Seeking Rich Media Developer

Responsiblities

This position may include some or all of the following:

• Manage multiple jobs at a time
• Work with Designers and Project Managers to meet production deadlines
• Design for comps and final execution of Banner Ads, Websites, Rich Media etc…
• Design and develop Flash animation/components for digital executions
• Design and develop illustrations in Illustrator
• Work with front and back end development teams to execute on deliverables
• Participate in brainstorms, take accurate notes and develop directions for visuals to support ideas
• Upload and download assets via FTP clients and work within established information architectures
• Keep creative server synchronized and updated with local workstation
• Create presentation PDFS
• Design and oversee management of assets

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Interactive Media Design as Developer, Flash Designer or equivalent experience
• Must be expert level Flash Animator
• Must be familiar with ActionScript
• Must be highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Have working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Must be familiar with basic web design principles such as User Experience, Interactive User Interfaces, Usability, Accessibility and Image Optimization
• Agency experience a plus
• Must be in tune with popular culture and aware of trends
• Must be creative, detail-oriented, well organized, self-starter and have the ability to succeed in a high-paced deadline-driven environment
• Must be familiar with online communities
• Must be in tune with popular culture and aware of trends
• After Effects experience/knowledge a plus
• Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Maya and Soundtrack Pro a plus
• Experience with Double Click Studio a plus
