The feud between Alec Baldwin and Donald Trump is heating up

I never knew I could like Alec Baldwin so much, but his time portraying Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live has gone beyond the parameters of normal comic parody. Baldwin has become a voice for those skeptical of the Trump presidency.

Trump has been vocal about his displeasure over the comedy sketches SNL has written around him. He has consistently called the sketches "biased" and "not fair" on Twitter, and Baldwin has promptly and consistently responded to Trump's comments with the perfect comebacks.

Most recently, Baldwin did a sketch last night in which Trump's office tried desperately to get Trump to stop tweeting, but Trump just couldn't help himself, resulting in a lack of production as he prepares to take over the White House.

It seems that every time Baldwin does an SNL skit as Trump, Trump makes some comment about how horrible it is. Every time, Baldwin responds with a flawless retort, and then Trump falls silent until the next time.

Trump is clearly not actually interested in any rhetoric on the topic. Nor is he interested in actually looking at these pieces as more than comedy — which they are. They are commentaries on the truth that a lot of people are nervous about the state of our country following the election, and rightly so.

Not to mention that if our president-elect can't even laugh at himself, then we're in for four years of listening to him complain about every late-night skit anyone dares write.

I, personally, think humor is going to be essential to make it through this presidency.

Don't even try to tell me Amy Schumer won't make an uh-mazing Barbie.

Schumer is reportedly in negotiations to star in Sony's upcoming live-action Barbie movie about a doll who doesn't feel she belongs in Barbieland.

Of course, as soon as the news broke, trolls began to spew hate on Twitter.

Clearly, these people haven't stopped to actually think before vomiting up their hate because Schumer is absolutely, 100 percent perfect for this role. First of all, she's gorgeous, curves and all. She has those big blue eyes and the blonde hair. But more importantly, she represents a real woman in a real world. She triumphs for the everygirl in her comedy in a time where Barbie needs to step up and do the same — not for the sake of feminism or any of the popular buzzwords these days, but for the generation of little girls who are wondering what their future looks like. The Barbie who is too skinny to be a real person and whose world is filled with dresses and material possessions is a Barbie of the past.

Robin Hood’s OUAT return is actually doing more harm than good

It was a massive heartbreaker when Robin Hood died in Season 5, so when it was announced that Sean Maguire would somehow mysteriously reprise his role in Season 6, Once Upon a Time fans rejoiced.

Well, Robin finally returned in Sunday's episode, and his comeback may actually end up being a not-so-good thing. Obviously, Robin being around is a fantastic thing, but hear us out.

The Evil Queen used the genie lamp and had Aladdin grant her a wish. What pushed her to make a wish was Emma using the infamous sword that supposedly kills the Evil Queen in the future, and it actually hurt the queen but not Regina. Hmm... can this sword kill the Evil Queen and not Regina? That remains to be seen.

Now, back to the wish. It wasn't something the Evil Queen had once hoped for, but something Emma once uttered to Aladdin: The Evil Queen wished that Emma was never the savior. That's exactly what Emma got, and she ended up in a dream world in the Enchanted Forest. In this fictional world, Emma was "Princess Emma," the Evil Queen was defeated, Henry was being dubbed a knight and everyone else was living happily ever after.

Back in Storybrooke, everyone was in a panic until Regina realized that she and the Evil Queen are one person, so technically she could also make a wish. That's what she did, and she wished to be transported to wherever Emma was sent.

Regina's time in this dream Enchanted Forest was super messy, but to make a long story short, Regina managed to get "Princess Emma" to realize her true identity with help from dream Rumplestiltskin. They were both on their way back to Storybrooke (via a magic bean from dream Rumple) when two arrows came flying at their heads. What? Who would do such a thing? Enter Robin Hood.

At first, he was a glorious sight, and we freaked out accordingly. Finally! Robin Hood is back! Oh, wait, he's not real. No one in this dream world is real, but that wasn't enough to make Regina or Emma jump into the portal to return to Storybrooke. Instead, they are still stuck in the dream world of the Enchanted Forest.

As frustrating as it is, how can you blame Regina for stopping in her tracks upon seeing her one true love "in the flesh"? He died way too soon. Of course Regina wants to be with him. Here's where Robin's triumphant return isn't a good thing. First of all, he is not real, which is a total bummer for both fans and Regina. Here's hoping that whenever OUAT returns, Regina and Emma figure out a way to make Robin Hood a real live boy, you know, like Pinocchio.

Second of all, Robin doesn't know Regina as his one true love but as the Evil Queen. Their former relationship doesn't exist in his mind. Will the fact that he doesn't see Regina the way she sees him only make things worse for Regina? Will it really provide her closure, or will it hurt her even more? Will they fall in love all over again and then Regina will have a romance with a fake Robin? Really, can any good come of this for Regina? Of course she is a badass, independent woman who can handle it, because that's who she always is, but we can't watch her heart break all over again. She deserves so much better.

Finally, thanks to Robin, Emma and Regina are stuck in this dream world. How are they going to get home? Dream Rumple was all too kind the first time, giving them a magic bean, but a second time around? If he is the one to help them, you know he is going to cause chaos and want something in return.

Side note: Emma's supposed killer was also revealed, and guess who it seems to be: none other than Morpheus. That's right. He showed up in Storybrooke as a full-grown adult and even turned the Evil Queen into a snake. Let's just say his reunion with Rumple and Belle, aka his parents, was a shockingly dark one, especially since it appears the Black Fairy (Rumple's mother) snagged Morpheus away from the Blue Fairy upon her mission to hide him away from Rumple. Basically, Rumbelle have another big problem on their hands. Belle really can't catch a break, can she?

Once Upon a Time returns with new episodes sometime in March 2017.

The perfect shade of nude lipstick shouldn’t be next-to-impossible to find, and it definitely shouldn’t require you buying a dozen different shades, going home, trying them on, finding that you now look dead, sick, and pale, thinking about the money you just wasted, and promptly punching a wall. Not that that’s happened to me a BILLION times before, or anything. (Ever had that problem? No? Just me? Cool.)

But seriously, how do the J.Los of the world do it? How do these magical people rock nude, semi-matte lips for years and still totally slay, while I can’t find one damn lipstick that works for my average skin tone? Turns out, it’s not just me—nude lipsticks are tricky for everyone to figure out, according to 100-percent of the people I’ve asked in the office. So I decided to dispel the mystical cloud surrounding them by going to the experts for their best advice.

“Nude lipsticks should be the softest version of your own lip color,” says makeup artist Ashleigh Ciucci. “So to pick the best nude for your skin tone, just find the shade that most closely matches your natural lips, since that matchy-matchy look is actually what creates a nude effect.” Uh, what? Mind blown. “Your lips are one of the most pigmented and pink-toned spots on your face, so if you try to cancel out the color with a lipstick that’s too light for your skin tone you’ll actually wipe your face of its natural pigments, which can make you look sick,” she says.

Cool, so the biggest mistake people make with nude lipsticks (a.k.a. choosing a shade that matches your face, rather than a shade that matches your lips) was what I had done for years. Awesome. But what about the formula itself? Should you choose matte, glossy, opaque, or sheer? “Oh, man—a nude matte is the worst; it requires a ton of work and effort,” says Ciucci, immediately dispelling any uncertainty. “A creamy, semi-glossy texture is going to be the most forgiving, and it’s also look more flesh-toned and realistic.”

Just because creamy textures are “easier,” though, doesn’t mean that nude lipsticks are for the lazy. Since light colors show every flake and ripple on your skin, you need to exfoliate the hell out of your lips (try Fresh Sugar Lip Polish), first, before applying your lipstick. Ideally, you’ll even use matching nude lip liner, first, to help soften the contrast between lip and face. “I actually like to apply the lipstick first and then go back with the lip liner and clean up the edges,” says Ciucci. And because you’re muting your lips, you’ll need to draw attention to another part of your face, whether that be through an insanely awesome smokey eye, or bold-as-hell brows. Otherwise, yeah, you’ll look like the Crypt keeper.

For those of you with fair-as-hell skin (hey-o, Taylor Swift and Emma Stone), look for warm, peach-hued shades that have more caramel undertones than pink undertones. “Just make sure to brush a bit of bronzer around the edges of your face and blend some blush across your cheeks so your skin doesn't look totally monotone," says Ciucci.

The Westworld finale tonight beautifully wrapped up what is, hands down, the best new show of 2016. Did the show have its flaws? Sure. But, all in all, Westworld was a television masterpiece that has redefined the places TV can go by exploring bigger and deeper themes than we've ever seen in a series. (And I'm thinking of The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones as I say this so, trust me, I don't make that statement lightly.)

3. Was Felix working for the person controlling Maeve all along?

4. Is Maeve's daughter in Westworld or are there other worlds operating currently where she could be placed?

5. Will Maeve be caught after her attempt to escape or are all the "controlling" factions now dead thanks to Dolores?

6. Will Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) and Maeve team up in Season 2?

The real reason for Kanye West's meltdown is finally out

Anyone who watched Kanye West's concert rants that ultimately led to his hospitalization over the past few weeks could tell that there was more going on with West than simple exhaustion.

Well, according to TMZ, there was a lot more going on.

Apparently, the erratic behavior was the result of West inconsistently taking medication that he had been prescribed for "psychological issues."

West has been open in the past about his struggles with depression and anxiety.

But I wonder why this was finally the psychological breaking point for West, who has become legendary for his strange, public rants. Dissing Jay Z and Beyoncé hardly seems out of ordinary for the man who interrupted Taylor Swift in the middle of the MTV Music Awards just to declare that Beyoncé should have won the award. Just last year, he had another strange rant at the 2015 show in which he declared his intention to run for president in 2020.

According to TMZ, the straw that broke the camel's back, as they say, was Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery in October. The outlet reports that following that event, West deviated from his prescribed dosage of medicine, and the event apparently took a heavy toll on West's mental health.

A source who spoke with Us Weekly seemed to back up this claim, "He’s been shaken up ever since the robbery in Paris. It did a number on him as much as Kim. The mere thought that anything could happen to her sent him in a tailspin."

Thankfully, West is getting the help he needs. He has now been released from the hospital and is said to be resting and recuperating at home with his family.

Without Daryl, The Walking Dead is starting to flatline

Sigh. After last week's snoozefest of an episode centered around Tara and Heath (no offense to those actors, who were shortchanged), hopes were high that The Walking Dead this week would offer up some good momentum going into the midseason finale. Only, that's not really how things played out.

Once again, The Walking Dead delivered a generously long episode. In earlier seasons, that's something I would have traded my eye-teeth for. I'm fairly certain the refrain I'd repeat each week was something along the lines of, "Gah, I wish the show was longer!"

And then this season came along, and AMC keeps delivering precisely what we wished for all the seasons before: episodes that are extended by anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. So what's the problem? Well, now they seem too long.

When episodes drag on and nothing really happens, they start to feel like filler. Both last week's episode and this week's episode are excellent cases in point. If I was going to play devil's advocate, I suppose I have to give this week's episode a little credit — it did lay the groundwork for what could be some potentially explosive situations in next week's mid-season finale.

After failing to assassinate Negan but killing two of his men, Carl ultimately winds up back at Alexandria with the villain, who discovers the existence of baby sister Judith. In that incredibly creepy way of his, Negan idly talks of killing Rick and Carl and making a life in the suburbs as he kisses Judith on the head.

How will Negan handle this situation once Rick returns? Or how will Rick handle seeing Negan with little Judith? Sure, that might shake things up.

Then there's Michonne, who we find out has been luring and killing walkers so she could build a roadblock with their bodies. In doing so, she manages to ensnare a Savior to take her to Negan's lair.

Spencer has also been quite busy, essentially trying to wrangle Father Gabriel (who was likable for the first time ever this week) into a plan to overthrow Rick. When Gabriel calls him an enormous shit and bails on him, Spencer finds a walker with a note leading him to a ton of supplies. Back at Alexandria, he says he is going to give them to Negan and "that's not all." Very cryptic, very douchey.

Let's see, what else? With so many storylines spinning at once every week, everything seems to get diluted. Oh! There's the continued building of tension between Dwight and Negan — partially over Dwight's wife Sherry, whom Negan takes extra pleasure flaunting in front of Dwight. After Negan takes a hot iron to Dwight's friend Mark the same way he did to Dwight's face, Dwight seems fed up once and for all.

Near the end of the episode, a note with a key attached slides under Daryl's door urging him to go now. Could this be Dwight's handiwork? Or could it be Jesus, who miraculously disappeared after hitching a ride atop the Saviors' truck? Hmm, we shall see.

This brings us to a crucial junction: Daryl's first real opportunity to escape.

Looking back over this season thus far, the only episodes that really stand out are those in which Daryl played a pivotal role. There was obviously the premiere, with Daryl's outburst leading to Glenn's death. It goes without saying that was gutting.

There was also the first episode showing us what life has been like for Daryl as Negan's prisoner, and that was similarly brutal. Seeing him suffer and almost break was more than most fans could bear.

So now we are here, and Daryl seemingly has the chance to flee. But will he take it? The Daryl of old wouldn't have thought twice about it. In fact, he may never have stopped trying to escape. This new Daryl, though, bears the weight of those who care for him and whom he cares for. He's much less cavalier with his life... or theirs.

Plus, there's the problematic issue of his imprisonment. Has Negan succeeded in breaking Daryl's spirit? The fact that he spoke up at the sight of Carl would suggest otherwise, but it's entirely possible that faced with escaping and incurring more of Negan's wrath, Daryl will simply decide to stay put.

Unfortunately, if that happens, we may officially have to put The Walking Dead on life support. Do ya hear that, Norman Reedus? We need you. Pick up that key, get out of that compound and go back to kicking ass like the Daryl we know and love. The life of the show may depend on it.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have revealed their baby boy's name on A Plus.

Confirming that their son was born on Nov. 30 weighing 8 pounds and 15 ounces, the couple officially introduced Dimitri Portwood Kutcher to the world.

They also had a "simple message" for the public that suggests we won't be seeing any photos of the new arrival any time soon. "We'd like to allow our kids to make their own choices on whether to have a life in the public eye or not," said Kutcher. "We don't want to make the choice for them."

Dimitri is a Russian baby boy name from the Greek Demetrius (the god of farming and fertility), meaning "follower of Demeter." It's lingered around the bottom of the U.S. top 1000 for the past decade, and ranked at No. 905 in 2015.

Famous bearers of the name include Russian-American film composer Dimitri Zinovievich Tiomkin, American NFL player Dimitri Jonthiel Patterson, and English actor Dimitri Leonidas. Pop culture references include the character in the Twilight Saga, the character in the Vampire Academy series, and the character in the 1997 animated film Anastasia.

The name may be a nod to Kunis's heritage: the 33-year-old actress was born in Ukraine (former Soviet Union) when it was occupied by Russia. Her son's middle name, Portwood, appears to honor Kutcher's stepfather, Mark Portwood.

Kunis and Kutcher, 38, are also parents to daughter Wyatt Isabelle, 2.

There are a lot of exciting things in store for Alexander Ludwig's character on the hit History Channel series, Vikings.

Ludwig, who stars as Björn Ironside (the son of Ragnar Lothbrok and Lagertha), recently teased that there are some big changes happening in the show, and that these directly impact the future of his character. In fact, it's these modifications which compelled Ludwig to stay on for the second part of Season 4.

According to CTV News, Ludwig revealed that fans can expect to see Björn embracing a darker side of himself. He'll also be getting revenge on someone and traveling the Mediterranean — all key aspects of the show's overall storyline.

"It's the best season we've ever done, I think. As an audience you're going to be super invested in these characters, and they're so on the fringe of destruction internally and externally," Ludwig confessed. "As a fan myself, it's just constantly a cliffhanger and it can be very troubling as well."

This "darkness" is something that has been coming for a long time. Back in March, Ludwig spoke about the changes to his character in the first half of Season 4, telling reporters at a press call that Björn "slowly starts to become hardened by life's cruel circumstances" and also becomes selfish by doing that.

Ludwig also noted that he's done some of the "best work" in Season 4B, adding, "I'm just very happy for the whole audience to get to see a side of Björn that I don't think anybody really knew existed." But are fans as excited as Ludwig is about the new direction?

The answer seems to be yes, at least according to Twitter.

We love that Björn is tough but fair (and seems to have more emotions and empathy than some of the other characters). He has been loyal and devoted to his family throughout the seasons, but to emerge from his father's shadow and finally determine his own future is something we've been waiting for for a very long time. Of course we're also excited to see how this dynamic plays out and affects the show.

Katie Holmes & Jamie Foxx's romance is being kept private for a reason

No one really knows what's happening with Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx: but if they are in a relationship then it's the best kept secret in Hollywood.

However, a new report may have shed some light on why the rumored couple are so notoriously private, and, according to a Hollywood Life source, it's because Holmes is in no rush to make things official.

"Katie is in no rush whatsoever to make things with Jamie official," a source told the publication. "She has no desire to ever be involved again in the kind of circus that was created after she started dating Tom [Cruise], so she's very happy to keep things on the DL [down low]."

Of course, this theory would make perfect sense, and it's in no way surprising that Holmes would want to remain as private as possible after living through a highly publicized relationship, and subsequent divorce, from Tom Cruise — and according to the source, she likes the new direction her life has taken her in.

"Her life now, compared to back then, is like night and day — and she is soooo much happier!" the source said. "She has vowed never to allow her life to be lived under the media spotlight again, and Jamie is very happy with the way things are too."

While this still brings us no closer to knowing the real status of Holmes and Foxx's relationship, it does offer up a pretty good theory for why they would be making such an effort to keep things between them private.

My husband and I had almost been married two years when I finally stopped letting the fact that we didn’t have kids get to me. After hundreds of questions, people telling us that they were pregnant before they told anyone else (I started to think this was some sick joke), and many tears I finally overcame the feelings and self-doubt I had been dealing with for longer than I can remember.

Here are nine things I realized when I stopped letting my empty uterus define my self-worth:

It’s OK to be jealous, but don't let it consume you

There were several people I developed very angry feelings towards because they were pregnant, talking about getting pregnant, or documenting on social media every glorious day they spent with their adorable kids. I am a genuinely nice person and this almost destroyed me. Not to mention how unhealthy it is to sit and compare your life to someone else on a day-to-day basis.

Don’t be mean

This goes without saying. People aren’t trying to get pregnant just to make you mad or sad. Try your best to be nice and if you need to have a good cry, grab some chocolate and do it in private.

You are doing the right thing for you

Who hasn’t fallen into the trap of not feeling good enough because you aren’t doing what people think you should be doing? You have to do what is best for you and your husband, and own that decision with everything you’ve got.

People will say stupid things

It is inevitable that no matter how many times you’ve told someone something, they will probably make a stupid comment about your situation at some point. Smile, brush it off, and try your hardest not to punch them in the face.

Be honest

This one can be extremely hard when you are dealing with family because you want to make them happy. I live to please the people I love, but I dug myself in a deep hole telling family members what I thought they wanted to hear. In the end I was the one who ended up getting hurt. There is nothing wrong with being honest with the people you love. They should stand behind your decision and love you no matter what.

Enjoy life

My friends with kids often made comments about how I was missing out on life without kids because I was so stressed about having them. Travel, stay up late, sleep as much as you darn well please, and go on lots of date nights with your husband, because once you do have kids all of that will be a rare occurrence.

Your husband probably won't understand everything you're going through

I hate to break it to you, but men don’t have a uterus so they aren’t the ones being judged for having an empty one. It’s important to share how you feel with your husband but understand that he might not be able to empathize with every single emotion you are feeling. I went blue in the face trying to get an "I understand" from my husband and it never came.

Stop caring what other people think

Your mom has probably been telling you this since you were in pre-school and it turns out this advice can help you in this situation. I was convinced everywhere I went people were starring me down with dagger eyes because I was married, of child-bearing age, and didn't have a kid. It really isn’t anyone else’s business so stop caring what they think.

Your time will come

Whether it be naturally, through fertility treatments or by adoption your time will come. Just because you aren’t a mother right now doesn’t mean you will never be one. Love yourself the way you are and don’t let your empty uterus get you down.

Madonna hasn't responded to all the butt backlash, probably because she's too busy doing more good things for the world. Some of these commenters should take a page from her book.

Why I’m hesitant to write about the latest birth defects study

Another day, another study that comes out naming something else that women could do wrong during pregnancy. Yes, maternal health is extremely important and the more we know about what results in a successful pregnancy the better, but once again, I’m almost hesitant to share the results of the new research indicating that a certain type of antidepressant could result in greater risk of birth defects or stillbirths.

When covering stories like this, it can be tempting — and easier — to frame it as “here’s something else pregnant people shouldn’t do that might hurt their babies.” The problem is, this kind of coverage, lacking nuance, only adds to the blanket blame placed on women if anything goes wrong with the pregnancy. In this particular case, the lazy interpretation of “all pregnant women who take antidepressants during the first trimester are knowingly hurting their babies” is too much of a generalization, and could have lasting consequences for pregnant women in need of mental health treatment.

First, the facts:

The study found that women who took a specific type of antidepressants (SSRIs) during the first trimester were at a small — but still significantly greater — risk of having babies with birth defects or who are stillborn than those who did not take SSRIs. For those who appreciate the numbers, 6 in 200 pregnancies resulted in birth defects or stillbirths when the mother was not on SSRIs, while that number rose to 7 in 200 when SSRIs were taken.

Of course, the more information that is available to help pregnant women make informed choices while expecting is a good thing. It’s just important to provide this information in a way that is accurate and raises awareness rather than panic. For many women, treating depression is a crucial part of wellness during pregnancy. They should be trusted to take this information, discuss it with their doctor and come up with the treatment plan that works best for both the mother and potential child.

8 things you probably didn't know about herpes

The herpes virus has long been shrouded in the mystery of fear. Whether they're cold sores or genital herpes, even the idea can send people running in the other direction. Unfortunately, while it's important to take precautions to keep yourself safe, there are also a lot of misconceptions about the virus.

Here are some important things you should know before you jump to conclusions.

1. It's super common

That's right. Roughly two-thirds of people have some form of herpes according to the World Health Organization. One out of every 6 people has genital herpes, and 80 percent of those people do not know they have it. As many as 90 percent of Americans have been exposed to the virus.

2. Outbreaks aren't the only symptoms

Many men and women don't know they have herpes because they don't have the usual symptoms. In fact, the CDC reports some may not even experience an outbreak. During the first outbreak many people experience flu-like symptoms, including a fever, headaches, body aches or swollen glands. Other symptoms can include pain in the lower back, unusual vaginal discharge or burning when urinating.

3. Pregnancy brings on outbreaks

Both cold sore and genital herpes outbreaks can be more common during pregnancy. If you experience cold sores while pregnant consult your doctor before taking any medications.

4. Avoid facial peels during an outbreak

Believe it or not, you should avoid facial peels or waxing if you have an outbreak because treatments like this can spread the herpes virus and cause outbreaks all over your face. Disturbing? Absolutely. Good to know? Most definitely. "If you have a history of cold sores, you may want to talk to your dermatologist before you even attempt waxing your lip," said Rebecca Kazin, a board-certified dermatologist with the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery.

5. Outbreaks are contagious from the first tingle

It isn't just the blister that will spread the virus. The virus can actually be spread from the first tingle until it is completely healed, which can take weeks. From the moment you feel an outbreak, you should take precautions not to spread the virus.

6. You can't spread herpes to your dog

Dogs can get herpes, but it is a different strain of the virus than the one humans get. You cannot spread the virus to your dog and your dog can't spread the virus to you. So no worries, dog lovers — his kisses may not be the cleanest in the world, but you're not going to get a cold sore from loving on your pup.

7. It's not the end of the world

Whether they're cold sores or genital herpes, the symptoms are manageable. Though there is no cure for herpes, outbreaks can be managed and symptoms greatly reduced.

8. Herpes isn't always recurring

Dr. Vanessa Cullins, the vice president of external medical affairs at Planned Parenthood, told Teen Vogue that some people don't experience outbreak recurrence. "Some people rarely have recurrences. Others have them often. Herpes is most likely to recur in the first year after infection. Recurrences may be more frequent for people with weakened immune systems," Cullins explained.

TWD scenes between Negan & Carl echo the comics, but will it stay that way?

As far as plot progress goes, it's been kind of slow-going on The Walking Dead this season. Ever since the horrifying and emotionally scarring Season 7 premiere, things have essentially slogged along — or so it seemed. But the reality is that the AMC series is following the comic books closely, and no story arc is better suited to illustrate that purpose than that of Negan and Carl's.

We've speculated before about how Carl's fate might unfold, and whether or not it would mirror the strange interest Negan takes in Carl in the comic world. And, well, it would appear we have our answer.

In this week's episode titled "Sing Me a Song," we saw several encounters between Negan and Carl unfold just as they did in the comics... basically verbatim.

First, there was Carl's arrival at Negan's camp. According to Cinema Blend, the way things played out with Carl hiding in the truck and taking out two of Negan's men before being tackled by Dwight held very true to the comics. Predictably, though, Negan's, erm, colorful language and explicit one-liners were toned down for TV.

Another memorable scene in this week's episode occurred when Negan sat Carl down in his study and made him unravel his eye bandage. Then, after mercilessly making fun of the boy, seemed to have a rare apologetic moment. Of course, mere minutes later, he made a crying Carl eke out the words to "You are My Sunshine" while he practiced swinging Lucille nearby.

And finally, there's the symmetry between the comic book portrayal of Negan searing Mark's face with a hot iron and what happened onscreen. Suffice it to say, it was disgusting in print and film. This disturbing "punishment" played out practically the same in both mediums, underscoring just how much power Negan has in this new Walking Dead world.

Another brutal scene, another faithful adaptation of Robert Kirkman's comic writing.

It goes without saying that none of the scenes in which Carl and Daryl interacted were true to the comics because Daryl simply doesn't exist in the comics (for shame, I know). There were also several key differences between how the comic handled Carl's homecoming and how the show framed it.

Still, this week's episode overall paid homage to the comics through Carl and Negan's scenes. So what does this mean for Rick's progeny?

Well, one of two things, likely. The first scenario would be precisely what it would seem after this week — that Carl's arc on the show is going to follow his arc in the comics. That means that Carl will attempt to take Negan's life several more times throughout the course of the show.

But it also means that the strange symbiotic relationship between the two will continue to develop, and Negan will show a weakness for Carl that is unlike his relationship with any other character in The Walking Dead world.

The other option is that AMC and Kirkman are just trying to make us think they are going to follow Negan and Carl's comic arc religiously, when in actuality they are setting up a surprise death for Carl in the mid-season finale.

At this point, sticking to the original comic arc seems more likely, but with ratings dropping every week, would it be wrong to hope they go with the latter?

During a segment called "The Road Ahead," the Angels can be seen wearing a kimono, Asian-inspired boots and a strange Chinese dragon wrapped around Elsa Hosk's body — among other "questionable" items of clothing. According to Mic, the segment was meant to celebrate multiculturalism. However, some — specifically Cosmo — found the lingerie during the show to be "racist." Cosmo's executive lifestyle editor Helin Jung wrote: "The Orientalism on display here doesn't show an understanding or an attempt at dialogue. It doesn't close any gaps. What condescension, for Victoria's Secret to think that by wrapping a model in a dragon, it could connect directly with a new consumer in China." Cosmo deleted the article shortly after publication.

Aimee Ann Preston, 28, who has been dating 68-year-old Tyler for four years, accompanied him to the Hospitality Committee for United Nations Delegations Ambassadors' Ball 2016 at the Metropolitan Club in New York City on Saturday, where they posed together on the red carpet looking happy as can be. Only one thing was awkward about the photos: the way Preston was placing her hand, making sure to give all the photographers and onlookers an unobstructed view of the ring she was wearing on her wedding finger.

The ring, a gray pearl surrounding by diamonds, definitely looks like an engagement ring. And after four years together, it wouldn't exactly be surprising if Tyler popped the question. What is apparently surprising to many is their 40-year age difference.

"I thought she was his granddaughter," one reader commented on an article speculating about Tyler and Preston's engagement. Another harsher reader wrote, "I hope they have a long beautiful marriage, until he dies of natural causes in 6 years."

But if there's anything we know for sure, it's that you can never expect the internet to be positive — especially in the comment section. Preston and Tyler have been in a long and seemingly happy relationship, and if the news is true and they really are engaged, congratulations to them!

Steven Yeun's life after The Walking Dead is going pretty well

The Walking Dead's Steven Yeun is having a much better time IRL than he is on the show.

Yeun's character was brutally killed off at the start of the current season of The Walking Dead, but now that he's off the hit AMC series, Yeun is focusing on other things, like marrying his longtime girlfriend, Joana Pak.

Yeun and Pak, who works as a photographer, had an intimate wedding ceremony Saturday at the Paramour Estate in Los Angeles. A handful of Yeun's former Walking Dead co-stars attended the event, including Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, Sarah Wayne Callies, Chandler Riggs, Emma Bell and Alanna Masterson.

Between all the TV stars and Yeun's other friends and family, plenty of photos from the big day made their way onto social media, giving us all a few behind-the-scenes glimpses at what looked like a picture-perfect wedding day.
