Dogs playing soccer

He's aggressive on the field

This crazy dog can do anything, from bouncing the ball back to the person who threw it at him to tearing around the yard at impressive speeds while the ball never leaves the tip of his nose.

He can maneuver through the defense

Java uses his fancy paw work to keep the ball away from the other dogs who are trying to steal it and has impressive control of the ball.

He was born to be the goalie

Ike is full of energy as he plays ball with his owners. He manages to never let the ball get too far away from him and is a master at head-butting the ball back.

He's the most valuable player, all around

This dog can keep the ball away from his opponent and run, all while carrying a bone in his mouth.

OK, who let him on the field?

This dog may not actually have a soccer ball, but his enthusiasm for just being on the field is just too cute to not include.

Pop Rocks Jell-O shots are the most fun 4th of July cocktail ever

Patriotic Pop Rocks Shots

To make these snazzy little shots even better, I stuck rock candies into the Jell-O shots, which almost look like fireworks popping out of the Jell-O. The best part about these is how easy they are to make. All you need is a little chilling time for the Jell-O. These will be a huge hit at your 4th of July party, but just make sure the kids realize they're boozy.

Patriotic Pop Rocks Shots

Patriotic Pop Rocks Jell-O shots recipe

Yields 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O
  • 1/2 cup Smirnoff Light Raspberry Pomegranate vodka
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 6 packages red and blue Pop Rocks
  • 12 red, white or blue rock candy on a stick

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Jell-O, vodka, cold water and boiling water. Whisk until the powder is fully dissolved. Using a spoon, carefully pour the liquid into 12 shot glasses.
  2. Put the shot glasses into the fridge, and chill them for at least 4 hours or until set.
  3. Once set, fill a shallow bowl with water. Carefully sprinkle a few Pop Rocks into another shallow bowl. (You want to sprinkle just a few at a time; otherwise they'll clump.) Working quickly, dip the tops of the shots into the water and then into the Pop Rocks.
  4. Once the rims have been coated, stick a red, white or blue rock candy inside, and serve.

After being released from the hospital, Tracy Morgan was transferred to a rehab facility where he will stay for a few weeks.

According to Morgan's rep, the 30 Rock star has been slowly improving but will have to undergo a long-term recovery for his extensive accident injuries.

Tracy Morgan leg amputation rumors are fabricated >>

"Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks. While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go," the rep said is a statement. "He and [fiancée] Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him."

Morgan was in critical condition following a serious six-car accident in New Jersey on June 7. He suffered a badly broken leg, a broken nose and broken ribs. His friend and fellow comedian James McNair was killed in the crash. While initially Morgan was in bad shape, several days after being in intensive care he was upgraded to fair condition.

Tracy Morgan crash: Truck driver plays the victim >>

Chronicling his progress on her Facebook page, Morgan's fiancée posted a message to fans, saying, "All your prayers helped- moving forward- stable & fair condition, but the journey continues... #faith."

Meanwhile, Kevin Roper, the truck driver who slammed into Morgan's limo, causing the fatal crash, was believed to be speeding prior to the accident. However, he has pleaded not guilty and his attorney released a statement expressing his sympathy for McNair's family and "heartfelt wishes for a full recovery of those who suffered injuries in the accident."

UNICEF made Selena Gomez realize she is living in a bubble

Selena Gomez may be a successful actress and singer, but has learned it is important to do what she can to help others. Gomez has signed on as an ambassador for UNICEF, and spent time in Nepal last month for the organization.

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift make up >>

"It was beautiful. It was spiritual," Gomez told ABC News. "I never showered, ever, because I was in the field every day and it just felt like I was removed, completely, from my bubble that I live in. And it was incredible."

The actress added that the trip put her life in perspective, and has helped her cherish different things than she did before.

"I'm living in a bubble," she admitted. "I think essentially most people are when they're constantly on their phones or when they're constantly thinking of their everyday [lives]. You tend to easily forget how incredible it is that we have a roof over our heads right now. I mean, I was visiting with children who were trying to beg their parents for a toilet. And we're complaining we've got to do stuff every day."

Gomez not only has the stress of celebrity and a successful career to deal with, but her on-again, off-again relationship with Justin Bieber has gotten to her in the past.

She said that working with UNICEF is helping her understand what people all over the world are going through. She explained, "I consume all of this energy from the world, essentially, that it's like a pressure and it's a sense of focusing on certain things that are totally not what this world is about. And it was good for me, and it's healthy and I love being able to do that for my fans, because then they can see what is going on in the world. They're now knowing. They now know where Nepal is. Maybe before they didn't. I didn't. It's learning with them, it's growing, it's channeling all of the right energy into something that actually matters in the world."

Selena Gomez takes power back: How does she define power? >>

Besides her role with UNICEF, Gomez is staying busy with her career. She said it is the thing she lives for every day.

"I love structure, I love being able to work, but you have to understand what it means to, like, take a break, and that's what my problem is," Gomez explained. "I have people saying 'Have fun!' You know, like be able to just enjoy where I am. But I want to do a lot, though. I love what I do. I'm obsessed with what I do."

Food recall: Velveeta recalled in 12 states

Hold the queso.

Kraft Foods has recalled 260 cases of Velveeta cheese that were sold at Walmart stores in 12 states. If you bought that chunk of packaged glory in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota or Wisconsin, listen up.

The consumer package code for the recalled batch of Velveeta is 021000611614. If your package has a date stamp of "17 DEC 2014," and a time frame between 10:54 and 14:35, put it aside.

Potentially tainted cheese should be returned to the Walmart where it was purchased. Customers will receive a full refund. You also can contact a Kraft customer relations representative at 800-310-3704.

The brand is notorious for its "Liquid Gold" campaign. Earlier this year, some regions of the country experienced a shortage in the packaged cheese, also known as "cheesapocalypse."

If the recall puts a dent in your weekend plans to catch up on Orange is the New Black or enjoy salsa con queso at a barbecue, fear not — you can always go for the real thing. There are also plenty of other processed cheeses on the market... just hit up the snack aisle at your local grocery store

Kelly Clarkson is one happy new mama. The American Idol Season 1 winner introduced her newborn daughter to the world via social media on Friday.

She wrote, "Here is our beautiful baby girl River Rose; 6lbs 6oz, 18 inches, and the greatest thing on the planet."

Kelly Clarkson is a mom >>

Included in the tweet was a sweet photo of River Rose sleeping in a red baby carriage. Her arms are tucked underneath her chin and she is wearing a delicate baby headband around her crown. She is swaddled in lace and a fuzzy blanket.

Clarkson even gave a shout out to the photographer who captured the memorable moment.

This is the "Miss Independent" singer's first child with husband Brandon Blackstock. He has two children from his first marriage, daughter Savannah, 12, and son Seth, 7. The couple married in late October 2013 at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee.

Justin Guarini finally admits he dated Kelly Clarkson >>

Clarkson's first order of business as a married woman was getting pregnant and starting her family unit. In fact, she announced her pregnancy just a month after getting hitched. It was a dream come true for the singer.

Before her wedding last fall, she told Access Hollywood, "We're getting married soon — like really soon — and I already told him that when we're past the wedding, I want a baby. I was like, 'That's my Christmas present that you can give me.'"

That's exactly what she received — a beautiful baby girl.

Jennifer Lopez: I turned Ben Affleck into a movie star

The phenomenon known as Bennifer seems like such a distant memory. But one-half of the duo, Jennifer Lopez, still thinks about her relationship with Ben Affleck. In fact, Lopez told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that she feels responsible for Ben Affleck turning from a mildly successful actor into the movie star he is today — all because of some fashion advice.

10 Things we learned from JLo's A.K.A. >>

"I did kind of, like, say, 'You're a movie star, you should wear a suit. You should do this with your hair.' For sure," JLo explained. "He was into it! He didn't do anything he didn't want to do."

Lopez added, "He had some good moments, some good fashion moments when he was with me."

The singer has been busy all week — she performed for Good Morning America on Friday morning, June 20, just days after performing at the opening day of the World Cup in Brazil.

"It's electric inside that stadium on opening day. They cannot wait," she said. "It was just an amazing performance, and doing it with Pitbull, who is like my brother, we were just like two little kids [asking], 'What are we doing here?'"

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony: Finally divorced >>

Although Lopez finds herself alone again — she and boyfriend Casper Smart recently broke up — she said she is staying busy with work and her twins Max and Emme.

"It's always a juggling act. Every working mom out there knows what it's like," she said. "You know you put your kids first and everything kind of falls in line behind that, and you do the best you can."

Felon's mug shot proves women still have a thing for bad boys

Hot Felon

Photo credit: Stockton Police Department via Facebook

It's a prison tat. And it's not the only one he's got either. The 30-year-old convicted felon who was recently arrested in Stockton, California, on weapons charges has prison tattoos all over his (gorgeously tan, smooth) skin.

But that hasn't stopped the ladies from looking. When the police posted Meeks' mug shot on their Facebook page to raise awareness of the crime and arrest, they were deluged with thousands of comments about how hot he was. His picture was shared 8,000 times and garnered nearly 70,000 likes. Comments included:

Hot Felon Facebook Comments

This is an internet orgy the likes of which we haven't seen since Ryan Gosling took off his shirt and launched a thousand memes. Many comments were just women tagging their girlfriends so they could come check him out too. And no one seemed at all deterred by the fact that he's married with a kid or by the lack of anonymity on Facebook even though the police description clearly says he's part of a new, active gang implicated in multiple shootings in the area.

Clearly we have a thing for bad boys and we're not ashamed of it. And it's not just bored women on Facebook. A 2013 study found that when shown two different types of hot men, college women almost always preferred the men with the personality traits of narcissism, psychopathy and Machiavellism, known as "the Dark Triad." Psychologists tried to explain the results by saying it's likely a combo of evolutionary history and the "used car salesman ability" of the men to sell themselves.

But not everyone was so taken. Some people hoped that he would use his new-found fame to start an honest career in acting or modeling (becoming a Calvin Klein underwear model was suggested a lot) while others pointed out that iron bars and an obvious gang affiliation were definite mood killers. Not to mention his $900,000 bail.

Eh, we'll pass.

"Hey Girl" memes inspired by #PrisonBae

In case you aren't up to date on all things "prison hottie:" 30-year-old Jeremy Meeks was recently arrested during a police gang sweep and booked on five felony weapons charges. But of course all the World Wide Web saw was that chiseled jaw and ice-blue eyes. His mug shot quickly went viral and now he's officially being called #prisonbae. We're so vain.

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. So for every bit of sweetness, sensitivity and feminism that Ryan Gosling brought to the meme world, we've inserted some Jeremy Meeks-esque danger and thrill to indulge in the bad boy fetish.

Hey girl, this is a gun in my pocket and also I'm happy to see you.

Hey girl, what's your pin?

Hey girl, two words: conjugal visit.

Hey girl, I missed your birthday. Wanna arrest me?

Hey girl, I'd rather break the law than break your heart.

Hey girl, would that guy kill for you? I didn't think so.

Hey girl, put your hands where I can't see 'em.

Hey girl, I have the right to remain silent but our love is too loud for that.

Hey girl, your smile's so beautiful it should be outlawed.

Hey girl, wanna use me to piss off your dad?

Hey girl, yes your love will change me.

Hey girl, feel my sweater. Do you know what it's made of? I don't know, it's stolen.

There's just something about a bad boy, amiright?

Demi Lovato lost her dad a year ago, and took to Twitter on Friday to honor him in the best way she could.

The photos Lovato posted were taken of her and her dad Patrick when she was a little girl. Patrick Lovato died on June 22, 2013 at the age of 54. Although no cause was given for his death, he had reportedly been diagnosed with cancer, according to E! News.

Lovato has been very open about her battles with mental illness and addiction, and used the occasion to share that her dad struggled with his mental health as well.

The pop singer and her dad hadn't talked much in recent years, and she only revealed after his death he had been dealing with his own issues. After he died, she told Good Morning America, "I've dealt with mental illnesses, and my father also dealt with mental illness. He wasn't able to function in society very well," she said. "I'm handling it OK. My father and I didn't have the most ideal relationship. But at the end of the day, he's still my dad. I grew up with him, and he's a wonderful person."

Sorry, but Pantene's "Not Sorry" video misses the mark

0

A look at Pantene's new "Not Sorry" ad

Pantene took a page out of Dove's book with its new "Not Sorry" ad by playing on women's insecurities. The video depicts women saying sorry at work, at home and in the bedroom, and then it urges women not to be sorry but to "be strong and shine on." It strives to empower women with the message that we don't need to undermine who we are or what we do by constantly apologizing.

When I watched the video, I thought, "Oh, my God, that's totally me!" I've said "sorry" in every scenario depicted in the video. And countless more times when maybe it wasn't warranted.

But is that a bad thing?

I'd rather apologize for something I didn't do wrong and err on the side of civility. Sometimes, "sorry" lets me be assertive or get my point across without the guilt or pushy stereotype.

For example, I'd rather say "sorry" (even though I'm not) when asking the waiter — for the third time — for a soda refill than have him spit in my drink. But a lot of times, I really am sorry. Did I feel remorse when I apologized to the woman in the checkout line behind me because I had so many items? Yeah. I hate it when I'm in a hurry, and someone in front of me takes forever.

We as women tend to feel bad when we think we're stepping on toes, getting in the way or asking for help. Apologizing isn't always necessary, but it can be a symbol of graciousness and endearment, not always weakness and defeat.

There is nothing wrong with being sorry for being rude (like interrupting the presenter in a work meeting), inconsiderate (like hogging the covers) or when it just means being the bigger person (like when someone steals your armrest).

Deleting the unwarranted "sorry" from your vocabulary in the workplace couldn't hurt if it helps others to view you as more expressive. But you can be apologetic and also powerful. If you're a rude tyrant, no one will respect you. I've had several female bosses who were sensitive, kindhearted and understanding, yet they were also driven, smart, confident, authoritative and demanded respect.

What's next — are we going to be commanded to stop saying please, thank you and excuse me? Perhaps Pantene thought they could just cling to the coattails of popular movements like #banbossy, but suggesting that women who apologize were not strong and powerful was a total miss on their part. Sorry, Pantene. I'm not buying it.

It's not often that a mug shot of a regular citizen goes viral, but that is exactly what happened in Stockton, California. Jeremy Meeks was arrested, along with four other gang members, as a part of a sting called Operation Ceasefire.

The city was dealing with a rise in robberies and shootings and the convicted felon was allegedly a part of those series of crimes. While he has insisted he is innocent, he is also enjoying his 15 minutes of fame.

Cindy Crawford may be the most important supermodel of our time, but is looking to the next generation of models — and that includes her own offspring. Crawford has happily taken on her main role of mom, and said she is OK if her kids decide to follow in her footsteps.

Cindy Crawford was accidentally in bed with George Clooney >>

But her children, 14-year-old Presley and 12-year-old Kaia, haven't yet decided if they'd like to start their careers this early.

"My son would not be comfortable since [he] wants to surf and hang out like a total teenage boy," Crawford told Us Weekly. "My daughter likes it a little bit more, but she's 12."

But Crawford said she is looking forward to the day when one of them, or both of them, decides modeling may be the way to go. And although many celebs wouldn't wish the lifestyle on anyone — especially their kids — Crawford will be supportive if they decide it's for them.

"I could help guide her and help her navigate," she explained. "I had a great experience and managed to avoid a lot of the pitfalls of the fashion business. So if she did want to do it, I could be her stage mom!"

If you don't want your daughter to turn out like celebrity train wrecks, read this >>

Crawford is two years away from her 50th birthday, and understands the industry is completely different now than it was in the late '80s, when she rose to fame. She said, "They have this whole social media platform that we did not have, and they have that direct relationship with their fans, which is great. I think, for our generation, it wasn't until House of Style that took us from being two-dimensional to where we could show our personality."

Crawford has been married to her husband Rande Gerber for 15 years, and until she can take on the role of stage mom, she is happy to promote her beauty brand and be a mom and wife.

North West travels with nannies, not Kim and Kanye

Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West the worst parents ever? That's what social media critics are claiming because their daughter North West is traveling without them.

TMZ shared exclusive photos of the 1-year-old traveling in style on a first-class flight from New York City to Los Angeles. However, her parents were nowhere to be seen. The baby girl was traveling with nannies, Kanye's aunt, an assistant, a nurse and a security guard. Lots of chaperones, but no mommy and daddy.

Annie Leibovitz said she never agreed to shoot Kimye wedding >>

In fact, Kardashian and West weren't even traveling together. Kardashian flew with North to New York, but then traveled on to France alone. West was in France and then he took off to Miami. The family of three was all over the globe, but not anywhere near each other for more than a day.

This isn't the first time North has been left with family members or staff. When their daughter was an infant, the newlyweds traveled to Paris Fashion Week and left their daughter with grandmother Kris Jenner.

Production may have just begun on Star Wars: Episode VII, but Disney isn't resting on its laurels yet. Variety reports that director Rian Johnson is in talks to write and direct episodes VIII and IX.

The announcement comes on the heels of Disney announcing plans for two Star Wars spinoff films, which will hit theaters between episodes.

Johnson made sci-fi waves in 2012 with his time-travel action flick Looper. The film starred Joseph Gordon-Levitt as a young Bruce Willis, forced to face the mob after they send his older self back in time to be murdered.

Few details are known about the spinoffs, with Disney explaining only that it will focus on individual Star Wars characters. Spinoffs have become somewhat of a recent craze in Hollywood, the most notable trendsetter being the X-Men franchise, which has produced two Wolverine films and the just-announced Channing Tatum vehicle Gambit.

Director Gareth Edwards (Godzilla) is signed on to direct the first as-yet-untitled Star Wars spinoff, which is slated for release in 2016, with director Josh Trank (Chronicle) set to direct the second stand-alone project for 2018.

Megan Fox feels strongly that her life and worry level will never be the same now that she's a mom. The beauty, seen here doing reshoots for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in April, has opened up to Parents magazine about having two under age 2 and all the guilt that entails.

"Before you have kids, you really do not understand how much work it is and how consuming it is," the mother of 20-month-old Noah and 4-month-old Bodhi (and stepmom to husband Brian Austin Green's 12-year-old son Kassius) explained. "And then you have one and you're like, 'Oh my God, my baby is my whole world.' Every moment of the day is dedicated to this one baby, and then all of a sudden you have two babies!"

Megan Fox and more hot celebrity moms with tattoos >>

Fox, who has a no-TV policy with her young boys, went on to share, "I have to figure out how to incorporate Noah into the process and have him help me take care of Bodhi and make sure he doesn't get jealous and make sure nobody's neglected and everybody's needs are being met. As a mom, it's hard because I don't feel like I'm ever giving either one of them 100 percent of my attention or 100 percent of myself, so I carry a lot of guilt."

When she's torn between paying attention to both of them, the Transformers star said, she wonders, "Do they each understand how special they are and how much I love them? And are they understanding that they're unique?"

She added, "It's hard to make each one feel like an individual when you have to raise them together and manage them together all of the time."

"I had no idea how worried I was going to be for the rest of my life," the stunner surrounded by boys also shared. "From the moment I gave birth to Noah, that was the first time I was like, 'I love something so much that I will never be the same again.' I will never be relaxed again, because I will always be worried about him and hoping that he is OK and safe and happy."

As for work, Fox plans to keep her roles to a bare minimum in order to alleviate some of the guilt she's feeling for not being by her boys' side.

"I have to make one movie a year because I have to invest in their future and I have to be able to pay their way through college and be able to provide for them," she explained. "I'm looking for movies that will shoot in Los Angeles, for projects where I'm part of an ensemble so I can shoot in and out in 10-20 days. It's all about trying to spend as little time away from my kids as possible."

What advice can you offer Megan Fox to conquer the mommy guilt?

Choreographer Yanis Marshall just can't get enough of Beyoncé. But really, who can?

Petition against Beyoncé & Blue Ivy's hair is a mockery of Change.org >>

The French dancer has posted a video of an in-studio dance rehearsal of the routine he performed with Arnaud Boursain and and Mehdi Mamine on the final show of this season's Britain's Got Talent, and it's pretty amazing. While most women have a hard time even walking in stilettos, these guys have no problem rocking out some moves that would make even Beyoncé jealous — while wearing spike-heeled boots.

"Don't you just love a Beyonce medley?!! Yes.. I just can't stop Choreographing to her music!!! This was our last rehearsal for the Final live show of Britain's Got Talent with my boys Arnaud Boursain and Mehdi Mamine," Marshall wrote on his YouTube channel. "We were lucky to have gone all the way through to the Final show! And we had so much fun performing everytime!"

Check out the boys' epic performance and Marshall's envy-inducing legs:

Marshall and his crew have a very special talent for paying tribute to some of our favorite female pop icons. They also filmed a video to the Spice Girls' "Wannabe."

And Lana Del Rey's "Brite Lites."

And Lady Gaga's hit "Applause."

The awesome trio didn't win this season, but Marshall seems satisfied for now that his video has gone viral. The dancer posted a tweet to Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell today. Cowell is notorious for being very blunt in his criticisms on the show, and an angry fan even pelted him with eggs last summer.

This is not the first talent show video to go viral. Back in March, an Italian nun shocked viewers and judges with her angelic rendition of Alicia Keys' "No One" on her country's version of The Voice, and her performance got more than 53 million views on YouTube.

Challenge: drop the negative talk

Why? Life's too short to be your own worst enemy. Embrace your imperfections and focus on the positive.

Kerry: Only speak about myself in kind words for an entire day? Should be easy, right? Turns out I really struggled with this task. In fact, on the first day I made an attempt but blew it by 7 a.m. when I wrote something snarky on social media about my writing talents. What's a sarcastic girl to do? Well, I realized this might be a behavior I need to be a little more mindful about, so I actually wrote a reminder on my hand. I've discovered I need some work in this area, and I need to give myself more credit.

Chaton: For me, being a mom has meant traveling a road that has had lots of ups and downs. It has meant having an enormous responsibility for which I have received no formal training. And I have made a lot of mistakes. Once, I was on my way to church and I lost control of my stroller and it went bouncing down a set of steps. Last Mother's Day, I went to check on my daughter after a nap and she had taken off her diaper and smeared poop all over her crib. During my daughter's second week of preschool I tripped over a crack in the sidewalk while holding my daughter and dropped her.

The combination of all of these mistakes and my desire to do a good job makes me anxious, a lot. I found this challenge very difficult. Purging myself of these thoughts proved to be impossible. However, I did become more conscious of these thoughts and tried really hard not to say them out loud. Since it was Mother's Day weekend, practicing self-kindness seemed really appropriate. And, I think that becoming more conscious did make me feel a little better. Also, I tried to focus on my children, who never fail to make me smile.
