Parties and food go together like peas in a pod. You can't invite over a bunch of friends and not have tons of delicious food just waiting to be devoured! So, we gathered up the top three most delicious sounding dips and put them into one drool-worthy post!
First up is a warm, cheesy and spicy jalapeño popper dip!
Jalapeño popper dip recipe
Yields 8 x 8-inch dish
Ingredients:
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup colby jack shredded cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 can fire-roasted chopped green chilies
- 8 ounces sliced jalapeño peppers
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a food processor add cream cheese, mayonaise, colby jack cheese, one-half cup of the Parmesan cheese, green chilies and jalapeños. Mix until combined. Don't process too long because you want to keep some of the jalapeño pieces chunky.
- Add to 8 x 8-inch dish and set aside while you make the topping.
- In a small bowl add other one-half cup Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix until combined and sprinkle on top of filling.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until topping is slightly browned. Serve hot with tortilla chips, fresh sliced bread or crackers.
Next up is a delicious hot Reuben dip. It's less work than a sandwich but with all the taste!
Hot Reuben dip recipe
Yields 8 x 8-inch dish
Ingredients:
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 pound sliced corned beef, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl add cream cheese, sour cream and ketchup. Stir until blended.
- Add in chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, onion and sweet relish. Mix together and add to greased 8 x 8-inch dish.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is warm.
- Serve warm with sliced rye bread or crackers.
Finally, we have a dip that will leave people begging for the recipe! It's cheesy and full of hamburger. Perfect for hungry party guests!
Cheesy hamburger dip recipe
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 8 ounces pepper jack Velveeta cheese
- 2 cups shredded taco seasoned cheese
- 16 ounce jar chunky salsa
- 1 can Hormel chili with no beans
Directions:
- Brown hamburger and drain the fat.
- In the same skillet add remaining ingredients and heat through until melted and warm.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
