More: Giovanna Fletcher was body-shamed 11 days after giving birth

In a good way though — because it's really, really beautiful.

Fletcher released "Bump to Buddy" on his YouTube channel yesterday and it was the most perfect Mother's Day tribute to his wife Giovanna.

"We took photos almost every day of the pregnancy… again!" the dad-of-two captioned the video. "Well, we did it for Buzz so how could we not do it for Buddy. We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we love looking back over the last 9 months of our lives that brought us our second son Buddy Bob Fletcher."

Buddy, a little brother to Buzz, was born on Feb. 16 and the video shows how his mum's baby bump grew over the months she was carrying him.

It isn't the first time the talented songwriter has wowed us all with feel-good family videos. He made a similar montage, "Bump to Buzz," to celebrate the birth of his first son in March 2014, which has been viewed over 12 million times. Other popular videos include Fletcher's unique wedding speech, their "Player 2" pregnancy announcement and the moment Giovanna was in labour with Buddy.

Mum divides opinion after outing her son as a 'bully' on Facebook

More: I found out my son was the thing I feared: the bully

Single mother Terry Evans, who is believed to live in Wales, took to Facebook after she caught her 12-year-old son Jacob bullying a new girl at his school, reported The Metro.

In her no-holds-barred post she said she was “absolutely disgusted” that her son had seen fit to "purposefully tread on a new girl's foot at school," which caused her "brand new" shoe's heel to snap.

Evans didn't expect her post to create such a stir but it quickly got over 50,000 likes and was shared thousands of times by those who praised her "fantastic parenting."

Initially Terry had tagged Jacob in the post so his friends would also learn a lesson from his actions but after the post went viral she removed his name.

Not all parents saw Terry's move as "fantastic," however, and some comments revealed their concerns.

"Why extend the humiliation?" said Alison Kyle. "Your poor son. This will haunt him forever. A mistake at 12, online now for all to see."

"This is an incredibly dangerous thing to do to any child," wrote Michael Crowley. "What is even more disturbing are the huge numbers on here who cannot even see the dangers of what she has done."

More: Dad pulls no punches after learning his son is a bully (VIDEO)

Terry's original post has now been removed from Facebook but it was printed in full on Metro.co.uk:

"Absolutely disgusted that my 12 year old son saw fit to purposefully tread on a new girls foot at school and twist his foot with such force it broke her brand new shoes (causing the heel) to snap. I’ll tell you something Jacob ( JustPost Rng Photos) if you so much as breath in her or anyone's direction in a bullying manner I will personally hand you over to their parents for every demeaning chore they see fit for as long as they do… kiss goodbye to your birthday money as you will be buying the girl a new pair of shoes and a bunch of flowers! #‎iwillnothaveabullyinmyhouse [sic]"

She later added:

"Update. To answer a few questions, yes my son can see it, he was tagged in it before it went viral (which I didn’t realise was going to happen) so his friends could see that his actions have consequences, he is not big, clever, hard or funny, he’s a 12 year old boy answerable to his mam.

"I don’t much care who doesn’t agree with my parenting style, my son humiliated and embarrassed a girl, regardless of his reasoning (which was he didn't expect to break the shoe he just thought she may step out of it or stumble) that little girl still cried, for anyone's knowledge that girl may have left her old school because she was being bullied… then imagine how much worse my son's ridiculous act would have made her feel.

"So my so called embarrassing him online is a to be quite frankly nothing in comparison to the humiliation that little girl had to face walking round with a broken shoe and red eyes from crying when she is new [sic].

"Ps… of course I sat and spoke to him about his behaviour, I didn’t just tag him in a post and he read it! I am wholly confident this was a single occurrence which won’t be repeated."

What do you think of how this mum dealt with her son's behaviour? Let us know your thoughts below.

'All men must be feminists' said Annie Lennox during women's rights march

More: 31 ways to celebrate International Women's Day online

Public figures including singer and activist Annie Lennox, public rights campaigner Bianca Jagger, London mayoral hopeful Sadiq Khan, and International Development Secretary Justine Greening joined hundreds of people at a rally organised by Care International at London's Scoop Ampitheatre.

Lennox, 61, took to the mic and urged "any woman or girl or man" to continue the fight for equal rights, adding that "all men must be feminists."

Referring to the Suffragettes, Lennox said:

"They were sacrificing themselves for us… to have access to the democratic vote, to education, to job opportunities — the fight continues. The problem is in our country we have amnesia. We forget that people sacrifice so much to give us the things we take for granted.

"As a mother, I've realised I've got such a privileged life and I've seen the disparity, so I feel indebted and I feel that I must stand in solidarity. To be a mother is a very wonderful thing — please remember that around the globe there are women delivering babies today — those girls that have no access to healthcare, to reproductive health protection… have a moment to reflect on that."

Dr. Helen Pankhurst — great-granddaughter of the Suffragette founder Emmeline — also spoke at the rally. She said she couldn't think of a better way to spend Mother's Day, adding that she was "really honoured" and "proud" to have such a revolutionary ancestor.

However she reminded the crowds that there was still a need for solidarity and activism.

"It's about celebration, it's about being together, it's about sisterhood," she said. "We can do that in many ways, we can do that through social media but there is still a value in being out in the streets, walking together shoulder to shoulder as the suffragettes did 100 years ago."

Dr. Pankhurst also asked people to think "about the many refugees who have trekked hundreds of miles to find safety, many of them mothers, forced to carry their children from one danger zone to the next."

After speeches from survivors of female genital mutilation, politicians and feminist campaigners, the march began with Dr. Pankhurst and her daughter leading the way. Among the marchers were a crowd of suffragettes in period dress and wearing sashes emblazoned with the slogan "Deeds not words," who sang and chanted feminist anthems.

The link between ovarian cysts and endometriosis

Dunham has been refreshingly open about her struggle with the disease as a way of showing fellow sufferers that they shouldn't be ashamed of it. In fact, back in February, she used her decision to take a break from press work for the new season to explain how the disease is taking its toll on her.

Lena Dunham endometriosis

Lena Dunham endometriosis

Dunham explains that endometriosis is a "chronic condition that affects approximately 1 in 10 women's reproductive health," but there's a lot more to it than that. Endometriosis is one of the most elusive diseases that affects women, especially because it's so difficult to diagnose.

As such, I consulted Dr. Sherry Ross, an OB-GYN at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California, to get a better understanding of how it works.

The simple definition of endometriosis is a condition in which the tissue that normally lines the uterus is found outside the uterus. "These 'endometrial implants,' as they are referred to, can be found on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, bowels, bladder and anywhere else in the pelvis," Dr. Ross said. While symptoms vary somewhat from person to person, they're usually related to your monthly cycle. Whereas normal uterine lining sheds, causing you to bleed from your vaginal opening every month, someone with endometriosis will have bleeding occur wherever that extrauterine lining happens to be growing. So, instead of leaving your body, that shed uterine lining will build up into scar tissue, swell and sometimes cause acute pain during your time of the month.

More: Lena Dunham's outspoken opinions can now be found in your inbox

The ruptured cyst Dunham experienced was simply an enlarged endometrial implant that formed on her ovary. Women who suffer from endometriosis often get these types of ovarian cysts, otherwise known as ovarian endometrioma, but they don't always rupture. And even when they do, they doesn't usually require hospitalization. Dunham's cyst might have been particularly large, needing surgery to remove the scar tissue that resulted from the rupture.

Endometriosis is often genetic, so if your mother, sister or aunt has it, you have a higher chance of having it. Particularly long periods and severe childhood acne have also been linked to the disease's development. Unfortunately, little can be done to prevent the onset of endometriosis, but some believe that reducing inflammation in the body can lower risk or lessen symptoms. Dr. Ross said, "Many believe that keeping your estrogen levels low can help reduce your risk. The birth control pill, regular exercise, avoiding excessive alcohol and caffeine all help keep estrogen levels low in your body and help reduce your risk."

There is no cure for endometriosis. Once you're diagnosed, it's all about treating the symptoms. Patients are often prescribed pain medications and birth control to lessen the severity of pain during their periods. If the symptoms are really severe, sometimes laparoscopic surgery to remove the scar tissue is recommended.

More: What OB-GYNs want women to know about endometriosis

While it is difficult to diagnose the disease (even for a specialist), women are becoming more apt at pinpointing their symptoms thanks to online resources. However, the diagnosis is just a small part of the battle. Living with endometriosis is difficult and can lead to other complications (like Dunham's cyst). Thus, Dr. Ross says, "It is incredibly important to find a health care provider who is comfortable and competent in treating endometriosis and who can guide your treatment based on your personal needs." This is especially true if you're trying to get pregnant as endometriosis can negatively affect your fertility. According to Dr. Ross, 40 percent of women with infertility also have endometriosis.

The one silver lining is that the symptoms should dissipate once you go through menopause and no longer shed your uterine lining monthly.

15 life lessons I learned in my 30s

More: Why we need to share women’s stories of career success

When I turned 30, I was equally as giddy, largely because my 20s were a time of inner turmoil, struggles in trying to figure out who I am, who I’m supposed to be and what the heck I want to do with my life. I was glad to bid adieu to that hot mess and really sink into the woman I had become. A decade later, here are 15 pivotal things I learned in my 30s:

1. There’s no "better" you, only you

I found myself often thinking in the past decade that I wanted to be a better person, the best version of myself, when I all I needed to do was just be. After lots of work and therapy, I realized I already am me — the beautiful, loving, peaceful me that was there the minute of birth, just like all of us. Instead of being someone different, I had to peel off all the crap and self-preservation mechanisms I’ve acquired up until this point to let my true self shine.

2. Ask for help

I went into the last decade as I did with the others before — with an “I got this” attitude. I was soon humbled and finally asked for help, because at various times throughout my 30s, I’ve needed advice, food, therapy and even a roof over my head. When you simply learn to ask, the response is overwhelming.

3. Believe the universe is kind

The term universe has now become a bit of a joke, but I don’t care. It could be that trees are kind or there's a magic chrysanthemum, but you must continue to believe that good prevails. If you allow the crappy experiences you’ve had to keep your outlook as a "life sucks" mentality, you’ll be forced to replay that crappy story over and over and over.

4. You finally get to see the "why"

The phrases Everything happens for a reason or This too shall pass are actually difficult to truly understand when you can’t see the forest through the trees. Yet your 30s brings about many points where you finally get to see where the dots connect from your life experiences up to that point. You get to understand why some things happened, as terrible as they may have felt at the time.

5. It has nothing to do with you

From criticism and anger to jealousy and rage, uncontrolled emotions are being flung at you that have nothing to do with you whatsoever. There’s so much peace in understanding that when someone criticizes your appearance, for instance, it’s not because you look bad, it’s because they don’t feel good about themselves.

6. Take care of your health

It should go without saying, but for heaven’s sake, get regular checkups — it’s not that hard. I’ve seen lives saved over this decade of friends who have the good sense to get annual exams and regular physicals.

More: Why you should write handwritten notes to people you love

7. Handpick your tribe

One of the greatest discoveries in the past few years has been the realization that I am handpicking my own tribe. It’s like fantasy football but for friends. I had felt locked into friendships by blood relation, history or a false sense of obligation, but the truth is if someone in your life doesn’t love and respect you, they’ve got to go — period.

8. Life is too short

I finally truly understand that phrase. It wouldn’t matter if I live until I’m 100 years old or die tomorrow, there are too many more productive and enlightening ways to spend your time than to be around negative people or things or waste your time doing something that doesn’t make you happy.

9. Speak your truth

Say what you mean, and mean what you say. Women have such a hard time saying no or being really honest whenever they feel it may hurt someone’s feelings. Does everyone worry about how you'll feel about what they say? No, they don’t. When I say speak your truth, that also goes for not trying to force your truth on someone else, because they have their own. Never be intentionally hurtful, but if someone doesn’t understand or respect your truth, they don’t need to be in your tribe.

10. Someone is always ready to share your joy

I can say few things with 100 percent certainty, but as gloomy as this world might seem, we are all ready for joyfulness. Anytime I’ve belted out a show tune walking down a city street, busted a dance move at the gym or laughed inappropriately, someone has always jumped right in — always. It’s right there under the surface for all of us, so why not be a catalyst?

11. Love is all there is

It really, really is. Be love, share love, give love, accept love, and tell those you love how much you love them. This one I've believed since I was a child, and it becomes more poignant with each day I am blessed to walk this earth.

12. Let it go

This can be easier said than done, but really, you’ve got to let it go. It’s OK to mourn, to be sad and to be disappointed — just don’t stay in there. Holding on to things does you no good.

13. Everything is perfect, even you

When you let it go and eliminate the judgment of good or bad with situations or with yourself, you can realize that everything is perfect. When in a bad situation, ask yourself, How is this perfect? Learning opportunities are everywhere, and that in itself is perfection.

14. Forgive

Some of the worst offenders around are the ones who need the most forgiveness. Carrying around hate will eat you alive, so forgive someone for you and your own peace, not for them.

15. Don’t let someone else be the measuring stick for your greatness

Our paths are our own, so don't judge your success based on someone else’s timeline. Constantly comparing yourself with others will get you nowhere except depressed. I have my own path and my own timeline, which 40 finally gave me the peace to embrace.

Shelton has a new album coming out soon — the first single, "Came here to Forget," will be released tomorrow — and according to a source in the know, it will include a duet with his lady love and The Voice costar Stefani.

"Both of them share a passion for music and have lately been very busy in the studio," another insider told People. "They seem very supportive of each other's careers."

This is a total 180 from what Shelton has said about a possible collaboration between the two in the past. Just a few months before the now-couple confirmed they were dating, he addressed this very scenario in an interview with People.

"I don't know musically what Gwen and I would probably ever have in common," he told the mag. "I don't ever see Gwen and I sitting down and writing songs."

The duet may at least partially explain why Stefani is so psyched about Shelton's new album (besides the fact that she is his girlfriend and being supportive is in the job description). Over the weekend, she and Kelly Clarkson had a delightful exchange talking about how great the new tunes are.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are busy preparing for the arrival of their first baby, a little girl. And that includes throwing one of the most perfect baby showers we've ever laid eyes on.

The event took place at Material Good in New York City, and included a multi-course luncheon, crowns, cookies, gifts and, of course, all of Teigen's and Legend's close friends, including their favorite pets.

Thirty-year-old mom-to-be Teigen seemed to have a king and queen theme going on, if the decorations were any indication. "Luckiest girls around," she captioned a shot of a sweet treat: sugar cookies decorated to look like crowns, baby bottles, ruffled onesies and baby carriages, all accented with iridescent pink icing.

2. Comic was syndicated in New York

Renamed Peanuts, the four-panel comic strip appeared in seven East Coast newspapers staring in 1950. Soon, the comic strip would appear nationwide and become a household name.

3. Main focus was Charlie Brown in the beginning

In the early comics, the other characters who we've come to know and love, like Lucy, just appeared peripherally. Also, Charlie's head wasn't such a perfect globe in the beginning. His cranium seemed to increase in size and roundness over time.

4. Snoopy started as a regular dog

The good-natured Beagle with a huge imagination didn't start out as a World War I flying ace or even a writer. In the beginning, he was just a plain old loyal pup in October 1950. A month later, he was given the name "Snoopy."

5. Elaborate backgrounds faded away

Probably to increase his output rate, Schulz eventually adopted a minimalist background in the 1960s, losing the more detailed scenery to focus more on the characters and their expressions.

6. Cast of characters evolved over time

Some characters seen in the early 1950s were eventually dropped in favor of a core cast that included Lucy, Linus, Snoopy and Woodstock.

More: Why the Gilmore Girls revival can't happen without Sookie St. James

A while ago, the actress tweeted that she was not asked back for the four 90-minute episodes airing on Netflix and even gave them her best. Since then, photos have popped up from set and there are also several clues that just might point to McCarthy's reprisal of the beloved Sookie St. James. Check it out.

1. Jackson is returning

Jackson, Gilmore Girls
Image: Giphy

Seeing as Jackson Douglas is coming back as Jackson Belleville, this definitely means McCarthy has to return as well. I mean, how can Jackson show up without Sookie by his side? It just wouldn't make any sense whatsoever. If McCarthy really weren't to return, I'm sure executive producer Amy Sherman-Palladino will come up with a reasonable explanation, but let's hope she doesn't have to.

2. This might be Sookie and Jackson's son

As you can see above, this young actor named Hunter Wenzel shared some photos from the Gilmore Girls set. As E! Online reported, the reboot is looking to cast a 13-year-old Dewey. Let's just go with that was either a spelling error or a way to secretly cast Davey, Sookie and Jackson's eldest. Seeing as Davey was born in 2003, he would be 13 in 2016. Hmm... coincidence? I think not. Who knows if Wenzel will play Davey, but if so, then how can Sookie truly be MIA?

3. A Sookie and Michel reunion

Sookie and Michel

Sookie and Michel

Yanic Truesdale shared this Michel and Sookie reunion on Instagram. Of course, this caused the GG fandom to speculate. However, if you read the photo caption, Truesdale wrote, "Don't read anything into it guys." Guess what? Everybody is reading into this as McCarthy is totally joining the revival, and they aren't going to think otherwise until the new episodes begin streaming and Sookie isn't there.

Obviously, none of this really means McCarthy is coming back as Sookie. But let's hope she is, because it will just be plain weird without Jackson's love and Lorelai's BFF.

Using the hashtag #EqualFuture the bank has conducted a social experiment with a group of young boys and girls. The children were asked to do a set of household chores and once they were completed, they were given pocket money for their efforts.

The girls receive less than the boys as a reflection of the financial inequality that still occurs today. Many reacted with shock.

When one of the girls in the video asked why they received less money for doing the same job, she was told that that's just how it is in the real world.

A new Gender Pay Gap report, commissioned by the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) which highlights the financial inequality experienced by women at all stages of her life, found that financial disadvantage begins with pocket money during childhood.

"We found that young girls who get pocket money get 11 per cent less than boys who get pocket money," ACTU president Ged Kearney said. "We're talking about a bias in this area from the very, very beginning of young women's lives."

A woman with a bachelor degree can also expect to earn $1.5 million less than her male counterpart with similar qualifications over her lifetime.

Vanderpump Rules’ Kristen Doute, James Kennedy make relationship confession

More: Vanderpump Rules' Stassi Schroeder & Katie Maloney act like adults for once

Despite hating one another for pretty much all of Season 4 (or at least acting like they did), Kristen and James just proved they still have feelings for one another — or that they just needed one good night of sex. That's right; after meeting up for dinner and drinks (thanks to James bombarding Kristen with texts), Kristen and James got it on.

As Kristen put it, "We were definitely boning." That they did. Not only did they have sex, but they did it in the parking garage of Kristen's apartment building on top of her car, according to James. The story doesn't end there, because Stassi Schroeder grilled Kristen about her evening with her ex.

Well, Kristen pulled a Jax and revealed only part of the truth to her rekindled bestie. She just said that the two only made out. Yeah, she clearly omitted the part where they "boned." Though, as Stassi said in her confessional, she is still "gathering evidence" and "looking for inconsistencies" with Kristen's story. Soon enough, you know the latter will be discovered.

Let's face it, James is not going to keep his mouth shut. I mean, he already told Lala Kent. The way SUR works, everyone will probably know by the time the Season 4 finale airs next Monday. By "everyone," that most likely includes Kristen's current man, Carter.

Oh yeah, she is still dating the bearded fellow. That said, I'm wondering if she told him this little piece of information before the episode aired. If not, he just found out. Side note: Did you know that Katie Maloney and Carter once had a one-night stand? That is another bomb that was dropped during Monday's episode.

Moving on. Based on the promo for next week, Lala and Kristen get into a huge argument. So much so that Lala pushes Kristen. Oh, snap. Would this have anything to do with Lala being jealous about Kristen hooking up with James? Whatever the case, let's hope none of this drama will ruin Katie and Tom Schwartz's engagement party.

I guess some things never change, especially when it comes to Kristen, James and their completely dysfunctional relationship.

Vanderpump Rules' Season 4 finale airs Monday, March 14 at 9/8c on Bravo.

More than 500 nations existed in Australia prior to colonisation and the app, called Welcome to Country, was created to show people the cultural significance of different areas.

The app was created by Tyson Mowarin from production company Weerianna Street Media, who wanted to educate others about the country's diverse historical and cultural backgrounds.

"The aim is to get Welcome to Country out there so Australians are acknowledging the 500 nations that existed here before settlement," Mowarin told Mashable. "It would be good if any kid in any school could tell you whose country they live on."

Welcome to Country

Using GPS tracking the user can log into the app and be welcomed to country with a video from a local elder.

Welcome to Country is a formal acknowledgment of the traditional owners of the land which is commonly expressed at the opening of events and ceremonies.

A local Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander from the area will welcome people to their land and this will often be accompanied by a speech or dance. This has been a crucial part of local tradition for thousands of years.

But now that Welcome to Country can be accessed from your own smartphone.

The app features a series of videos which include Information about the local area shared by elders from that region. They also share information about local flora and fauna and their language.

Today there are approximately only 2.4 per cent of indigenous Australians. And as the population declines, so too will important knowledge and ancient languages.

While there were once 500 indigenous nations and a similar amount of languages, there are now fewer that 200 indigenous languages in Australia and 20 are in danger of being lost completely.

The app has become an important storytelling and preservation tool and a way to educate people about the ancient culture of Australia's first people.

She went on to say that not only was her son sick, but her ex-husband, Monty Brinson, was also losing his fight against cancer — all of which added to her stress. A mixture of stress and emotional instability is the perfect storm for anyone who struggles with addiction.

As for the night she got arrested, Richards maintains that she was trying to do the right thing. She admitted to having a glass of wine with her daughter and said, "I felt horribly guilty and I thought, 'I need to go home. She only lives a block and a half from the hotel, so I left and I realized, ‘Oh, my God. I can't drink and drive. What have I done?' So, I pulled into the hotel and when I pulled into the hotel I went in."

Richards then insisted that she sit in her usual booth. "I said, 'Please, I'm staying. I don't want to drive. I'm scared.' And [a staffer was] like, 'No, if you don't leave we are calling the police.' And I really thought he was joking. And he called the police."

Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for addicts to have explanations like this, so only time will tell whether this incident was enough for Richards to stay sober. But I hope for her sake that she can put all of this behind her and live a happy, healthy life.

The Voice judges unanimously rejected a famous singer's wife (VIDEO)

Living in a celebrity's shadow is never easy, but it must be especially frustrating when that celebrity is your own husband. Aijia Lise is certainly grateful for all the good things that have come Andy Grammer's way, but she's not thrilled to remain in the background. She wants a career of her own and she thinks that The Voice may be the answer.

At first, Lise's blind audition seemed very promising. She chose a very risky cover of "Say Something" with just a piano as accompaniment; this opened her up to a lot of criticism that might not have occurred had additional instrumentation provided some form of distraction. The biggest problem, however, was an apparent lack of emotion. Lise just didn't sound vulnerable enough, which is why the judges failed to turn around their big red chairs.

More: Gwen Stefani is gone from The Voice but definitely not forgotten

Although the coaches weren't all that impressed by Lise's performance, they did say that she has a lot of potential. Shelton even admitted that, had she been just a bit more consistent, he probably would have turned around.

Reviews from Twitter users were mixed, with a few appreciating the performance and most simply voicing their surprise at seeing Andy Grammer's wife on The Voice. Several viewers seemed to think that the audition was completely unnecessary. Why bother with The Voice if such a great connection is readily available?

The aforementioned viewpoint is understandable, but it's also easy to see why Lise would want to make a name for herself without her husband's help. She desperately wants to show the world that she is a talented singer in her own right — and not reliant on her husband. What better way to prove this than on an anonymous show in which her insider connections make absolutely no difference?

More: The Voice needs to mix up its formulaic approach

Lise's performance was certainly pretty, but on a competitive show such as The Voice, pretty just isn't good enough. If she wants to be known as more than Andy Grammer's wife, she'll need to dig deep and find the passion necessary to get the judges excited.

Woman posts photos of skin cancer to show the true dangers of tanning beds

I came to my senses several years ago, but for the past few weeks I've been contemplating fake baking in order to get a glow for several upcoming weddings.

That all changed after seeing Judy Noble Cloud's Facebook album.

The Indiana woman has been fighting basal skin carcinoma — the most common form of skin cancer — and has had four surgeries to remove all the lesions on her face and body.

"This is the result of using tanning beds when I was younger," she wrote in a Facebook album documenting her battle. "This is the result of having numerous sunburns as a child and teen, and not being religious about applying sunscreen, and staying out in the sun far too long as a teen and into my 20s and even early 30s."

Her last surgery in September 2015 was the most invasive, with 23 lesions removed in one day. The painful three-hour procedure — and the ones before it — left her with more than scabs and scars.

"What you can’t tell from the pictures is that the scar on my mouth is from a cut that had to go into the muscle above my mouth because the cancer was into the muscle," she wrote, adding that she could only eat soft food for weeks afterward.

"What the pictures also don’t show is the numbness I now have on my forehead and scalp. Notice the lovely 2-1/2" scar on my forehead? From that point to approximately two inches up my scalp, I have no feeling. I can’t feel that area when I’m washing my hair or brushing my hair," she continued. "My doctor said that a nerve was in the middle of the cancer so he had to move the nerve. He also said my numbness could be permanent, and if it’s not permanent, it could take a very long time before I get feeling in that area again."

The total cost for all of this? Almost $27,000.

No glow is worth that, she added. "I know tanning salons advertise tanning packages that are cheap," she wrote. "Does a surgery to correct what the tanning bed does to you still make the tanning special sound cheap?"

How to cut your own bangs in seconds with zero regret (VIDEO)

I'll admit I tried it once as a teen, and let's just say the results were so uneven that my extremely angry mom had to pay for someone to fix the damage. Since then, I've only trusted my super-curly hair to the professionals, but one makeup and beauty vlogger says it's entirely possible to successfully trim the trickiest thing of all: bangs.

Camila Bravo posted a short Instagram video demonstrating how she cuts her own bangs. "Before calling me crazy, I have been cutting my own side bangs since forever ago. I love how they come out just by doing what I am showing here," she captioned on the video.

First, she pulled together a section near the front of her hair. Then she dampened the hair and twisted the hair together before she cut through in one stroke.

"If you have curly hair like myself, cut them a little lower than the actual desired length because keep in mind the hair will shrink," she added.

Bravo makes it look super easy, of course, because she's already a pro at it. But if you're still worried about messing it up, you can follow this step-by-step guide to getting the perfect bangs without accidentally shaving your head.

Spring is the perfect time to try out a new style, so show off that fringe — no matter if you DIY or enlist the help of a professional.

The breast cancer symptom that's easy to miss (and looks harmless)

The best way to battle this awful disease is to catch it early with regular breast exams and mammograms, but not every case of breast cancer can be detected by looking for irregular lumps and bumps.

More: You may need to add a breast ultrasound to your list of annual checkups

One Australian woman proves that with a stark warning about her own experience.

Kylie Armstrong dimples

"These three very, very subtle dimples on the bottom of this breast are a sign of breast cancer," Kylie Armstrong wrote bravely in Facebook post earlier this month, along with a side photo of her breast showing the small dimples. "This is what my breast cancer looks like. I felt no lump. The GP felt no lump."

It would be easy to dismiss them as just a simple breast abnormality, but Armstrong knew something was wrong — and her doctor listened. She was soon sent for a mammogram and then an ultrasound.

More: Breast cancer patient blasts Facebook for removing awareness-raising image

"The ultrasound found the cancer deep in my breast close to the muscle," Armstrong continued. "These 3 dimples have turned my world and my families (sic) world upside down."

Though it's not common, dimpling is a sign of breast cancer.

"Dimpling is usually a sign something is pulling on the tissue and sometimes a small cancer that is in the breast can alter some of the architecture and attach itself to the skin," Australian breast physician Sue Fraser told Mashable. "So dimpling can be a sign of breast cancer, and it is an important one and sometimes it is the only symptom."

The brave Armstrong went through surgery to remove the cancer. Next comes treatment, but she remains hopeful about her prognosis and future. She hopes that posting the warning helps other women see the signs, no matter how minor those signs seem.

And it's working.

"I have received messages from many that have decided to go have their breasts checked," she wrote in another post, adding that she's also received messages "from many who bravely shared their story as they are going through a similar journey or have family or friends going through it."

"Messages from very courageous survivors giving me hope," she continued. "I cannot express how grateful I am."

Jim & Michelle Duggar impose strict rules to protect their kids from Amy's influence

Earlier this week, Amy talked to her Instagram followers and revealed that she is forbidden from hanging out with her cousins alone. A fan asked, “Since your cousins don't watch TV, do they ever come over to your house and stay for a night?”

Amy answered, “We've had a girls (sic) night before and have gone out to eat. It's a rule though that if I want to spend quality time with them I have to come see them. They don't want me to influence them. So I respect their standards and I don't fuss about it.”

Amy made headlines last year when she confirmed that she was born out of wedlock and admitted to having strayed from the fundamentalist Christian family’s strict rules. Not only does she drink alcohol but she also opted out of the “courtship” the Duggars are famous for prior to marrying her husband in September 2015.

“It used to really bother me and then I realized that I just live knowing that God gives us grace,” Amy added on Instagram. “I can only be myself and even though we don't see eye to eye on every little thing we are still family and I do still love them :).”

Seeing Amy’s “live and let live” mindset is a great response to a situation that could tear a family apart. She seems to know exactly what’s important — quality time with her family instead of deciding whose values are right and whose are wrong. Hopefully Jim and Michelle see that as a reason Amy is a great influence on their kids.

Is Farrah trying to patch things up with her former Teen Mom costars?

More: Teen Mom stars have actually defied the odds

On the first part of the Teen Mom reunion, Maci and Ryan acted like reasonable humans toward one another, Ryan refused to talk about the girlfriend he totally has, Farrah discussed that incident with the producer, and Dr. Drew blamed Debra and Michael for Farrah's behavior — and also for everything Sophia will do in the future. This week, Catelynn and Amber were on the couch (Butch also appeared virtually, and April, Kim, Gary and Matt in real life) talking about postpartum depression, when your fiancé lies about having a bunch of kids, custody and Tyler's wedding vows.

More: Teen Mom's Adam Lind arrested for the second time in 4 months

At the end of the hour, Dr. Drew invited all four moms out so he could ask them what kind of birth control they're currently on (Maci was conspicuously silent) and also so they could address the issues they've been having with each other. It was a brief segment, but surprising. Apparently, there's no conflict between Maci and Farrah anymore, and Farrah and Amber also seem to have dealt with their issues. Farrah maintained that she's moving forward, except when it comes to her and Catelynn, who had a bizarre, non-specific argument onstage. Farrah made the solid point that it's hard for her to maintain relationships with the girls when they're saying mean things about her on social media. And then Catelynn apologized to Farrah for stuff she's said. It was all so even-handed and reasonable and normal, it was like watching a different show with a bizarre version of Farrah. Is this the same person who hit Larry the producer, threatened to quit and spent an entire season (fine, several seasons) screaming at everyone for reasons mostly unknown? What is going on?

What's probably going on is that Farrah would like to come back to Teen Mom next season, in spite of essentially quitting in the season finale. Farrah, because of her excruciating behavior, makes for some reliably excellent (I am using that term very loosely) TV, but letting your kid wear makeup and badgering your sort-of boyfriend for an engagement ring is so not the same thing as screaming at and pushing a producer because he won't let you out of the contract you signed. It's likely going to take more than "whoops, sorry" for Farrah to get back into MTV's good graces. So either her reasonable behavior toward her costars on the reunion is actually a sign of her maturing or she's realizing that she can't keep acting this way if she wants MTV to keep putting out the sweet money. Or both. Or neither, and what we saw was an extreme editing fluke. Anything is possible, right?

RHOBH's David Foster spotted on a 'romantic date' with unexpected actress

The couple was spotted dining at a West Hollywood restaurant early last week, on what was described as “definitely a date,” according to Us Weekly. Blair, who is currently portraying a young Kris Jenner on the FX series The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, is 43 to Foster’s 66, but this is Hollywood, so that doesn’t seem to matter... ever.

More: David Foster releases suspicious statement about ex-wife Yolanda

Blair is also the first woman Foster has been seen out and about with since the very public split in December from RHOBH star Yolanda after four years of marriage. The news shocked fans of the show, who have been following Yolanda’s tough battle with Lyme disease.

More: Yolanda Foster's marriage ends at possibly the worst time for her

The two released a joint statement that said, "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

More: 9 crazy rumors about Yolanda Foster and David Foster's divorce

No word yet if Yolanda has an opinion of David and his new date, but more than likely she will take the high road and wish the two the best. I, myself, may not be able to say the same thing about my ex if he were to act the way David is acting. But I’ll just take this opportunity to learn from her.

What do you think of the new pair? Do you think this romance will last?
