The recipe can be scaled to make many tags or just a few .
Ingredients:
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 cups flour
Directions:
Mix salt and flour, then add water.

Mix together and form a ball.

Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness onto a floured surface. Use different cookie cutters to cut out various shapes for gift tags.

Ink stamps and stamp gift tags as desired. I used a regular stamp pad and letter stamps.

Remember to punch a small hole on the top of the tag so you can string the ribbon through. I used the inside of a ballpoint pen to punch the hole.

Place gift tags on drying rack and let dry for 24 to 48 hours.

When ornaments are dry, use them to creatively wrap your gifts. You could also brush Mod Podge on the tag and sprinkle glitter on top to add a little sparkle.
