Pour something different this Thanksgiving and try a mushroom gravy. It's good over turkey and even roast beef, poultry, pork or lamb.
This quick-and-easy mushroom gravy is a snap. If you'd like, skip the chicken stock and use drippings from your roasted turkey instead! This rich and creamy sauce is complemented by the hearty taste of fresh mushrooms and is a great addition to your Thanksgiving dinner.
