More: Is Lady Gaga planning to summon the antichrist at the 2016 Grammys?

"I didn't tell anyone for I think seven years," Gaga explained during a TimesTalk session in New York City. "I didn't know how to think about it. I didn't know how to accept it. I didn't know how not to blame myself, or think it [wasn't] my fault. It was something that really changed my life. It changed who I was completely."

She first spoke about her rape during a 2014 interview with Howard Stern.

Gaga also dedicated the performance tonight to fellow performer Kesha, who is battling with Sony to get out of her contract with producer Dr. Luke who Kesha claims drugged and sexually assaulted her.

More: New chroming trend proves lipstick isn't just for lips (PHOTOS)

Pom-pom nails are officially a thing. According to Cosmopolitan, the trend started in South Korea and now women everywhere have decided to stick the fuzzy little balls to their nails in a wide variety of shapes, colours and sizes for a look that is fun, bright and oh-so fluffy.

The trend has been taking over Instagram and there's no shortage of creativity.

Start off small with tiny pom-poms at the base of the nail.

There's a bunny spa opening in London, and it may be the best idea ever

More: Bunny yoga may be the motivation you need to exercise

This idea makes us extremely excited because, really, who doesn't want to relax and marvel at the cuteness of bunnies, all at the same time? The concept can be credited to 7th Heaven, a Cruelty Free International and Vegetarian Standard-approved brand run by serious animal lovers.

London's bunny spa

London's bunny spa

According to the Evening Standard, the organisation is creating a pop-up spa and the first location will be on Shelton Street in Covent Garden, London. Bunny-loving humans can go and visit bunnies from Greenwich Rabbit Rescue while enjoying free facials and massages by fully qualified beauty therapists.

We were already sold at "bunnies" but the fact that this is free makes it even more appealing.

It's a fantastic idea which will hopefully help rehome these unwanted bunnies, raise awareness for the cause and encourage people to support Greenwich Rabbit Rescue, which according to its Facebook page is run in conjunction with The Animal Samaritans and is the largest rabbit rescue centre in London.

"At 7th Heaven we love animals as much as we love humans and this is the perfect way to combine the two," spokesperson Steven Van Hemmen told Look magazine.

It's not just the humans that will be able to enjoy the pampering, he explained. "The rabbits will be pampered, too, with plenty of food, a huge run to explore, with plenty of human interaction, which they love," he said.

If you want to head to this pop-up spa it's open between March 12 to 14 from 10 a.m. Get there early because appointments will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

More: 11 music memoirs to make you feel like you’re with the band

1. Gentleman’s Rule

Gentleman’s Rule is a seven-member male group that sings pop and R & B favorites, with a few surprises — like their versions of "Trap Queen" and "FourFiveSeconds" — as well as their own original music. "The Pachanelly Canon" is the song that put them on the map. It's a clever mashup of Nelly’s "Ride Wit Me" and Pachelbel’s "Canon in D," but "Cheerleader" is my personal favorite.

2. Voca People

Take cover! The Voca People have invaded the planet! Hailing from Planet Voca, The Voca People combine harmony and humor for humans’ delight. They’ve even traveled from their home — uh, planet? — right into New York City. Don’t let those costumes fool you. The Voca People boast imaginative vocals and ingenious arrangements. Their "Disney Medley," had my kids entranced, but I can't stop listening to "Treasure."

3. Street Corner Symphony

Street Corner Symphony is unassuming. Without attention-grabbing attire or looks, each member retains his own personal style, allowing the music to speak for itself. Strong vocals make each performance a solid 10. Their takes on "Hey, Soul Sister" and "Down on the Corner" offer funky ear candy, but I love "Madness."

4. Naturally 7

I saw Naturally 7 for the first time during Michael Bublé’s To Be Loved tour in 2014. This all-male ensemble provides the illusion of a traditional band with full vocal support. Their arrangements are innovative, their instrument vocalizations are indistinguishable from their real-life counterparts and they perform breathtaking covers and original tunes, like "Fix You."

5. Pentatonix

What can I say about Pentatonix that hasn’t already been said? The co-ed ensemble, who broke into the mainstream on NBC’s The Sing-Off, creates a sound that’s smooth, sleek and soulful. Their covers and original music have moved millions. They recently won a Grammy for their performance of "Happy," and they’re versatile enough to rock everything from "Payphone" and "Born to Be Wild" to my personal favorite, "If I Ever Fall in Love," which features Jason Derulo.

6. Straight No Chaser

Straight No Chaser won our hearts several years ago, after a PBS performance of "The 12 Days of Christmas." That performance launched the ensemble, who were studying at the University of Indiana towards different careers, to worldwide stardom. I love these guys so much. Jerome Collins is my favorite member — that man has some serious spunk. I find it harder to pick a favorite song, but if I must, it has to be "Creep."

7. Home Free

Climbing to fame via NBC’s The Sing-Off, Home Free serves up country-flavored a cappella with a fantastic sense of humor. The members of this five-piece ensemble, rich in baritones and quirky sound effects, do not take themselves too seriously. If I could describe them in a word, it would be adorable. If you find yourself in a lousy mood, cue up their cover of "All About that Bass" or hear standout vocals on "Ring of Fire." My number one Home Free recommendation is "Honey, I'm Good."

8. VoicePlay

More graduates of The Sing-Off, VoicePlay is a serious contender in the a cappella world. This five-piece ensemble from Orlando can be described as nothing less than hot. With rotating guest singers and a wide vocal range, VoicePlay always hits its mark. Their version of "Wrecking Ball," featuring Sarah Vela, is incredible.

9. Peter Hollens “and Company”

Ever hear the term one-man band? This guy is the real deal. You can say he does his own stunts, singing up to 14 separate parts during one song. Plus, he’s fun to watch! He performs a wealth of music from both movies and Broadway shows. Check out his version of "The Hanging Tree" from "The Hunger Games: Mockingly – Part I." It is haunting, and I can't get "Hallelujah," featuring Jackie Evancho, out of my head.

10. The Filharmonic

Like their talented colleagues, The Filharmonic rose to fame after The Sing-Off. These six young Filipinos are really freaking talented. "All of Me" shows their soft-as-teddies side and "Drag Me Down, Stitches, Bad Blood, Can't Feel My Face, and Omen: Monster Mash Up" is an irresistible dance mix, but I love "Flashlight" the best.

These Corned Beef Pizza Swirls make corned beef everyday accessible. You won't even have to wait till St. Patrick's Day to enjoy them. They can become a Tuesday-night special, a Sunday late-afternoon snack or even a Friday-night quick fix if you purchase premade pizza dough and Thousand Island dressing. That's the beauty of this recipe: Making everything from scratch isn't required. You can cheat — although I wouldn't, but that's just because I'm me, the girl who dances in the middle of grocery stores because she sees corned beef.

Corned Beef Pizza Swirls

Serves 12

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons whole caraway seeds
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Thousand Island Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch garlic powder

Pizza Swirls:

  • 3/4 pound thinly sliced corned beef lunch meat
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced lacy Swiss cheese

More: Spice up your Super Bowl party with this jalapeño dip

Directions:

Pizza Dough:

Warm the milk to 100 degrees. This should take about 45 seconds in the microwave. If too hot, allow to cool to the correct temperature. Add sugar and yeast to the warm milk, then let sit 15 minutes. On low speed, combine the milk mixture, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and caraway seeds in a mixer for 1 minute. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time, until just combined. Increase the speed to medium and mix for 10 minutes. Using your hands, coat a glass bowl and a silicone spatula with the 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Use the oil-coated spatula to scrape the dough out of the mixing bowl, then use your hands to shape it into a smooth round ball. Place the dough ball into the oil-coated glass bowl, and cover with a slightly damp dishtowel. Allow to sit at least 2 hours in a warm area of your house.

Thousand Island sauce:

While you are waiting for the dough to rise, combine all the sauce ingredients. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Pizza Swirls:

Liberally dust hands, rolling pin and countertop with flour. Place the ball of dough onto the counter, sprinkle with flour and roll out evenly into a rectangle, roughly the size of a cookie sheet. Use a pastry brush to dust off any additional flour. Top the rolled-out pizza dough with the corned beef and then the cheese. Roll dough into a log lengthwise, place with the seam side facing down, then use a knife or mezzaluna to cut 1-inch pizza swirls. Place the swirls onto a Silpat or a parchment paper–lined baking sheet, slightly touching one another. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover pizza swirls with foil brushed with olive oil, and allow to sit 20 minutes. Bake 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake an additional 10 to 20 minutes, until pizza swirls are golden brown. Serve with Thousand Island sauce.

Image: Colleen Delawder/SheKnows

Suggestions & Improvements:

  • If your milk is too cold or warm, you may kill or not activate your yeast. Use a thermometer to test the temperature of your milk to be on the safe side.
  • You want to allow pizza dough to double in size before rolling it out. This may take anywhere from two to four hours depending on how warm your house is.
  • Using a mezzaluna makes cutting the pizza swirls quick and effortless.
  • If using premade dough, scatter 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds on top of the dough before topping with corned beef and cheese.
  • Add sauerkraut to your pizza swirls, being careful to remove any excess moisture from the sauerkraut before layering it on top of the cheese.
  • You can replace the dill pickles with sweet pickles or sweet pickle relish.

How a traditional mother raised feminist daughters

$

More: Women answer: Do you consider yourself a feminist?

As the years progressed, we followed different career paths, and our incomes diverged. For the most part, we remained total equals in terms of finances, hours worked and responsibilities around the house.

After our first daughter was born, we decided together that I would stay home to take care of the baby while he continued to work full-time. Two more children followed (another daughter and a son), and since our finances made it possible, I continued to stay home with the kids. We assumed traditional roles: I was the primary caregiver, and my husband was the breadwinner.

While I loved being home, I did wonder sometimes if I was a good role model to my children, especially my daughters. I was college educated, and yet in the entire time they knew me, I never held a full-time paying job outside of our home. Could a traditional, stay-at-home mother raise women who would grow up to be feminists? Would my choices make them think less of me or lower their own dreams and aspirations for themselves?

Now 21 and 18 years old, my daughters are definitely feminists. Both are strong, independent, intelligent women who believe they are equally as capable as men in all aspects of life. So, how did a traditional mother raise feminist daughters?

More: We asked women for their favorite F word — their answers are fascinating

I explained women have choices

My daughters knew I had an interesting career before I became a mother but chose to leave my job to be home with them. They also knew many mothers worked part- or full-time. They never saw one choice as better than the other and understood every woman has to make the choice that works for her and her family.

My husband and I continued to be equals

My children never believed what their dad’s job did was “more important” than what I did. They realized we each contributed to taking care of them and making their life better in our own way. Even though my husband earned the money, it was always “our” money, and my children understood that he and I made all the big decisions together.

Their dad contributed in the house

In our home, no jobs were “women’s work.” Instead, we focus on skills and practicality. My husband is a horrible cook, so I prepare meals. He is an awesome kitchen cleaner, so he does the dishes. We both changed diapers and drove carpools.

We enrolled them in a variety of activities

When I was a child, my mom pushed me to take dance lessons even though I might have been better suited to softball or tennis. At the time, she felt dancing was a better option for a girl. I don’t think many parents feel this way anymore. Instead, kids are only limited by their own desire. I encouraged my daughters to pursue any hobbies, sports or after-school activities they were interested in.

In our family, “running like a girl” is the ultimate compliment. My older daughter completed a marathon, and my younger one was recruited to run track in college. Their little brother would be thrilled to be as competitive as the “girls” are when he is older.

I never stopped working — even if my work didn’t earn a paycheck

My children saw me doing things all the time: taking care of them, driving them and making them meals. They also saw me volunteering in the community and at school. They saw me take pride in my “work,” despite not making money. Eventually when they were in school, I started working on my own dream of becoming a freelance writer. They learned there is value in pursing your dreams and trying new things at any age.

7 reasons I stopped watching Project Runway

More: Why Vanderpump Rules is the most fun reality show ever made

I enjoyed watching the last several seasons and I even joined a group on Facebook so that I could further discuss the show. However, I noticed pretty quickly this season that my interest in the show was wavering, and then I just stopped watching it altogether. Here are some of the possible reasons.

Michael Kors is no longer a judge

I thoroughly enjoyed the snarky comments Mr. Kors made in regard to some particularly hideous outfits. I enjoyed them so much that I dedicated a past Pinterest board to just the things he said and the memes people created from his insults. He truly made me laugh, although sometimes he could be pretty harsh.

The challenges have become less interesting

I can appreciate the unconventional challenges the designers did. My personal favorite was when they had to create looks using candy from Dylan’s Candy Bar. However, in the more recent seasons, the designers went through several episodes before actually going to Mood for fabric. I love drooling over all that beautiful fabric!

The focus has shifted to the drama more than the designs

I get it. When you get a bunch of creative people in one close setting, you’re bound to have some drama. However, one of my favorite things was seeing the designers talk about their process or how they created their looks. Some designs are out there, and I usually love those designs the most. Spending so much time on the personal drama between the designers means less focus on the designs themselves.

The loss of L’Oréal to Mary Kay

Now I will say that I personally do not care to wear makeup, but I'm not a runway model. I am a former Mary Kay consultant, and I don't have anything against their products. However, I think L’Oréal really finished off the models looks better. Maybe I am jaded by my personal experiences, but I think the overall looks were better with L’Oréal.

More: 9 Beauty products that will make you Instagram-ready

The accessory wall is lame now

That accessory wall is supposed to help the designers complete their design vision, but it got so awful the designers often made their own accessories to go with their designs! They barely have enough time to execute their looks, let alone create a handbag or clutch to go with each outfit. The accessories were seriously lacking and they looked like something you would buy at Target, not something you would expect to see with a pricey design walking down the runway during Fashion Week.

Zac Posen is underwhelming

He is just not Michael Kors; and frankly, I feel he can be quite an ass. I had never even heard of him before he was a judge. He needs to leave the snarky to Nina García, who is far better at bringing the catty.

The prizes the winner gets suck now

I feel like the designers work so hard for so long, and they deserve some awesome prizes to launch their own lines. The models used to get I think $50,000 or so if they were the model for the winning designer. They have to wear those crazy, high fashion looks and I think they deserve something too. The designer still receives $100,000 to launch their line and the model gets to be in the Marie Claire fashion spread, but doesn't get the money. Also, creating a "FingerPaints" nail color collection just seems lame and not worth their time when I am sure they'd rather be focusing their creative efforts on their clothing line.

So, there you have it. I feel like the show has gone downhill and maybe it is getting close to the end for Project Runway.

Why NCIS seasons 14 and 15 are a bad idea

More: NCIS: 7 reasons Tony and Jeanne don't belong together

"It’s extraordinary that in its 13th season and with over 300 episodes to its credit, NCIS continues to excel at such a high level on a global scale,” Glenn Geller, president of CBS Entertainment, said in a statement. “It is testimony to an amazing cast, led on and off the screen by the exceptional Mark Harmon, for skillfully bringing this universally appealing team of heroes to life; and to Gary Glasberg and his writers for crafting compelling stories that feature NCIS’ signature blend of mystery, quirk, drama and comedy every single week."

Don't get me wrong, I adore NCIS and have been a fan for a really long time. That said, I'm on the fence about its renewal. Yes, it will be wonderful to see the cast back in action for two more seasons (that is, those who sign on for 14 and 15). No, it doesn't surprise me that the series scored such a major renewal, because it does so well and manages to maintain its fan base.

That said, and as much as it pains me to say this, it might be time for NCIS to come to an end. Don't get me wrong, I will be sad whenever the series finale airs, because it's been such a huge part of my life and my world of TV. However, I think it's best for NCIS to go out on a high note, rather than drag on for season after season.

More: NCIS fans react to Michael Weatherly's exit in an unexpected way

Abby Sciuto
Image: Tumblr

Don't you hate when a series goes on and on and becomes unwatchable? There are some series that get it right and end at their peak. Take Downton Abbey, which will air its series finale on March 6 in the U.S. making Season 6 its last. That was the right way to do it.

NCIS is already in its 13th season. Can it really continue to hold its own for two more seasons and possibly more? What if cast members start exiting? Then what kind of show will NCIS be? Take Michael Weatherly, who is saying goodbye at the end of Season 13.

Will the drama be as enjoyable as it is without Weatherly as Tony DiNozzo? It definitely won't be the same, that's for sure. Admittedly, I'm not looking forward to NCIS without DiNozzo. As soon as Weatherly announced his departure, I immediately thought the series definitely wouldn't last without him, his humor and everything else he brings to the table. So two more seasons minus Weatherly, rather than NCIS ending after his departure/on a high note? That might not be the best thing for the series.

4 tips for finding a new job that you'll love

More: 6 traps to avoid when dealing with a workplace bully

Question:

When I graduated as an English major with a liberal-arts B.A., I couldn't find any adequately paying jobs. I settled for a secretarial job in an environmental organization. Because I wanted to get ahead, I took science classes in the evenings and worked my way up into a program coordinator job two years later.

I've lasted in this job for a year, and I absolutely hate it. Science bores me, but I'm making a fairly healthy salary. I don't feel I have any options.

Answer: You always have options. Like many, you fell into a job and then made the best of it. You now have a great reason for career planning. Career planning makes sense whenever your life changes, your work bores you or you need more money and greater benefits than you can achieve on your current career track.

You’re right that when you first graduated from college, a B.A. in English didn't provide you with your pick of high-paying jobs. That doesn't mean you can't find or work your way into one now. You are no longer someone who just graduated from college. Now you're an individual with a three-year track record who's already received a merit promotion.

More: What to do when a promised promotion falls through

Deciding what you want

Here's how to start — make a list of what motivates you at work. Is it money and benefits, teamwork, challenge, the chance to learn or achieve, advancement opportunities, interesting work, bringing projects from start to finish, helping your community or interacting with others at work? You may say all of the above. You can also add to the list.

Rank in order all of these motivators. Which are your top three to five? You’ll use them as a yardstick against which to measure the job opportunities you find.

Packaging yourself

Career planning includes assessing yourself so you can land that better job. Ask yourself what skills you have demonstrated or developed in your current job. You're likely good with people, or your current employer wouldn't have promoted you. Are you organized, a clear and concise writer or a fast learner? Make a list of all of your skills, and add them to the list of qualities you bring to an employer. Clearly, you're someone who sticks to a job, even one that doesn't interest you, and has the willingness to study to further yourself. Be your own cheerleader, and make a long list.

Package what you’ve created into a functional résumé. While chronological résumés work well for individuals who continue on a linear career path, functional ones work better for those looking to jump from one field to another. If this is a new term for you, you can Google "functional résumés" and find several good templates.

Finding options

Next, what interests you? Do you like reading, people, organizing, creating systems, being creative? Again, make your list as long as possible and then start cruising the ads on Craigslist, Indeed and other sites that advertise for employees. Look at jobs you now fit and ones you can stretch into. Remember, you have a year as a "program coordinator" under your belt and skills and qualities that employers will want.

Explore the options available to you — they're there.

Why the finale of Married at First Sight disrespects compromise in relationships

More: Married by Mom and Dad: Why these relationships could work out

Can six weeks and a marriage license make for a strong, healthy couple on reality TV, especially ones chosen by relationship experts? The experts seemed to tell the audience that these couples have to be committed to the process in order for it — or any marriage — to work. They emphasized work and constant attention to commitment to create a good relationship, even though I would question the need for constant work in relationships.

In my view, a healthy relationship isn't about having to work to accomplish a goal, but more about growing together as a healthy couple by getting to know someone before marriage. I think a couple should be able to manage the differences or conflicts that occur without needing all the work from the start.

Marriage can be easy at times, too. A positive focus on how to make a relationship work with skills and tools is useful for any couple, but just because you commit to a process doesn't necessarily create the result of a happy couple. You have to have a genuine connection, which might not have anything to do with hard work. It might just be an unspoken connection or the magic that occurs when love happens. That would be effortless. Maybe some of these couples will find love, but just because they work at the relationship doesn't always mean there will be a positive result.

More: What Married at First Sight gets wrong about relationships

Next week, we'll find out if the other two couples find love.

At the end of the show, the couples are separated as they make their final decision and only share their thoughts at the very end when they have the final sit-down with the experts. It doesn't seem very positive that the show’s process has each person individually decide if they want to stay married or get a divorce. It keeps the other person out of their decision until the sit-down, but I assume this builds suspense and entertainment for the audience.

To be really productive for the couple and not just the individual, the two would not be so secretive about their decision and not make this big reveal sitting in front of the experts. If we're talking about couples who came together to build a marriage at first sight, then the natural flow at the end of the six weeks would be to bring the two together in the decision-making process, not alone talking to their friends and family as they prepare to surprise their spouse at the end.

Having the couple make the decision together would be a useful process. It seems counterproductive, as each person is told to decide the fate of his or her marriage alone and share their answer on decision-making day, which can blindside the other if the decision is different from the spouse's.

This was the case with David and Ashley – he wants to stay married, but she wants a divorce. She tells him she doesn't have the same feelings as he does. In this awkward exchange, the experts ask them to explain their feelings to each other, which of course hurts David. So, one couple divorces, and we'll have to wait and see what happens next week with the other two couples.

Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck reportedly had a sweet moment during the Oscars

Garner and Affleck managed to avoid each other, at least publicly, the whole night. No one caught them on the red carpet together or during the show. But at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, the two found each other and shared a sweet hug and kiss. Garner was even seen grabbing on to Affleck’s lapels while complimenting his look for the night.

More: Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner insider reveals shocking news about their marriage

The exes, who have three children together, have managed to remain friendly even in the midst of infidelity rumors. They’ve both maintained the utmost respect for the other, which does actually come across as genuine — unlike some other couples who definitely throw shade while pretending to be happy for each other.

More: 9 events that may have led to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's divorce

It’s not surprising, though, given the way the two handled their marriage. They lived a mostly private life together, focusing on their children and their careers. It makes sense that they wouldn’t start inviting drama into their life now. Although, I wouldn’t have been opposed to some sort of spat during the Oscars — it would have added a little spice to the night.

More: Ben Affleck takes heat as rumors of infidelity surface

Garner did cause a few waves in her most recent Vanity Fair interview, which hit stands on the Friday before the Oscars, but either Affleck hadn't had time to read the article or nothing Garner revealed was news to him. Either way, it's a good thing they're managing to get along, if for no other reason than making sure their kids don't have to get in the middle of some messy fights.

What do you think about the Garner/Affleck split? Do you think they'll stay on their best behavior or start slinging dirt soon?

Vanderpump Rules' Stassi Schroeder & Katie Maloney act like adults for once

More: Vanderpump Rules’ Jax Taylor realizes his faults, but will he really change?

After many episodes (and one year of not being friends) of Katie refusing to meet or speak with Stassi, she finally sat down with her former BFF. Stassi, Kristen Doute and Rachael O'Brien were chilling in Palm Springs when, out of the blue, Katie and Scheana Marie showed up.

Katie thought it best to catch Stassi off-guard so she couldn't prepare a speech and then maybe the two could have somewhat of a real talk. In between award-winning tears and gasps of apologies on Stassi's part, Katie told her flat out that just because they are having a discussion, doesn't mean they will be good friends anytime soon or become super close in the future.

For once, they had quite the civilized conversation. Yes, they acted like mature adults without any yelling or screaming. Thankfully, Katie let Stassi know exactly where she stands and how she felt during their time as friends. Not only did Katie tell Stassi that not everything is always about her, but that never again will she put her life on hold for her. Furthermore, Katie said she would be a "damn fool" to go through any of that again.

In the end, Stassi apologized to Katie and even admitted she was wrong. For now, Katie and Stassi have found some common ground, but Katie also assured her that this doesn't mean everything is back to normal. There will be other conversations and they will slowly build up to being friends once again.

All of this seems too good to be true, doesn't it? Heck, even Katie officially invited Stassi to her engagement party. Seriously? No drama whatsoever? You two are just going to move forward like adults? What is happening to Pump Rules? I guess Lisa Vanderpump's life lessons are finally rubbing off on her SUR employees.

Obviously, Stassi is on cloud nine about it all, but who knows if this will even last. Stassi had better keep playing nice or she will lose Katie for good.

But unlike Kylie Jenner's lip kit, the proceeds from Caitlyn's collaboration with MAC won't go into her pocket. Instead, 100 percent of sales will go to the company's AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative, according to a release from the company.

"Her beautiful transformation inspires all of us to live our best lives and to honor who we are," the company wrote in a statement. "Differences are what make us interesting. Acceptance, warmth and understanding are what make us human."

The lipstick — a rosy nude called Finally Free — will go on sale April 7.

"I wanted a name that I use, and which represents the community. This is who I am: Finally Free," Jenner said, adding that she wanted to create an everyday lipstick that would fit people from all different races and backgrounds. Why? Because feeling confident about looks is empowering, she said.

"If I walk into a room now, with a great outfit on, the makeup’s working, the hair’s working, and I walk in and the first person turns around and says, 'Oh, my God, you look great!' that is a great start to the night," she continued.

But the real point of the campaign is to raise much-needed money for transgender causes. "To be honest, I want people to use it every day so they have to buy more. I want to raise a lot of money. It’s very simple," she said.

The new couple attended Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Oscar Party together in West Hollywood Park to celebrate the charity — and apparently show off their new romance. Party-goers watched as the two danced, kissed and lived in their own little world together.

One onlooker told Us, “Ed had his arm around her and was whispering in her ear and kissing her neck.” The two either were having way too much fun listening to Elton John at the party or they are in the honeymoon stage of their relationship and just don’t care who sees them.

While neither Young nor Weeks has commented on their relationship, the two did walk the red carpet together, which is basically the Hollywood equivalent of making it Facebook official. This is the first public relationship that either has been in, so it is quite a big step if it is true.

More: Mindy's Ed Weeks says he's not much of a ladies' man

Weeks has been public about his desire to put his acting first and focus on getting his career off the ground before jumping into a serious relationship. It seems he has that in common with Young, along with the fact that neither has any kids nor has either been married before.

Another thing they have in common is starring on hit TV shows. Both actors are enjoying the incredible success that comes from hard work, focus and the opportunity to work with the best television writers right now. It seems like that success has allowed them to shift their focus to finding love. Or, at the very least, an awesome date to an Oscars after-party.

Gwen Stefani is gone from The Voice but definitely not forgotten

Believe it or not, this is the 10th season of The Voice! It's been a bumpy ride, but along the way, America has discovered a few truly amazing gems, along with several amusing duds. As one of the original coaches, Christina Aguilera has spent a lot of time duking it out with Blake Shelton and Adam Levine — and she's back for more. During tonight's premiere, she made it clear that she's once again ready to make her mark on the show.

Although many viewers are glad to see Aguilera back, several others are disappointed by the current lack of Gwen Stefani. Rumors indicate that she will eventually be back as a mentor for Team Blake, but until then, viewers are stuck with Aguilera. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but some annoyed viewers think that she's too much of a show-off.

More: Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are officially coupling up on The Voice

One of the biggest reasons viewers are bummed about the lack of Stefani is that there is no more flirting with Shelton. Or, rather, there's no more female flirting with Shelton — the bromance was back in full force tonight. Shelton and Stefani's evolving relationship made what could have been a very boring Season 9 interesting, because nobody ever knew quite what to expect. The Shelton-Levine bromance is always amusing, but after 10 seasons, it's grown a bit stale. When Stefani inevitably returns, viewers can expect her and her beau to lay the PDA on thick.

More: The Voice needs to mix up its formulaic approach

Plenty of people were talking about Aguilera and Stefani on social media tonight. Reactions varied greatly, but most viewers seemed to think that Stefani's departure was a bad thing. This is a far cry from late last season, when viewers were constantly complaining about Stefani's seeming determination to turn certain contestants into mini-me versions of herself. A few Twitter users did speak favorably of Aguilera; these viewers felt that she added more of a fun vibe to the show and had better banter with the other coaches.

Why Supergirl's James Olsen has totally got to go

Don't get me wrong, I love Mehcad Brooks. I've even been accused by readers of pandering to teenage audiences by getting googly-eyed over his crush-worthiness. Believe me, my infatuation is very real — I've been obsessed with him since he flashed that perfect smile and walked around with his shirt off as Eggs on True Blood — but I simply can't get behind his character on Supergirl anymore.

James Brooks SG tweet 1

James Brooks SG tweet 1

Over the course of the past two episodes writers have managed to use James to reduce Lucy Lane — who has all the makings of a strong, ambitious, independent character — to a cheap, jealous plot device used to up the sexual tension between Kara and James. James continually appeared to be intimidated by Lucy's intelligence and made it extremely clear that he didn't want her working at CatCo. In tonight's episode, he finally took things too far, pushing Lucy to the point of dumping him so he could pursue a relationship with Kara.

A relationship, might I add, that numerous fans have been extremely vocal about not wanting to happen.

And while I'd love to say that James' unlikeable quality is a recent development, I can't. The character has been grating on my nerves for a while now — his annoyingness has been a long time in the making and his treatment of Lucy was just the straw that broke the camel's back.

For example, he always seems to want to save Kara, which is ridiculous considering the show is supposed to be about female empowerment — not creating more damsels in distress. But be it by calling Superman for reinforcement or fawning over Kara when she temporarily lost her powers, James has proven that he's not interested in being a supportive partner. Instead, it seems an awful lot like he just wants to wear the pants in any relationship he is in.

Supergirl still

But there is a silver lining to James' most recent snafu with Lucy — it frees her up to interact more with Kara and Alex. Here's hoping for some serious character development. Getting out of a bad relationship can be the best thing to ever happen to a person, real or fictional.

Now we just have to work on getting James back in our good graces. Either that or get him the hell out of National City for good.

What do you think? The character of Winn was redeemed, but will the writers be able to redeem James as well, or is the show just better off without him?

Farrah Abraham clears the air about that fight with the Teen Mom producer

More: Amber Portwood's cousin is concerned about her new live-in BF (VIDEO)

If you've ever seen a Teen Mom reunion special, you are probably familiar with all the essential elements: Dr. Drew reminds the audience and the teen parents onstage that birth control is important and only you can prevent teen pregnancy. Dr. Drew encourages the teen moms and their partners to give it another go, even if it was truly horrible for all involved. Children will appear and be fawned over. At least one person will storm off. And, of course, there will be a lot of crying.

On Monday's reunion, most of these elements were in place, including Sophia telling Dr. Drew that one of the things she likes doing is "making potions." (I support this entirely, Sophia.) Maci and Ryan seemed to be making some reasonable headway in coparenting, after seven years of Ryan not really understanding that he assisted in creating Bentley. And then it was time for Farrah. When Dr. Drew asked her to talk about screaming at and pushing Larry the producer in the season finale, Farrah defended herself by saying that she didn't think she should have had to tolerate "her elders" (insert chuckle from Dr. Drew here) antagonizing her. But don't worry, it's cool between them now, and Farrah would be totally happy to come back to Teen Mom if there was another season of the show. Larry did not, as I had hoped, emerge to confront Farrah.

More: Farrah Abraham is not the only Teen Mom star who has a sex tape

There was more, of course. Debra and Michael, Farrah's parents, sat down with her and Dr. Drew to discuss the whole season and the ongoing mess between them all. Dr. Drew said that he felt he'd witnessed growth from Farrah and perhaps it was Debra's past actions that had traumatized Farrah so much that she is where she is today. His exact words: "Just own what you did to your daughter." He also suggested that Michael probably had more than a little bit to do with Farrah's decision to do that sex tape.

Twitter was not exactly taking all this well. Fans of the show were mad before Farrah even appeared on the couch, but by the end of the hour, they'd had just about enough of Dr. Drew letting Farrah off the hook.

Farrah and her parents have been fighting on television for years, and the whole time, accusations have been made about their role in Farrah's behavior, while Dr. Drew tries to affirm Farrah and nudge her onto better things. Does he know something that we don't?
