LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have babies on the brain

0
0

The couple has sparked rumors that they are starting to plan a family together after the comments that they made during the most recent episode of their show LeAnn & Eddie.

VH1's LeAnn & Eddie: The (not good) ways they're perfect together >>

After Rimes' mother Belinda tells her daughter that she struggled to get pregnant with her, it made the singer start to think about her own maternal clock.

"I had a lot of issues and the doctors told me that I would never have a child — you were a miracle. They don't know how I got pregnant," Belinda said, Fox News reports.

"I knew my mom had difficulty having me, but I never really knew how difficult it was," Rimes confessed during an interview on the show. "Eddie and I have talked about waiting a little bit longer before we try to have kids.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian talked to his kids about affair >>

"It had never popped into my head that maybe I will have the same trouble that she did… Given my mom's history, it does make you wonder if I waited too long. If I find out I can't have kids, that will be really tough."

The "Can't Fight the Moonlight" singer then went to see her doctor to find out what the chances are that she can conceive.

Cibrian already has two children from his former marriage to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, but he may be a dad to baby No. 3 in the near future if Rimes gets her way, though he didn't seem overly enthusiastic about the prospect of adding to his brood.

Eddie Cibrian denies asking Brandi Glanville for child support >>

"It truly hurts when you feel like you and your husband are not on the same page for something that is so important… I know we were not planning on having a child right now, but I also do not want to miss what possibly could be my only opportunity to have a child naturally," Rimes told her husband.

However, the Playboy Club actor did step up to the plate and later in the show confessed that he wanted to have kids with his wife.

"I mean, is there ever a perfect time? I know I do want to have a child with LeAnn and if this is a decision we have to make right now because of her fertility, then I say we should just do it."

Katie Holmes moves out of New York and back to California

The actress made the real estate deal under a confidentiality agreement that threatened any leakers with a $1 million penalty, TMZ reported. Holmes paid up a hefty $3,795,000 on a huge 6,000 square-foot home in The Oaks neighborhood, where she is said to have moved in already with her daughter Suri.

Katie Holmes ends fashion line: Is Tom Cruise to blame? >>

The supposed reason for Holmes' big move is because she wanted to be closer to Hollywood for her film career. Plus, a bigger relocation reason is due to The Giver star's belief that raising Suri in California is far better than doing so in New York City.

TMZ also reported that before Holmes closed on the home, Suri and her bodyguard were seen going to a San Fernando Valley animal rescue shelter to adopt a Chihuahua. She apparently named the dog Maple, but had to wait to take him home until they were all moved in to the new house.

The relocation news comes just after the June announcement that Holmes bought a $4 million apartment in New York City. So it is not clear why she purchased the posh city pad just before her supposed permanent move back to the West Coast.

Katie Holmes goes topless for Glamour, talks being a mom >>

As for her work, since her split from Tom Cruise two years ago, Holmes' career seems to have substantially picked up. However, the brunette stunner does not blame her dry spell on her marriage to Cruise.

"It's the life of an actor," Holmes told DuJour magazine recently. "We don't really have a choice in the matter. You have dry spells, and then you have times when there is a lot of opportunity."

Baby and puppy meet for the first time

After all, is there anything better in this world than baby cuddles? Or puppy kisses for that matter? There's ample of both in this short clip, so you know it's going to be just the sweetest thing you've seen onscreen since Shirley Temple.

Plus, after you've watched this about 100 times, you can check out Maddy and Paddy today — yep, they're so cute, their names even rhyme. Hint? They're still the cutest things ever.

And, if at any point during these videos you find your arms flapping up and down, don't be embarrassed. Judging by this baby, that's an unequivocal sign of sheer happiness.

8 Things the Girls Season 4 trailer should have covered

In case you forgot: Here's what you missed on the finale>>

Girls production Instagram

Girls production Instagram

Honestly, it comes as no surprise to us that Hannah can't ride a bike. We already knew she struggled with menial tasks like using cotton swabs or bathing independently. Of course we giggled as she took a tumble off her bike onto what we presume is the campus where she's going to grad school. But there's so much more we would have rather seen from the first tease of Girls Season 4. Like...

1) Is Adam still around?

The last time we saw Adam (Adam Driver) and Hannah together, they were parting ways. He'd just had his play opening and Hannah picked that exact moment to tell him about grad school. Everyone already knew Hannah was incapable of watching someone else have the spotlight, but that seemed to go too far. Even for Adam. Still, because we love that crazy man, we're hoping he miraculously finds his way into Season 4.

2) Is that really a new college campus?

It seemed pretty clear that Hannah was choosing grad school in the middle of BFE, right? However, she's not exactly known for sticking to her guns and making the best possible life decisions. Is it possible she chickened out? Sure, she had a backpack. That doesn't mean anything.

3) Can Hannah handle being away from the city and her friends?

We're not 100 percent sure Hannah could survive in a world without Marnie, especially. Shosh and Jess are there and they're brilliant. We wouldn't trade them for all the other friend possibilities in the world. At the end of the day, though, it's Marnie who seems to constantly keep Hannah in check. How can she manage without her on-again, off-again BFF?

Watch: Girls Season 38>>

4) Can the Midwest handle Hannah?

Perhaps an even bigger concern is how Hannah will fit into suburban life. We recognize that this is where she came from. But, everything about the previous three seasons suggests that Hannah functions best in abnormal situations, dysfunction and chaos. When it doesn't exist, she creates it. Will our little writer wreak havoc on middle America? History suggests, "Yes."

5) Will she finally wear a bra?

...What? This is a valid concern.

6) Has she gotten her OCD under control?

We mostly love Hannah, but the girl is a mess. Some of it is her own doing, but a lot of it is related to her mental illness. We've already learned that Adam was better than anyone else at helping her keep her shit together. Based on the Season 3 finale, we think it's safe to assume he wouldn't follow her to grad school. So... how's she doing?

7) How will professors handle her lack of direction in life?

You'd think that someone in grad school would have their life together and have some sort of real work ethic. We already know that's not the case with Hannah. We'd love one scene where she throws an excuse at a professor, just so we can watch a normal human being react to her.

8) Obviously, where is everyone else?

If Hannah is off at grad school, will we see much of Marnie, Shosh and Jessa? While we understand that Hannah is the main character, we still want more time with the rest of the gang. In particular, we're curious to see how Marnie's singing career is going. Aren't you?

With production just starting and seemingly months to go before any more actual footage, we're trying not to fixate on the lack of information. And, you know, trying not to be super-annoyed by that silly tease-that-wasn't.

Acid attack victims show off their true beauty in gorgeous new photo shoot (VIDEO)

Gorgeous new photo shoot uses acid attack Rupa

"I could not see anything. I could not open my eyes, I was screaming," she said to CNN. "But no one came to help me. My stepmother watched me suffering."

Unfortunately Rupa's experience is not uncommon, especially in her native India where there have been over 200 reported assaults this year already. Worldwide, there are about 2,500 reported cases each year but experts say acid attacks are vastly under-reported thanks to the shame and social stigma of being a victim.

Acid attack victim Rupa from Stop Acid Attacks

Acid attack victim Rupa from Stop Acid Attacks

It took Rupa three years before she could bring herself to look in the mirror again and several more years to feel comfortable going out in public. But now the vivacious 22-year-old has done one better: She's started her own clothing line and has used herself and other victims of acid attacks to model them. Since she was a child she'd dreamed of working in fashion and she was determined that nothing would hold her back.

She currently lives in Chhanv, a home and rehab center for victims of acid attacks which is funded by the group Stop Acid Attacks. The founder of the charity Alok Dixit supports Rupa completely and hopes this will have a much broader reach. "We want the acid attack survivors to come out of hiding and tell their stories. It is OK to show your face," he said.

Rahul Saharan, a professional photographer, jumped at the opportunity to do the photo shoot. He wanted to help the fight against acid attacks and show the women how beautiful they are. "In our society, there are lots of things said to the girls — you are not beautiful, you won't get married because your skin is not white and fair," Rahul said. "I want to change the perception of beauty — tell people that the real beauty is not about having a fair skin."

Rupa hopes to use the attention generated by the one-of-a-kind modeling campaign to earn money to open up her own fashion boutique so she can continue making clothes and inspiring women, no matter what obstacles they've had to overcome. And yet, I must admit, that reading the stories of the women featured in the shoot made me realize that every hard thing that's ever happened to me in my life is nothing compared to what these women have endured and then conquered to get where they are. They are definitely more than your average success story.

I feel like this is what I want the Dove beauty campaign to be like — it's nice to tell women who are already conventionally pretty that they should feel beautiful but it feels more meaningful to help us find the beauty in the ugliest of situations.

"When you see pictures used in commercials, you just see and forget them after some time, but when you see these pictures, you feel in love with them," Rahul says. "You want to look at them again and again." He's right, the light that is in these women will stay with me, and I daresay everyone who sees them, for a long, long time.

To read the stories of the women featured in the photo shoot or for more information about what you can do to stop acid attacks and support Rupa, check out their websiteFacebook or Twitter.

No child-free woman wants to hear this question, ever

0
0

The "when are you going to have kids" question is problematic for many reasons. But this question is most offensive to one specific yet growing group of women: Women who are child free by choice.

Although I have two kids now, I am quite familiar with this loaded question. It fits right in with all of the other probing life questions that may make you feel uncomfortable about your next stage of life. Are you dating anyone? When are you going to get married? Are you going to have kids? Are you going to have another kid? Are you done having kids?

Yes, yes, I know all of these questions are just social niceties, and I am probably guilty of saying them myself. But now I think twice before asking my childless/child-free friends when they plan to have unprotected sex and get impregnated because I simply don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes.

A woman may not have kids yet because she isn't ready, she has health problems, or she simply doesn't want to. Nowadays, women no longer finish school, get married and settle down to have kids in that order. There are infinite ways that a woman's life can go with limitless possibilities, especially for those women who decide never to have kids.

That's right — I said never. Certainly, it is a woman's right to choose whether or not she has children, but Today Parents still calls it a "controversial decision in this day and age." As expected, there is also a glaring double standard. Men who choose never to have kids may be applauded for making a smart decision. Women who choose never to have kids are scrutinized and often judged for their choice.

If you are a woman who is child free by choice, more power to you. You know what you want and make no apologies for it. Hopefully, the "lonely child-free woman with cats" stigma will soon be lifted so that you can get the respect you deserve. As for the rest of us who may now have children, take a moment to remember what it was like before you started a family. Keep your questions to yourself.

It looks like both Martin and Paltrow have new relationships, and Paltrow seems more than OK with Martin's choice of Jennifer Lawrence.

"Gwyneth is very happy for Chris, that he has moved on and found someone else," a source told E! News. "Their split has been remarkably amiable, and they both just want the best for one another."

The source added that Paltrow "can see why Jennifer is a good match for Chris. Chris is very drawn to her personality and ambition and talent. There are actually some amazing similarities between Jennifer and Gwyneth and how they view life and career, and so Gwyneth knows that ultimately Jennifer has the power to make Chris happy in the long term.”

"And that's all Gwyneth wants for Chris," the insider reiterates. "They might not be a couple anymore, but they will always be co-parents and best friends."

The Duggars want more children, visit fertility clinic >>

Only a few months after being married, 19 Kids and Counting’s Jill Duggar and her new husband Derick Dillard announced they are expecting their first child. The couple seems over the moon about the news, and they're opening up about a new marriage and baby all at once.

"We are so grateful to God for this new little blessing!" the couple told Us Weekly. "We appreciate all the well-wishes and are enjoying this new season of life as we look forward to parenthood!"

Duggar and Dillard were married on June 23, and they said they wanted to start a family right away — something that is obviously in the cards for them.

"Both of us want as many kids as God will give us," Duggar explained a few months before her wedding. "My parents have kept popping them out, so we'll see how [our] fertility is!"

This is something a Swiss company knows all too well. They have created what they are calling a "chairless chair." The built-in seat connects to the body much like an exoskeleton.

It's pretty cool, too. Just crouch and hit a button and the chair is activated. This is ideal for factory workers and for others, like farmers, who spend most of their day standing up and can't afford to spend their short breaks hustling around looking for a place to cop a squat. Fear not, standing enthusiasts, this handy device also works well to keep your posture aligned and relieve pain and fatigue in your back and knees while you stand wearing it. Everybody wins! New Champagne glass modeled after Kate Moss's left boob (VIDEO)

Champagne glass designed to look like Kate Moss

Drinking out of a Champagne glass designed to look like a breast might sound shocking, but the truth is human beings have been doing just that for a very, very long time. In fact, the very first Champagne coupes (different than the traditional flutes) were designed to look like Marie Antoinette's (she of the whole cake-eating catastrophe) left breast! That's right, you've been tippling from a boob and you didn't even know it.

We don't know what Kate thinks of this idea, but she must be pleased — she's agreed to raise a glass of herself in salute come the fall months. The glasses themselves are actually incredibly pretty. So, if you love Champagne, Kate Moss's unique and tenacious looks, and think you might need some more glassware, get you to London posthaste.

Harry Potter director may helm J.K. Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts

0

Although neither party has officially put quill to paper, David Yates is in talks with Warner Brothers to direct the first installment of J.K. Rowling's newest film adaptation.

Yates, who seems born to work in Rowling's magical universe, directed four of the Harry Potter films, including both installments of The Deathly Hallows. A director like Yates on board would ensure artistic continuity for fans who are eager to return to Potter's world but nervous about doing so without the young wizard and other beloved characters.

Inspired by a Hogwarts textbook of the same name, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them takes place 70 years before the Harry Potter series begins and follows the adventures of Newt Scamander, a "magizoologist," who is devoted to the study of magical creatures.

Rowling released the book in 2001 as a supplemental text to the Potter series. The book was packaged to look like Harry Potter's personal textbook from his first year at Hogwarts and focuses mostly on the magical creatures that inhabit the Potterverse. Scamander, the textbook's author, claims to have first-hand knowledge of each creature listed, having traveled for years over several continents doing research.

Get horny with Daniel Radcliffe in new Horns trailer >>

The film will undoubtedly contain plenty of magical CGI creatures for audiences to "ooh" and "ahh" and "eek!" over.

Potter fans shouldn't get too revved up about the book's Hogwarts connection, though. Rowling was careful to remind audiences that although Fantastic Beasts occupies the same wizarding world as Harry Potter, it is "neither a prequel nor a sequel to the Harry Potter series but an extension of the wizarding world" — which means no Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson or Rupert Grint in this series.

INTERVIEW: Daniel Radcliffe opens up about his love life >>

Fantastic Beasts marks the first time Rowling herself will have adapted one of her books for film, making the pairing with a veteran Potter director like Yates especially exciting.

As for the much-anticipated role of Newt Scamander, we can only wait with bated breath to see who's cast.

7 Things your high school freshman needs to know

0
0

When your little one starts kindergarten, it seems that his high school years are light years away. But before you know what hit you, your former wee one is in the thick of PSAT prep and Algebra II. How can you help prepare him for high school without smothering him with advice?

Be responsible for yourself

Responsibility is one of the most difficult things to teach, but so very important for high school freshmen. Encourage him to be responsible for himself by putting him in charge — and ideally this should start early. Your teen should be in charge of her morning routine, including setting an alarm (and listening to it), getting to class on time and remembering homework assignments, band instruments or PE clothes. Being responsible is a learned trait, and the more you as a parent require it, the faster it will become second nature for your teen.

When to raise the flag

Even the smartest kids may find themselves stumped when it comes to English literature or pre-calculus. Part of being the parent of a high school kid is letting them figure it out for themselves. But this isn’t to say that you don’t ask them about grades or keep tabs on them. "Many parents have a naïve view that once my teen reaches high school they are capable of being independent and making good, smart choices," says Kate Roberts, Ph.D., consulting school psychologist and former professor of psychiatry at Brown University. "This could not be further from the truth. An average teen today will choose paid work over studying even when they are not dependent on that extra income, and technology use over sleep — another area of tremendous challenge for teens — getting the rest they need to function optimally." She adds, "Parents need to monitor with hands on to help teens structure their time, study habits and sleep." But your freshman also needs to be able to see the signs of trouble and ask for help. Spend too much time orchestrating your freshman’s academic life and he will pay for it later.

Insecurity?

Everyone else has it, too. While your teen may not believe this at first, it’s important for him to realize that every other student on campus has worries and concerns about friendships, clothing, appearance and perceived “coolness.” The best strategy for high school is to relax and be yourself — no matter how hard it seems as a new freshman. One mom I know used the trick with her teens of having them “act” as if they were confident, almost like playing a part in a theater production. Act as if you aren’t nervous or insecure and people won’t know that you are. It’s a great lesson for your kids to learn at this age that will help them in adult life as well.

Life balance

Teens need to learn how to keep life in balance in order to meet goals and succeed in high school — and later. Too much academic work and no extracurricular activities makes for a stressed-out student. But too much fun and staying out late with friends means that academics will suffer, which has an effect on your teen’s options after high school. "As a clinical psychologist, I often work with teens and their families to combat this stress," says Erlanger Turner, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychiatry at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. "Stress related to school has a significant negative impact on teens’ mental health. Additionally, it often makes home life difficult for the entire family," he adds. One of the best ways parents can help is to model this in their own lives. Show her how you are able to enjoy an afternoon at the movie theater because you finished paying the bills in the morning.

Find fun

So many adults spend their days slaving away at jobs they don’t enjoy, then come home too tired to do anything they do enjoy. Encourage your high school freshman to find hobbies and passions he cares about — and to make time to pursue them. Developing a hobby or an interest aside from school and work is good for the soul, and makes your teen a more well-rounded human being.

Branch out of your tree

Find your people, then find some more. One of my biggest regrets from high school is that I wasn’t comfortable enough to branch out from my usual lunchtime/mall-loving friends. There were so many other girls who could have become fun friends — if I had taken the time. Now through Facebook some of these girls have become friends, but I sure missed out on a lot of fun. The important thing for your teen to know is that life isn’t just about being with a particular "crowd" all of the time.

Organize, organize, organize

One of the most important things you can encourage your high school freshman to do is to get organized. Jetting from class to class, to soccer practice, to band rehearsal then home means lots of potential for something to get lost or an assignment forgotten. Let her choose how she wants to keep track of her assignments and activities, whether it’s a cute purple planner or on her smartphone, and she will be more invested in keeping it up. Having a designated place for books and school supplies at home helps things stay organized.

Take the time to help your high school freshman get a jump start on high school — she’ll be glad you did.

Huge recall of bean bag chairs due to suffocation and choking hazards

Around 2.2 million Ace Bayou bean bag chairs are being voluntarily recalled after two child deaths.

Product description: This recall focuses on bean bag chairs made by Ace Bayou Corporation out of New Orleans, Louisiana. Each chair features two zippers that can be unzipped and opened, including one of the exterior cover, and other directly underneath that zipper. These bean bags were sold in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors and fabrics. They include round or L-shaped, vinyl or fabric, and are filled with polystyrene foam beads.

Affected chairs may be purple, violet, blue, red, pink, yellow, Kelly green, black, port, navy, lime, royal blue, turquoise, tangerine or multi-color. The round bean bag chairs were sold in three sizes, 30, 32 and 40 inches in diameter, and the L-shaped bean bag chair measures 18 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 30 inches high.

If you even think you have one of these chairs, look for the words "ACE BAYOU CORP," which is printed on a tag sewn into the bean bag chair's cover seam.

Where/when they were sold: These recalled bean bag chairs were sold at Bon-Ton, Meijer, Pamida, School Specialty, Wayfair and Walmart stores and online at Amazon.com, Meijer.com and Walmart.com before July 2013 for between $30 and $100.

Reason for the recall: Children can unzip the bean bags, crawl inside and choke or suffocate on the chair's foam beads. There have been two deaths reported — a 3-year-old girl from Kentucky and a 13-year-old boy from Texas died due to suffocation after inhaling the beads. Both were found inside the bean bag chairs.

What you need to do: You should immediately check your bean bag chair zippers to see if they can open easily, and if they do, take them away from your children and contact Ace Bayou for a free repair kit. This kit will permanently disable your chair's zippers.

Company information: You can contact Ace Bayou toll free at (855) 751-8151 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. You can also look online at www.acebayou.com and click on "Recall Information" for more information.

Pretty Little Liars: 5 Absolutely true finale spoilers

Who's hotter: Keegan Allen vs. Ian Harding >>

1. Holbrook is back

It looks like Detective Holbrook will be stepping in as some much-needed backup for Tanner. He's taking the reins on the case this week as things heat up in Rosewood. We're thinking it's way past time the parents got more involved — especially if the events in the promo are any indication.

2. Someone will be fatally injured

And the police are calling it a homicide. In the teaser video, Holbrook can be heard saying, "The amount of blood would indicate that the victim's wounds were fatal." That would suggest, however, that the police don't have a body. And without a body in Rosewood, anything is possible. The promo does promise, "Someone will die." But let's be real: The show and producers have skated around the truth before, so we're not going to trust them just yet.

QUIZ: Are you a hard-core Pretty Little Liars fan? >>

3. Ali is on the outs

According to the synopsis for the finale episode, the girls are suspicious Alison has been A this whole time. Now that she's out of the liars' gang, she'll be building an army of her own. We don't really know what to think about this girl at this point, but we're going to side with the liars and say don't trust her.

In a clip released by ABC Family, Ali is at the police station taking a lie detector test. The clip cuts out right before we can see whether or not Ali is telling the truth when she says her name is, "Alison Lauren DiLaurentis." Is Alison really Alison? Or is the show actually going with the twin theory?

4. Mona joins Team Liar

Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Mona break into Radley with Hanna's (Ashley Benson) help as the lookout. In another clip, we see the two girls successfully make it inside the institution, only to be thwarted by an arriving cop car. Will Holbrook catch them in the act and arrest the girls? And what are they searching for? It has to be something connected to Bethany, but will it give them the answers they're hoping for?

Lucy Hale shares the secret behind her success: I never had a plan B >>

5. Someone gets arrested

And we're guessing it's either Toby or Caleb. Judging from the girls' "What? What?" voices as Holbrook reads that person their rights, it's someone close to the liars. We don't think it's one of the liars, though, because they're kind of a package deal at this point. If Holbrook were arresting one, wouldn't he arrest them all?

Could this possibly have to do with the confession Tanner told Byron she was expecting last episode? Maybe Ali throws someone under the bus to help her case.

JWoww is all about Botox

JWoww on Jersey Shore Massacre: "[It] reminds me of my roommates, only they all get killed" >>

The Snooki and JWoww star has had a busy summer with the birth of her daughter, Meilani Alexandra, last month and executive-producing the upcoming horror-spoof comedy Jersey Shore Massacre. She's still finding time to take care of herself, though, Farley told People, which may include a little nip and tuck below the neckline.

"I'm going a little blonder, obviously dieting — I want to get rid of all my jiggly-ness — and my girlfriends from The Real Housewives of New Jersey introduced me to their doctor," Farley says. "He's really good at doing microderms and skin tightening."

JWoww's having a break from sex, for a year or two >>

Looking better after a baby is a priority for Farley — "I would do anything if it makes me feel good," she says — but with one major exception.

"I don't like touching my face only because I'm always scared you can never go back," she says. "All those nose jobs and cheek implants and stuff like that. People get those and can never go back to what they were. I love my nose."

JWoww and Roger welcome a baby girl >>

But apparently, needles are better than knives.

"Totally," Farley says about Botox. "I'm getting up there in age — I'm about to be 30. I don't like wrinkles. But I wouldn't go overboard and get that frozen face when you're trying to cry and look like you're smiling."

And just because she doesn't want surgery on her mug doesn't mean she won't get it elsewhere.

"The only thing I'd implant is my boobs," she says. "I'm planning on getting my boobs bigger in the fall after Nicole's ["Snooki" Polizzi] wedding. I'm a 34F right now. I'll stop before I get to the balloon stage."

Justin Bieber takes a drive on the sidewalk

Justin Bieber shaves off his teeny mustache in clip (VIDEO) >>

TMZ recently posted a video of the Biebs driving his new three-wheeled motorcycle over the curb onto a sidewalk, narrowly avoiding people on foot, including an elderly woman with a walker. After bypassing a busy intersection, he swerves back into traffic.

Even though it looks like the "Never Say Never" singer takes it pretty slow on the sidewalk, whoever shot the video is clearly shocked by Bieber's brazen disregard for the law and can be heard saying "Oh my god!" over and over in the video. But Bieber himself doesn't seem too worried when he's rocking out to music at the next stoplight.

Beverly Hills Police Department told E! News that such reckless driving is in fact a "vehicle code violation, which is an infraction."

Are Selena and the Biebs back together — again? >>

"We highly encourage Mr. Bieber to stay off the sidewalk and remain in traffic," a spokesperson for the department said. "This is incredibly unsafe. He's putting other people's safety in jeopardy."

The Biebs should probably watch it. He's still on probation from that time he egged his neighbor's house, which means reckless driving could lead to a probation violation.

Bieber has been spending a lot of time out on the motorcycle, which is one of his newest toys. The $27,000 ride, similar to the one Miley Cyrus got from her parents for her 21st birthday, is a lot cheaper than what's taking up the rest of the space in his garage, but Bieber doesn't seem to mind. Hey, if we had one, we'd probably ride it a lot, too — but probably only on the road where it belongs.

What do you think? Would you ride shotgun on Bieber's three-wheeler? Or is his driving a little too wild?

Steve-O under criminal investigation for SeaWorld protest

Steve-O says Mom gave him booze >>

The prankster may be facing criminal charges for giving a face-lift to a public sign off the 5 Freeway in San Diego, according to TMZ. Steve-O scaled the massive sign along the roadway in protest of a controversial amusement park by changing the wording from "Sea World Drive" to "Sea World Sucks."

Steve-O is now under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, and sources tell TMZ that the case will most likely be turned over to prosecutors who will charge him with defacing public property.

Though charges may be imminent, Steve-O does not seem to be backing down or hiding from his actions and is quite aware that he was committing a crime while taking a stand against SeaWorld. He recorded himself performing the sign change and uploaded the video to YouTube, in addition to posting a picture and a clip on Instagram.

The social media still shows Steve-O standing proudly next to his final product with the caption: "Have you seen the video of me pulling off this awesome crime? It's on http://youtube.com/steveo but maybe not for long, check it out quick! #SeaWorldSucks #yeahdude #steveo."

He also posted a short clip from the extended YouTube version on his Instagram with the caption, "I filmed myself committing a crime in the middle of California's 5 Freeway. It took me 5 tries to finish the job-- here's one of them."

Weird couple alert: Elisabetta Canalis and Steve-O >>

Steve-O, who was admittedly under the influence of drugs and alcohol during most of the filming for the Jackass franchise, has famously cleaned up in recent years and become a vegan. He has also turned into an animal rights activist of sorts and has joined an army of people who are fighting for the welfare of sea mammals that have been allegedly abused for years by SeaWorld. The park came under fire after the 2013 release of the documentary Blackfish, which exposed the mistreatment and disregard for the safety of both the animals present and the people who train them.

Last December, a handful of prebooked musical acts including Trisha Yearwood, Willie Nelson, Barenaked Ladies, Heart and Cheap Trick all cancelled their performances at a SeaWorld event, citing Blackfish as their reason for scrapping their shows. In 2010, rocker Tommy Lee also called out SeaWorld's questionable practices regarding the safety of their trainers and the method used to collect semen from the park's killer whales.
