Hugh Grant has become a daddy for the second time. The actor tweeted the news on Saturday.
"In answer to some journos, am thrilled my daughter now has a brother. Adore them both to an uncool degree. They have a fab mum."
He then added two more tweets, just to get the facts straight.
"And to be crystal clear. I am the Daddy," he said, followed by "Thanks for v kind messages. Now I've confirmed ,hoping my family will be left in peace."
The new baby is reportedly a full-blooded brother of Grant's daughter. Their mom, Tinglan Hong, is something of a mystery.
"The actor and Hong had their first child in 2011, when his spokeswoman said in a statement that the baby girl was the result of a 'fleeting affair' but Grant 'could not be happier or more supportive,'" said Reuters.
It looks like the two reunited, but it's still not clear whether they are a couple. When the first child was born in 2011, Hong fought back against British tabloids, hoping to protect her child.
"Days [after the birth of their daughter], Hong won a court injunction in Britain 'prohibiting harassment' of her and the child after she said paparazzi had made her life unbearable," said Reuters. "Grant is a strident critic of Britain's tabloid newspaper culture."

The actor has dated many other actresses, most the time in the public eye. Grant and Elizabeth Hurley were together for 13 years but ended their relationship in 2000. The two have stayed friends, and Grant is the godfather of Hurley’s son.
Though Grant did confirm the new birth on Twitter, he did not mention a name or anything else about his new son or how the mother is doing. However, the UK Daily Mail reports the baby's name is Felix Chang.
