you may not have known about country music’s biggest up-and-comer.

1. He’s a highly respected songwriter

For the last 15 years, Stapleton has been writing No. 1 hits for artists like George Strait, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Darius Rucker and Josh Turner.

2. He has some hardware already

Stapleton has been nominated for three Grammy Awards, and his bluegrass band, The SteelDrivers, won the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Emerging Artist of the Year award.

3. His backup singer is his wife

Morgan Stapleton is his partner in both life and music.

4. He never expected to get famous

"You kinda make records and you hope for good things to happen, but you don't know what's gonna happen, and that's part of the fun of it," Stapleton told ABC News before the CMAs. "But then, nothing I could've thought would've happened would be as good as what this year's been. So I'm just gonna try to enjoy the moment of it, 'cause it may never happen again. So I'm just thankful for it."

"I'm playing electric guitar, mandolin, acoustic guitar. I'm singing on it, singing harmony with myself in some places on it. It could not be more me," Stapleton told Rolling Stone last spring. "It's really easy to go out there — and I'm not knocking anyone — and hire guys to do all these things for you. But for me, this is a great representation of what you can come and see live, and possibly connect with."

6. Recording Traveler was a lot of fun for him

"It felt more like a great hangout with your buddies," he said. "We booked a studio for noon and would start piling in at 1, 2, 3 o'clock, just hanging out and talking a bunch of shit. We'd order dinner, have a few drinks and it'd be about 8 at night. We'd record for an hour and it would be two or three master takes.”

7. He thinks his sound is old-fashioned

"If somebody tells me it sounds dated, I'd say that's great, as long as the date is 1978,” he explained. “My favorite things are from then, and why wouldn't you want to try to be like those things? Inevitably, it's just going to sound like me anyway.”

8. He doesn’t care if you don’t like his music

"I'm a fan of polarization. If you make something that is palatable to everybody, it's like making vanilla ice cream, and I think we have enough of that," he said.

9. But he’s still a good guy

He quickly added, "But I'm not trying to insult anybody — music or ice cream."

10. He’s best buds with Justin Timberlake

Though, if you watched the CMAs, you already know that — Timberlake performed with Stapleton during the show.

Fast-forward eight years and the Colchester, England, woman is now at a healthy weight and using her body to show that recovery and self-acceptance is possible because it happened to her.

Jayne writes about her recovery on Instagram with a series of non-Photoshopped images that shows her body in all its beauty, "thunder thighs" and all.

"If a picture of my tummy rolls or cellulite being shamelessly embraced can show someone else that their body is worth loving too," she told The Daily Mail, "then I will post the most tummy-tastic, lumpy bumpy, thunder-thigh pictures that I can take."

Her message is an important one: If we wait until the "perfect" time to love our bodies, then we miss so much of our lives because nothing is perfect. "We tie ourselves down with chains of 'I'll do that when I lose weight' and 'I can't do that how I look now,' and we give up our current happiness for a promise that never comes," she wrote on her blog.

Jayne's beauty radiates through every photo — and she hopes it'll inspire other women battling eating disorders to love themselves as they are, right now.

"If I can fall in love with my body after all I've been through anyone can — they just have to believe that they deserve it. I honestly believe that body positivity has the power to save lives, and that is my mission," she said.

"Dangerous." That's how Joe describes the merge on Survivor: Second Chance. Dangerous was a great word to describe it, because it didn't take long for the claws to come out.

It started with Tasha fibbing to Kass that the original Bayon tribemates were no longer tightly connected. Kass smelled the lies and called Tasha out on it, which sparked a furious fight with angry words flying around camp. The next day, Tasha basically admitted to lying to Kass because she doesn't trust her. "Don't mess with my second chance!" Kass said. "You've just unleashed the beast." When their battle boiled over in front of the entire tribe, Ciera strangely got fired up and suddenly torched Andrew. As you might imagine, that didn't go over so smoothly.

When the line was literally drawn in the sand, the newly formed Orkun (how did they even come up with this name?) tribe was clearly split by two powerful alliances, with everybody campaigning for Joe and Spencer to join their side.

Joe won the first individual immunity challenge, which really didn't matter much because he was never a target this time around. As the majority alliance began rallying against Kass, she smartly realized the dominant core would split the votes out of fear there would be a hidden Idol coming into play.

In a last-ditch effort, the self-described "Chaos Kass" asked for help from Spencer. She was hoping he would return the favor to keep her safe, just as she had done at the previous elimination.

The dramatic Tribal Council involved a crazy cacophony of regurgitated verbal spats with a Ciera spiel about motivating others to play the game for first place, not 13th.

When the votes were tallied, it was a mish-mash of ballots against four different players, including Tasha, Kass, Ciera and Andrew. In the end, Kass was the person who was snuffed out of the competition. She is now the first member of the jury.

My kids are all different. Throughout the series, you will see aspects of my personality in all three of my children. Most say my eldest, Blanche, is most like me — except don't tell Stella, my youngest, because she says she is becoming more like me. In tonight's premiere episode, we met Lexie Collins, a pageant hopeful who is totally real and herself on the show. We also get a flavor for one constant mission throughout the series, which is gender equality and raising strong, independent daughters. I am thinking I have more than succeeded. As a father of daughters, gender equality is very important. I remember being in law school in the '80s when the women essentially dressed like men, almost becoming gender neutral. Clearly, this was not good. I coach and see women struggle with knowing their own voice and being empowered to make their own choices. Recently, a college freshman told me she didn't think that a woman should be president because women are indecisive. Interestingly enough, she was OK with women in the military. I can honestly say at the end of her session she thought otherwise.

Lexi from tonight's episode is an amazing, vivacious woman who in many ways sees herself as a teen. She experiences growth on the show and it's so great to see and watch. I am very direct on how she is caught in a self-made quagmire. It's not uncommon for one to hold on to what works, being fearful to go the next step. I see this with lawyers, pageant girls and everyday people. We all know the phrase, “If it ain't broke, don't fix it.” But what if it's dated? Lexi learns to be the woman she is and use what is inside her to grow. Her willingness to embrace change with guidance is the key to success, I think.

In the family portrait scene of the episode, we see something that's not common for me — a better idea. The photographer, Vicki, knows me and my family; she even took my kids' baby pictures. I ultimately show second choice what's affecting my emotions and you see Blanche calming me down. In the end, I win, because I get a great portrait. I knew the kids were not into this idea but in the end, I got what I wanted and they liked it, too. Maybe next time I might go with Vicki's idea from the beginning... maybe.
