RHOC's Shannon Beador's hubby did something gross on her birthday (VIDEO)

During last night's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, as Beador was getting ready to celebrate her 51st birthday, she revealed the horrifying thing her husband, David, did last year on her 50th.

"David was intimate with me, and he later told me: 'You know, when I was intimate with you on your birthday, then I left and I was with her,'" she said.

That's right: David had sex with his wife on her birthday, then left their bed and had sex with his mistress the very same night. And then he told his wife about it.

And somehow this man is still alive.

Hoping against hope, Beador expected a better experience on her birthday this year, and while it appears that her husband did not double-dip again, the delight pretty much stopped at that.

She opened up about the super-awkward dinner on her Bravo blog after the show.

"When I decided to come back to the show this year, it was important for me to show the true journey that David and I are taking to repair and restore our marriage. With that, come major struggles. You are witnessing one of our biggest steps backward on the night of my birthday," she wrote.

"My 50th birthday was definitely one of my lower points of the last year and David was aware of that. To be seated at a table right next to a loud bar where there were stools and not even chairs, was not close to what I expected. I hate that I look like a spoiled brat, that nothing is good enough. But when David and I celebrated his 50th birthday at the end of last year, he made many heartfelt statements to me about what had happened on my 50th which gave me the impression my 51st was going to be special. I get it. It's just a birthday. But it was a day that represented a painful memory. I am just grateful that time and hard work on both David's and my part is healing this pain."

Pro tip: If you sleep with your mistress after having sex with your wife on her own birthday, maybe next year do a little better than a glorified TGI Friday's for dinner.

Snooki slams Anna Duggar, but she could be the real hypocrite

The former Jersey Shore star weighed in on the latest chapter of the Josh Duggar saga, and her advice to his wife, Anna Duggar, was no-holds-barred: Leave his sorry ass.

During her Naturally Nicole podcast on Tuesday, Snooki went off on the mother of four for standing by her man after being so publicly humiliated.

"And his wife is still standing by him!" she exclaimed when the subject of Josh's indiscretions came up. "It's like, 'What the f*** is wrong with you? Like, what are you doing?' Yep, screw it."

A very interesting opinion, to be sure, considering that Snooki's own husband, Jionni LaValle, was also busted with an account on the Ashley Madison site, too. The only difference so far seems to be that Josh Duggar admitted the accounts in his name were actually his — and Snooki just fired off a furious Instagram denying that her husband is a cheater.

We're wondering if behind the scenes Jionni will survive the week or if he might have an "unfortunate accident." There seem to be a lot of sharks in the water this summer. Just sayin'.

Why moms secretly dread the end of summer

It is now time for me to complain about all the things I'm going to miss about summer after spending all summer complaining about the things I missed about school when school got out for the summer before summer is done for and it's back to school. It all comes full circle in the end, folks.

1. No bedtimes

Am I the only one who honest-to-goodness does not put her children to bed on any type of schedule in the summer time? Please say yes. It's just so nice in the evenings. And there is ice cream! And I'm lazy.

More: Crafts your kids can do while you're freaking out about back to school

2. Ice cream

Speaking of ice cream, for some strange reason I have no guilt about letting the kids eat ice cream at least every other night in the summer. I mean, it's almost like a fruit serving if we get the strawberry cheesecake flavor, right?

3. Leisurely mornings

If I could choose my favorite part of life, I would have to say it's a leisurely summer morning brunch spent sipping coffee on the porch in my nightgown while my kids swing on the swings. It's the stuff of dreams, in my book.

More: Ways to get your child excited to go back to school

4. Popsicles

Got a kid who's bored, whiny or just plain annoying the crap out of you? Send 'em outside with an ice pop. Works like a charm every time.

5. The promise of vacation

We never actually go on vacation during the summer, but I have a lot of fun just imagining all of the places we could go if we got ambitious enough. It's the thought that counts.

6. Pool time as bath time

That's all I really need to say about that one, obvi.

7. The excitement of announcing beach day

OK, I'll admit it: Seeing my kids' reactions when I say, "Who wants to go to the beach?" is actually better than packing up my house and lugging everything to actually go to the beach.

8. Guilt-free movie nights

After a day spent playing outside, getting dirty to our hearts' content, I love knowing that I can pop a movie in at night for the kids, completely free of guilt about the screen time. Because they've earned it. In fact, we all have.

Ashley Madison hack is reportedly affecting Tori Spelling’s marriage, too

But one name that has not been listed (so far) is Dean McDermott, Tori Spelling's husband.

But that isn't stopping Spelling from being both paranoid and slightly neurotic about the whole hack and leak. Honestly, who can blame her, though?

More: Haters rip Tori Spelling's fit bikini bod apart — take it too far (PHOTO)

A source close to the couple reportedly told Radar Online that Spelling and McDermott had a knock-down, drag-out fight over the Ashley Madison scandal. They said, "As soon as it became news that the Ashley Madison website had been hacked, and that users' names were being released, Tori got into a vicious fight with Dean. Convinced Dean had an account on the site, Tori began poring over previous credit card statements looking for proof."

But no proof was there to be found; McDermott doesn't appear to have had an account on the cheating site, but still, Spelling refused to let it go.

Again, can you blame her since McDermott has cheated before? In 2013, he admitted to cheating on the 90210 star with Emily Goodhand so, as the source explains, "He understood why Tori was questioning him. But after six hours, they were still fighting about it! Dean has had enough of Tori's doubts and questions, and has declared there was never any involvement with the website."

More: Moms are outraged by what Tori Spelling has done to her kids' hair (PHOTO)

The cheating past isn't the only problem in their marriage, either.

McDermott and Spelling are allegedly going through some difficult financial times that are putting a strain on their marriage, as well.

They recently moved into a smaller, less extravagant house, which they are renting. They even got a U-Haul and hoofed boxes themselves. It has been reported that McDermott hasn't been able to pay his child support to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace.

ABC Family responds to Pretty Little Liars' offensive, transphobic tweet

On Tuesday, PLL tweeted (and Instagrammed) a photo with the caption, "He. She. It. Charlotte. #PrettyLittleLiars." The poster also said, "He's alive and he's coming for us. Isn’t he?" They are referencing the big transgender reveal that happened during the reveal of A.

PLL Transphobic tweet

PLL Transphobic tweet

Little recap: The writers copped out by revealing that A was CeCe Drake, who was born a boy, Charles DiLaurentis, which helps explain away story inconsistencies that occurred through the years. After officially transitioning, she renamed herself Charlotte and began using the alias CeCe.

More: Details about PLL's flash-forward are even worse than the actual A reveal

While the ending had fans erupting, the transphobic tweet has fans fully raging.

The post was quickly deleted from all social media sites, but of course fans were quick to get screenshots and to retweet it.

Now, it is easy to get male and female pronouns mixed up or slip up and say "he" when you meant "she," but to say "it" is just wrong, completely unacceptable and incredibly hateful. It would have been easier to cut ABC some slack if they had just mixed up the masculine and feminine pronouns, but they had to add "it" in there.

More: Pretty Little Liars finale: 59 Questions left unanswered by the A reveal

The Hollywood Reporter was able to get a response from ABC Family. They claim it was all a misunderstanding and that they didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings.

"This tweet was in reference to lines Spencer and Hanna have said in previous episodes venting their frustration about not knowing the identity or gender of their tormentor ('A')," the show's representative told the website. "It was spoken by these characters a season before they found out that 'A' was a transgender character. We updated the reference by including the name Charlotte because it was revealed that Charlotte is 'A.' Once it was tweeted we realized that it could be misinterpreted, and in no way wanted to offend anyone, so we immediately deleted the tweet."

You think? Even with an explanation, fans are still rightfully out for blood.

It is posts like this that do terrible damage to the progress being made in the arena of trans acceptance. Someone should have known better. That's all there is to it.

Whether he's busy interrupting Taylor Swift's VMAs acceptance speech, dissing Beck after he won Album of the Year at the 2015 Grammys, stirring up debate about gender selection or going off on paparazzi, the man certainly knows how to get people talking.

But love him or hate him, there's also no denying West's success and musical talent. MTV recognizes this and has chosen to honor West with the prestigious Video Vanguard Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's VMAs, according to CBS News.

OK, we had to sneak "Bound 2" onto the list, even if it might be filed under "awesomely bad." The video may have been mocked and even parodied by a naked Seth Rogen and James Franco, but we won't deny we totally watched it on repeat at least 10 times.

9. "Otis"

2011's "Otis" pays tribute to the legendary Otis Redding and we love the chemistry between West and Jay Z in the video.

8. "Heartless"

"Heartless" is such a great song and the innovative animation in the video is one of the reasons MTV listed for giving West the Vanguard Award.

7. "Only One"

We love this video because it lets the world view West in a light he is rarely seen. He's adorable as he plays doting dad to little Nori and even flashes a smile. Plus, the video for "Only One" was directed by Spike Jonze, so he couldn't really go wrong.

This old-school Kanye video features a pre-Fox News Stacey Dash. It's cleverly shot from West's perspective and you can really feel his affection for his female lead. And did you catch the cameo from Common at the end?

5. "Diamonds from Sierra Leone"

They weren't messing around with the song title "All of the Lights," because all of the lights are seriously in this video. If you can get past the first 30 seconds of strobes, the rest of the video, which features Kid Cudi and Rihanna, is awesome.

Thin teenage model stupidly called 'too big' by fashion industry

$

That's what's happening to 19-year-old Swedish model Agnes Hedengård who continues to be told by agents, and casting directors that her hips and butt are "too big" for the fashion industry. However, that may confuse you when you see a picture of her. Hedengård also says that she has a BMI (body mass index) of just 17.5, which is considered underweight by health practitioners.

MoreTelling a woman to 'eat a cheeseburger' isn't pro-curves, it's ignorant

Agnes model

Agnes model

Isn't she just enormous? It's astounding that agencies are telling her she needs to get in shape in order to get modeling work. As a result, this gorgeous, young model has not been able to make a living from modeling because of these agencies' ridiculous size standards. While the diminished amount of work has been hard on her both economically and emotionally, Hedengård refuses to let these unfounded judgements get her down. Instead, she decided to post a video on YouTube to show the world what the industry considers "too big," and call them out for continuing to promote a very unhealthy body image.

Agnes video

Agnes video

Her message is clear: A large part of the fashion industry is forcing an absurd (and in some cases, impossible) standard on its models. If you just saw a picture of Hedengård in a fashion magazine, there's no way you'd think she was too big. In fact, neither would the agencies who refused to work with her — it's simply that her measurements don't fall perfectly in line with the model norm. She says bluntly in her video, "I have been in contact with big agencies and clients that really want to work with me, but as soon as they get a hold of my measurements, its a whole other story."

More: How a model turned yogi found self-love in an industry that teaches you not to

The sad fact is, if they based modeling hiring solely off of pictures, she'd be working nonstop. She said she even tried working within the industries standards for a year, but in order to do so, she basically had to starve herself. She told the Daily Mail, "It's hard, but if you put all the energy you normally would waste on these eating disorder-thoughts towards instead loving yourself, the bad comments are like water off a duck's back."

Hedengård's message is already going viral, so hopefully the better half of the fashion industry will see it, realize how awesome she is and give her a job without checking her measurements first.

More: Bachelor in Paradise: Why Samantha is the franchise's most amazing villain

Yet another contestant on the Bachelor franchise appears to have accidentally let slip a major spoiler on social media.

This time, it's Jade Roper, the former playboy model from Chris Soules' season. Jade is a contestant on the current season of Bachelor in Paradise, and has been safely coupled up pretty much since day one with Tanner Tolbert, the guy nobody remembers from Kaitlyn's season.

But do Jade and Tanner make it past the end of paradise? The season isn't quite over, but we have reason to think these two make it all the way to the end, thanks to a Periscope broadcast by Jade.

Her clip on the video live-streaming app showed that Jade is not in Los Angeles, where she lives, but is currently hanging out in Kansas City. And that may not seem very important, until you realize Kansas City is Tanner's hometown.

More: Bachelor in Paradise fans take their hatred for Ashley I. way too far

Jade and Tanner did just make their relationship official during their first one-on-one date on Sunday's episode. They also adorably learned how to make tequila together, which is something we all want to do with our significant others now, let's be honest.

OK, OK. So Jade didn't quite go so far as to accidentally post a Snapchat of herself in bed with her lucky winning guy like another Bachelorette we know and love. But you have to admit, this raises some questions.

At the very least, this gives us hope that one seemingly normal couple might survive Bachelor in Paradise and all of its ridiculous drama. With all the twists that have been happening, we could use a little reassurance that love might survive.

What do you think? Does this mean Jade and Tanner are still together? Or do you think it's just a coincidence that Jade is hanging out in Kansas City? Head down to the comments and share your theories.

Mom’s viral letter to Anna Duggar is missing one important thing

$

0

The mother of two girls wrote a Facebook post inspired by Anna Duggar (who has — so far — stood by her husband through his various sexual scandals). "We HAVE to teach our daughters that they are not beholden to men like this," wrote Kirkland. "That they don't have to marry a man their father deems 'acceptable' and then stay married to that man long, long after he proved himself UNACCEPTABLE." Yet it was the last line of her post that spurred it to go viral: "As for my girls, I'll raise them to think they breathe fire."

More: How do I prevent my low self-esteem from influencing my daughter?

Yes! I wholeheartedly agree with Jessica Kirkland here. We need to remind our girls that they are important, special and, above all, to be fierce and fearless. We need to build up their confidence and independence so that if they ever find themselves in a relationship where they are being lied to, devalued, taken advantage of or mistreated, they will know enough to recognize it and safely get out of the situation. I think this is a message we need to continue to scream from the rooftops. I think of it in particular as I wonder what is really going through Anna Duggar's mind. I wonder if she truly has a support system beyond one that oppresses and suppresses women. It's so easy to condemn her for staying and to judge her for not leaving Josh, but I wonder what resources she actually has to do so. If only she was raised to think she breathes fire…

Yet teaching our girls to be fierce and fearless is not enough. We need to break down even more damaging stereotypes that plague our society. We need to raise independent girls, but we must also raise boys in a way that teaches them to respect that fire. While we talk about how Anna Duggar could have been raised, why don't we also shine a spotlight on Josh Duggar? I completely question the way he was raised to have both molested his sleeping sisters and signed up for a cheating spouses website.

More: Insider reveals how Josh Duggar's wife is handling news of his indiscretions

Please make no mistake — I'm not advocating to raise boys to be docile and pushovers. What I'm merely suggesting is that we don't feed into the stereotypical toxic culture of masculinity that somehow provides men in our society the green light to feel that women owe them and that if they're not satisfied they have the right to either look elsewhere or perhaps go to even greater and much more damaging and violent lengths to get what they want.

My son is about to start third grade and is far off from even contemplating marriage. That doesn't mean I don't try to instill in him ideals of equity, honesty and respect — traits I hope would not only make him a good partner but a good person as well.

So, yes — please, let us raise our daughters to think they breathe fire, but let us also raise our sons to respect that fire, tend to that fire and fuel that fire.

We tried toast water so you don't have to (and it was surprisingly good)

If so, you're in luck (and if not, well, you're normal). I decided to try out toast water, a British recipe that literally just involves soaking toast in water. The end.

Toast water recipe

Toast water recipe

Image: Imgur

The recipe comes from a 1930s-era cookbook, though toast water appears in several other texts from the late 1800s. So what is its reason for existing?

According to the Universal Dictionary of the English Language, toast water is "Water in which toasted bread has been soaked, used as a beverage by invalids."

So basically it was used as a "nutritious" beverage given to sick people who couldn't eat solid foods, along with other exciting-sounding drinks, such as rice water and oatmeal water. Never have I ever felt so thankful for the chicken and stars soup I was served when I was sick as a kid.

toast for toast water

Still intrigued by the recipe, I got to work. I toasted a thick slice of baguette until it was a nice, golden brown, then added it to a jar and gently poured over a pint of cold water. Letting time work its magic, I set the jar in the fridge and waited, if not with anticipation, then with mild curiosity about what the resultant beverage would taste like.

More: I made ramen ice cream, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected

jar of toast water

One hour later, I poured myself a glass through a fine mesh sieve. It tasted exactly like toast.

refreshing glass of toast water

Never has a beverage lived so fully up to its name as toast water. This cold water was the essence of toast. And though it was strange, I must admit I really liked it.

More: Deep-fried Goldfish cracker shooters are the best way to eat tomato soup

I don't care much for sweetened beverages, and something about the lightly toasted flavor of the cold water was really appealing to me. Then again, I do have a love for toasted things in general, including this toasted grain tea I got at the Korean grocery store.

korean toasted barley grain tea

The lightly caramelized note of the toast water was very refreshing, and if I didn't already have my trusty toasted grain tea bags, I might even make it again. Two words of advice for any who are interested in trying out toast water for themselves: Serve it very, very cold, and don't make it with toast that has even a speck of char on it, or the whole concoction will be unpalatable and bitter.

More: The secret ingredient that could change the way you cook eggs

Oh, and one more thing. I don't see this as a viable meal replacement for a sick person. The next time you're unable to keep food down and in your fevered delirium decide to turn on the toaster and make yourself this wholesome drink, I'd recommend also calling the doctor and scheduling an appointment. And probably stepping away from the toaster until your fever goes away.

Mom forgets baby in a shopping cart in 100-degree heat

When a passersby noticed a 4-month-old infant hanging out by himself in a shopping cart that was in front of a salon in Phoenix, Arizona, they got the attention of the staff inside, who ran out and brought the baby indoors while they called police. Fortunately, he was not sick or in immediate danger — the baby boy was unharmed and in good health despite the 100-degree heat outside.

MoreToddler forced to undergo surgery to remove stuck earring

It wasn't until 40 minutes later that his distraught mother zoomed back after realizing that she only had two of her three kids with her. The police didn't file any charges, but they report that they notified the Department of Child Safety.

It's extremely easy to jump to judgement when you hear this story. How can anyone forget her child? How can she not notice that she only has two of her three kids with her as she runs her errands? What kind of mom leaves her kid in a shopping cart?

It doesn't sound like something a mother can be capable of, but if anything, this story — and its thankfully happy ending — does contain a valuable lesson for us all.

MorePolice pull over speeding car only to end up delivering a baby (VIDEO)

We're all caught up in the daily grind whether we have jobs outside the home or not — and whether or not we have partners who contribute to the work of raising a family. We wake up, we feed people, some of us work and nearly all of us dash around like madwomen just to get everything done that needs to be done during the course of a day. We have to go shopping, we have to deal with our pets, we have to drag ourselves and our kids around to activities or sports, we have to clean our homes and, somewhere, we have to fit in some fun too. Then it's time for bed, and it all starts over again the next day.

More5-Year-old boy dies in hot car, but his parents aren’t to blame

We simply have to slow down. Make a habit of actually counting your kids Home Alone style if you have to. And yes, employ similar strategies that moms use to make sure that they don't accidentally leave their babies in the car. Hand your baby your phone. Give him your keys. Let him play with your (closed) purse.

Ingrain that routine into your brain so that even a slight change of plans won't leave your child unattended in front of a salon on a hot, late-summer day, or in a vehicle facing a terrible death.

Watching video of the Virginia TV shooting comes with high moral cost

As Alison Parker, a reporter for Virginia TV station WDBJ did an on-air interview near Roanoke, Virginia, a gunman approached her and shot her in cold blood. Also murdered was WDBJ photographer, Adam Ward, whose camera panned to their killer as the tragedy unfolded.

Because the broadcast was live, so was the shooting. Because the shooting was of a reporter and her photographer, it was captured on video. What's more, police say the alleged gunman, identified as Vester Lee Flanagan, a former employee of the TV station who appeared on air as Bryce Williams, himself uploaded video of the tragedy to the Internet.

More: Gun violence: Is it time to rethink our bloodiest constitutional right?

Flanagan's video was pulled down, his account suspended, but the original report and tragedy video remains online. Now, because we live in the digital age — where videos are uploaded to the Internet and spread like wildfire — there exists a pocket of the web where people can go to see two people murdered.

Some news sites are sharing the video with warnings, others with click-baity headlines meant to draw in looky-loos who want to rubberneck a tragedy.

Regardless, today thousands upon thousands of folks are sitting in front of their computers and cellphones, watching as two people die. People who were loved and who are being mourned today, even as their deaths are being treated as nothing more than viral oddities, like a cute kitty cat or a giggly baby.

It's easy enough when you're staring at a screen no bigger than your hand, sitting in your office, ignoring the pile of paperwork you should have done two hours ago to forget that what you are watching isn't entertainment. It wasn't cooked up in a Hollywood studio or even a vlogger's basement.

What you are watching is the last few moments in the lives of real people.

People with families. People with friends.

The virality of this video may have been inevitable, but it brings up a question of fairness to Parker and Ward and to their families and loved ones.

Arguably, there is news value in sharing video of this shooting. The incident marks yet another tragedy in a long string of violent gun crimes in our nation — and yet another in the South, which has already proven to be the area of the country where these sorts of incidents are most prevalent. Shocking reporting on gun crime is what many activists say is needed in order to shake American politicians up and force them to act.

If someone is moved enough by seeing two deaths to enact legislation that could save countless lives, some would say it's worth it.

More: #BlackLivesMatter cofounders on why the movement is more vital now than ever

Surely, the same was said when video went viral showing Walter Scott, a black man pulled over in North Charleston for a non-functioning brake light, being chased down and shot. The man charged in Scott's murder is Michael Slager, a white police officer who is currently in jail awaiting trial. Outrage over the senseless killing — fueled by the video's spread on the Internet — has been credited with helping the Scott family get justice and bring more national attention to the #BlackLivesMatter cause.

Good came of the video. And yet, Scott's mom was clearly hurt by it as well. As Judy Scott told Good Morning America, "When I looked at that tape, that was the most horrible thing I’ve ever seen. I almost couldn't look at it. To see my son running defenselessly being shot, it just tore my heart to pieces."

Not what you're thinking when you're sitting in a conference room, your phone in your lap, as you goof off during a boring presentation, scrolling through your Facebook feed, watching random videos, is it? This is the reality of death that comes on camera, a reality that's so easily forgotten in the digital disconnect that exists between us and the screen.

Sadly, the person mindlessly watching that viral video with little thought to the person it affects is likely the lesser of two evils in a world where folks log onto "livestreams of suicide attempts" for their own sick pleasure, where these sorts of videos allow would-be shooters and other sordid types to live out some sort of tragic fantasy life. They may be (hopefully are) in the minority, but they're a consideration too when news organizations, bloggers and regular Joes and Janes decide to hit "upload" or "share" on these sorts of videos.

As a society, we may have the ability and the technology to make these videos accessible to the masses, and the protection of free speech to do so. But we also have a moral responsibility to consider the human cost in doing so.

More: Miley Cyrus thinks Hannah Montana may have been damaging to young girls

According to the Daily Mail, a new survey conducted by vouchercloud.com asked 2,287 British parents, with at least one child under the age of 10, which celebrities they did not want their child looking up to and a whopping 78 percent gave Cyrus the boot.

The parents were reportedly asked, "Are there any celebrities you would hate for your children to idolise?" and then given a list of celebs, whose names they ticked off if they felt they were a negative influence.

While Cyrus tops the bad girl list she's not the only star that these parent's don't want their children idolising. Over half of the parents polled didn't think rapper Nicki Minaj would have a positive influence on their children either. Also making the list was Kristen Stewart with 36 percent, reality TV star Kim Kardashian with 43 per cent and Rihanna with 34 per cent.

The bad boys included former One Direction star Zayn Malik, Shia LaBeouf and Joey Essex. But it was Kanye West who topped the worst celebrity role model list with 56 percent, closely followed by bad boy Justin Bieber with 55 per cent.

When the parents were asked why they didn't consider these celebs to be a good example the common answer was, "I don't want my child to end up going off the rails," the Daily Mail reports.

At the other end of the spectrum parents thought the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, was a lovely role model (she earned 34 percent of parents' votes) and so too are Michelle Keegan, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Angelina Jolie.

Brie Bella condemns Brooklyn crowds for disrespecting the Divas (PHOTO)

All three of WWE's nights at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn featured a Divas match, but it was Monday night's RAW that had the Divas in a full rage for what they considered disrespectful behavior from the crowd. During the match featuring the Bellas and Team PCB, the crowd just didn’t seem that interested.

While the ladies were trying to put on a good show, the crowd was not only quiet but they started chanting, "We are awesome," in the middle of it. Brie Bella thought it was beyond rude. She posted a photo to her Instagram with the caption, "So proud of my Foxy @thefoxxyone but the Brooklyn crowd can kiss my ass!"

Team Bella wasn't done airing their hard feelings, either. Nikki Bella also took to social media to rage a bit, too.

She posted a photo (with an unfortunate angle) with the caption, "Where's my shorts?! Haha #TeamBella rises! Oh and WWE Brooklyn shame on you for disrespecting women that put their bodies on the line for your entertainment. As for the ones that supported us, THANK YOU! You make it worth working so hard and having this revolution!"

While it sucks to compete in front of a crowd that doesn't seem to care at all what you are doing, it appears the NYC crowd might have just been doing what they do... or responding to a bad match.

A WWE analyst and self-proclaimed wrestling fanatic from IYH Wresting, Brandon Spec Lyles, says especially the Brooklyn crowd will let the athletes know if the match isn't any good.

He said, "I don't think they were disrespected. A New York wrestling crowd can be very vocal and demanding. If the match isn't good, they will let you know it. This is the same type of crowd who cheered the Bayley vs. Sasha Banks match from NXT TakeOver in the same arena two days earlier. It was not a case of disrespect, but a case of poor wrestling getting a heated reaction from a vocal and smart fan base."

I had two kids & wanted to get my tubes tied, but my hospital said no

It's an issue that's getting a lot of attention this week after a Catholic hospital reversed its decision to deny a pregnant woman a post-birth tubal litigation. Expectant mom Rachel Miller was all set to have a C-section, then get her tubes tied when she was informed that her hospital, Mercy Medical Center in California, wouldn't allow it. The reason? The medical center follows the Catholic church's Ethical and Religious Directives for health care, which prohibit "inherently evil" procedures like sterilization.

More: Permanent birth control: Tubal litigation versus vasectomy

Catholic hospitals all over the country abide by the church's Ethical and Religious Directives, leaving people in a lurch when they need restricted forms of reproductive care and have no where else to go. For Miller, the nearest non-Catholic birthing hospital was over 70 miles from her home. That means she had to commit to commuting that far for her child's birth or entirely forgo a procedure she deemed necessary for her family planning.

Catholic hospitals put people in these situations every day, and I know that because it happened to me. In 2013 I found myself pregnant despite using a Paraguard IUD. It was my second child and a total surprise, since most IUDs carry a less than 1 percent chance of pregnancy.

I decided to keep the baby and gave birth to a healthy son last July, but I knew prior to his birth that I wanted him to be my last child.

More: New moms can get an IUD right after giving birth, says science

I spoke to my doctor about the possibility of having a tubal litigation immediately following the birth, but she said the procedure wasn't a possibility. See, my OB/GYN is part of a team of physicians who practice for a Catholic health care provider. Under their rules, my doctor could do the procedure but not at one of their hospitals. I would have to heal from labor and delivery, schedule the procedure at a freestanding surgical center, then meet my doctor there a few weeks later so we could do it.

This meant a series of headaches for me and my family. First of all, I had to find time to schedule an invasive procedure and commit to a second recovery period with a new baby in my care. In the meantime, I'd have to get on prescription birth control — something I was actively trying to avoid — or rely on condoms or another IUD and risk another surprise pregnancy. Finally, I had to alter decisions about my health, my well-being and my family's future to suit my hospital's religious affiliations.

More: The worst states for reproductive rights

I'm lucky enough to live in a large city where I have access to non-Catholic medical facilities, but not everyone has that luxury. For people like Rachel Miller, the options are to toe the line and be denied care or travel far out of the way for procedures that should be available everywhere. As the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) said in a statement about Miller's case, "Religious institutions that serve the general public should not be allowed to hold religion as an excuse to discriminate or deny important health care."

This is not just a reproductive issue. The ability to decide when and if we want more children affects our partners, our existing children, our careers and our financial security. I had an accidental pregnancy and though I love my son, I'd like to do everything in my power to ensure that I do not bear any more babies. It's ludicrous that my chosen physician can't give me a tubal litigation despite our mutual agreement that it's the best option for me.

Mercy Medical Center reversed their decision in the case of Rachel Miller, but they plan to continue denying sterilization procedures to other patients. Their decision was basically just a way of avoiding a lawsuit by the ACLU. Still, it highlights an important issue in women's healthcare of which we should all be aware. According to the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, over 600,000 women in the United States undergo tubal litigation each year.

Women shouldn't be forced to consider their hospital's religious affiliations when making important decisions about their reproductive futures.

6 Ways to prevent a shark attack

Carr reportedly suffered severe injuries to his back, thigh and buttock, but managed to fight off the shark (believed to be a Great White), before De Roiste dragged him to the shore. The father-of-two detailed the harrowing experience on Facebook, in which he thanked all those who'd helped to save his life.

"The fact that there were random acts of kindness displayed by everyone on the beach that day who were passerby, [sic] others who had no obligation to assist is the real story. 2.5 litres blood loss and quick thinking doctors, nurses, paramedics doing what they could. Thats [sic] the real story," Carr wrote.

Being attacked by a shark is unlikely, but there are several things you can to do decrease your chances of becoming a victim, and increase your chances of survival.

1. Don't wear anything shiny

Experts have revealed that swimmers should not wear jewellery or anything shiny that reflects sunlight, as a shark could mistake this for fish scales.

According to Doctor Mark Meekan, a research scientist and fish biologist at the Australian Institute of Marine Science in Perth, we're actually not all that appealing to sharks.

"We're like eating lettuce so we're actually not a good target as [shark] food," he told ABC News Australia. "More often than not [in an attack] it's a case of mistaken identity."

2. Avoid bright bathing suits

According to the Daily Mail, brightly coloured clothing and sunburn can also attract sharks because they see in black and white and use contrast to distinguish colour — the high contrast is especially visible to sharks.

3. Swim when the weather conditions are good

If the water is dark or murky, this makes it harder for the shark to differentiate between a human and its normal prey. It also decreases your visibility, making it difficult to see if a shark is approaching you. Thus it's best to avoid swimming at night, and at dawn and dusk when sharks are more active.

"Don't go into the water early, at dawn or dusk when there is low visibility and sharks might mistake you for prey," Dr. Meekan says.

4. Stay close to shore

Most sharks that are big enough to pose a threat to humans are found further out to sea, to reduce the risk of attack, stay in the shallow waters.

5. Stay in groups

Swim or surf in groups and in patrolled areas, so if something does go wrong there are people who can potentially help you.

6. Use your common sense

And above all, use common sense and avoid places that sharks are known to congregate like sandbars or river mouths. Also stay away from people spear-fishing or cleaning fish guts, and do not swim if there is sewage in the water.

John West of the Taronga Conservation Society Australia, in Sydney, told Australian Geographic that, "the best prevention is common-sense related to where you swim and what activities you undertake whilst in the water, and be aware of what may invite or provoke an attack."

The Teen Mom star retweeted several news stories today about Griffith being named in the hack of the cheating service website, after his email address, Nate_griff42@yahoo.com, was linked to an account made in May or June of this year.

"He was separated from Jenelle," a friend who confirmed the email address was legitimate told Radar Online. "But he was seeing [his new girlfriend] Jessica. He claimed he made it because he couldn't remember his Gmail password and was locked out of his old email.

"It's definitely not shocking that Nathan has an Ashley Madison account," the source continued. "Jenelle is glad not to be the one having to deal with his antics anymore."

When reached for comment, Evans was furious but not surprised.

"Once a cheater, always a cheater," she told Radar. "I think he embarrasses himself and whoever associated with him, especially the girl he's with now, because supposedly she doesn't believe in sex before marriage. But Nathan does."

Evans retweeted several messages from fans showing support for her current plight.

When reached for comment, Griffith first denied the account was his, then said he didn't want to talk about it.

Evans and Griffith were planning a wedding until they split earlier this month. Griffith trashed her in a booze-fueled rant, then Evans was arrested after getting into a spat with Griffith's new girlfriend.
