Former Bachelor Juan Pablo is slowly getting closer to saying "I love you" in public to girlfriend and show-winner Nikki Ferrell after using the word "love" about his sweetie on Instagram.

Jef Holm: Bachelor star Juan Pablo is super-sleazy >>

Posting a cute photo of Ferrell at work, Galavis captioned the image of his non-fiancé with, "Mi Catira @nikki_ferrell LOVES her JOB and thats ONE of the things I LOVE about her... #NikkiTheNurse."

In the photo, Ferrell stands with her back to the camera at the Children's Mercy Hospital and Clinics wearing her blond hair in a cute bun. The pretty nurse is wearing a T-shirt that reads, "PEDIATRICS... our patients are cuter than your patients."

Best quotes on Juan Pablo from The Bachelor's Chris Harrison >>

Just a few days ago, Us Weekly reported that Galavis had actually finally said "I love you" to Ferrell after having refused to do so on several recent occasions. According to a source, the Venezuelan hunk finally uttered the three magic words to his sweetheart. "They Skype and text every day and are in constant contact," the source added.

As fans of the show know, Galavis famously refused to tell Ferrell he loved her while on The Bachelor's After the Final Rose special last month. Host Chris Harrison pressed the 32-year-old father of one to share his feelings for his chosen winner, but he said he didn't think it necessary to profess his love for all to hear.

Since then, Galavis has posted a slew of photos of himself and Ferrell on his social accounts, depicting the couple in various venues such as at a wedding and on a night out in Las Vegas. Galavis also shared a telling photo of the couple standing in front of the MGM Grand's Wedding Chapel.

Week 6: Naomi

the camera

Week 6 of The Face finally brought a victory for our own SheKnows blogger Afiya Bennett.

This week's episode was amazing! Team Naomi struggled in the past weeks by losing to Team Anne. Although we fought very hard, we were unable to pull through and win the campaign.

This week's campaign was to shoot an androgynous love story for American Elle. The winners of this campaign's story would be featured on Elle.com. The opportunity to shoot for Elle magazine is one many models don't ever reach in their career.

Week 6 of The Face

This campaign showed the rigorousness of the competition and that no one should rest on their laurels. We had the honor of working with drag queen RuPaul. Not only does he have an amazing personality, but he also gave us great direction in terms of stepping into our characters, Bob and Mike. RuPaul pushed me by making me role-play with him to step into character. He is hilarious!

Afiya blogs week 4 >>

In previous weeks I was criticized for looking too harsh, so I definitely needed to use that to help me win. Being in a campaign with Naomi Campbell versus taking her direction from the side was very different. It was extremely intimidating, and I didn't want to get lost or overshadowed in the images.

I think the story line Naomi created and looking like a boy helped me step into character. While Team Naomi was shooting, there was definitely a great vibe. We took great direction from the photographer and were able to pull through some amazing images. Thankfully, Team Naomi's story was loved, allowing us to win the campaign.

Afiya blogs week 2 >>

I was so excited we were finally able to pull through and take home a win. This victory allowed both Felisa and me to be safe from elimination, and our personal profiles and love story with Naomi Campbell will be featured on Elle.com. Please be sure to check us out.

#BossyIs turns the camera on boys

What happens when you interview a group of boys on what the word bossy means to them?

When we first caught wind of Lean In author Sheryl Sandberg's Ban Bossy campaign a few weeks ago, it got us asking: What do little girls think of the word bossy?

How boys feel about the word bossy

And once we heard their answers — and that most of them didn't really have a problem with the word — the #BossyIs campaign was born. So what did we do next? Ask our boys what they thought bossy meant, of course.

Hear what they have to say in their own words.

{{ ooyala({"embedId":{"BiaDZ4bDqGqBRyr9aCjhRddViZwXQdw8":"BiaDZ4bDqGqBRyr9aCjhRddViZwXQdw8"},"adSetCode":"","width":"","height":"","_token":"b5a63ba36fdd461cda8c5760ff73fd33b8b10385"}) }}

So what did we learn? First, and maybe most importantly, if you want to know what your kids are thinking, ask them. Make it into an event — come up with interview questions, schedule a time and place to conduct your interview and turn on the camera. Don't worry about whether you use your cell phone, a video camera or an old Super 8 camera (though if you have a Super 8, we'd love to get our hands on that footage).

The point is, get your kids talking, keep the conversation going and hear them out. That way, we go from banning words to redefining them.

Here's what we asked our kids:

  • What does bossy mean to you?
  • What would you do if someone called you bossy?
  • How is being a leader different from being bossy?
  • Can both boys and girls be bossy?
  • What do you want to be when you grow up?

Emma Stone is one big super-fan of the Spice Girls. We all learned this when The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actress was caught mid-interview crying over Mel B, one-fifth of her favorite girl group ever.

But now the 25-year-old star is freaking out over another Spice Girl and her name is Mel C. During the European promotional trail for the upcoming comic blockbuster, Emma and her costar Andrew Garfield stopped by London radio's Capital Breakfast show.

Is Emma Stone's fate sealed in The Amazing Spider-Man 2? >>

After having a Spice Girls sing-off to their hit song "Stop," the radio DJs surprised the actress with an appearance via Facetime from none other than Sporty Spice. Stone's eyes budged out and she even let out a scream when the iPad made its way toward her. Let your Spice Girls fandom free, Emma!

Mel C apologized for having the Spice Girls hijack so much of her promotional trail, but Emma wasn't all too upset. "I'm so happy about it. You have no idea. I don't want to be hijacked by anyone else," she said with a smile from ear to ear. "This is so great."

Nude selfie of Emma Stone is fake! Well, maybe >>

But Sporty Spice also had a little message for Stone. "I spoke to Emma earlier," she said, referencing Baby Spice, who is Stone's favorite out of the fivesome. "She said she still has all of her baby doll dresses if you ever want to come around and try them on."

"It is so nice to meet you," Stone gushed before wrapping up the conversation with the Spice Girl. After all the laughs and giggles, Stone thanked the DJs for setting up what looked like the best Facetime conversation of her life.

Just last week, Stone admitted on Jimmy Kimmel Live that she's such a super-fan of the Spice Girls that she even knows how to copy each of their autographs.

The wait is over for fans of the nostalgic show Boy Meets World after Disney released the first sneak peek into the new spin-off series, Girl Meets World.

The popular '90s sitcom has come back in the shape of a new series featuring the iconic lovesick couple, Cory and Topanga, as grown-up parents with a daughter. In the trailer we see Riley (played by Rowan Blanchard) as she tries to sneak out the window with a pal when her dad, Cory (Ben Savage), comes in from outside to stop them.

INTERVIEW: Girl Meets World cast talks Boy Meets World >>

"How long do I have to live in my father's world?" Riley asks her dad after being scolded. "Until you make it yours!" Cory replies.

The series will follow Cory and Topanga's daughter as she navigates the tribulations of middle school and being a preteen. Riley's friend Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) is also introduced in the preview, who will be like Shawn Hunter (Rider Strong) was to Riley's dad, Cory.

Old characters from the original series that will also make appearances include Strong himself, and Betsy Randle as Cory's mom and William Russ as Cory's dad, who will stop by for a holiday episode. William Daniels will come back as Mr. Feeny in the pilot episode.

Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel sign on for Girl Meets World >>

Minkus (Lee Norris) — the nerd who went missing for four years after Cory and Topanga willed him to disappear — is also coming back to the new series as a guest character.

"I've had a great time being back on set with some of my old friends," Norris told E! News. "It still amazes me how many people love and remember Minkus, and I'm excited for the fans to catch up with him after all these years."

Girl Meets World will premiere this summer on the Disney Channel with a first-season order of 21 episodes.

Although the MTV Movie Awards aren't exactly known as a musical platform, they sure have a great musical lineup this year. Added to the list is Eminem and Rihanna, joining the award show to sing their song, "Monster."

2014 MTV Movie Awards predictions: Will JLaw be the queen? >>

According to MTV, the performance will be the first time they have performed the song together live. "Monster" is featured on Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP 2, and has already made it to the top of the charts. Just last week, Eminem and Rihanna released a behind-the-scenes clip of the filming of the music video, which features clips from earlier in Eminem's career.

"Redoing this scene actually brings back no memories for me because I don't remember it," Eminem joked to MTV.

Previously-announced performers for the 2014 MTV Movie Awards include twenty one pilots and Ellie Goulding with Zedd. The presenters list is also full of plenty of stars, both in the music and movie world. The casts of Entourage and The Other Woman will be on hand, as will Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort, the stars of The Fault In Our Stars.

MTV Movie Awards: The 2014 nominees are…>>

The MTV Movie Awards will also be honoring numerous important actors in Hollywood. Mark Wahlberg will be receiving the Generations Award, and Channing Tatum will be honored with the Trailblazer Award. The MTV Movie Awards will also be honoring Paul Walker, an actor who lost his life last year.

"Paul Walker was a role model for the MTV audience since the very beginning of his too-short career," said MTV president, Stephen Friedman. "Paul's humanity and kindness clearly showed through every role. We're honored to be able to spend a moment in this year's Movie Awards to celebrate him."

The show will be hosted by everyone's favorite red-headed late-night host, Conan O'Brien, and will air Sunday, April 13 on MTV.

Hilary Duff and husband reportedly call off divorce

Hilary Duff and her husband, Mike Comrie, are a pretty confusing couple — so much so that it appears they don't even know what they want. After announcing their divorce only a few months ago, they have reportedly decided to stay together.

Aaron Carter wants to "get back to" Hilary Duff >>

That decision reportedly came after a vacation to the Bahamas back in February, where they fell back in love with each other, according to a report by Radar Online. The trip was meant to be a place where the couple talked about the details of their divorce and custody agreements for their son, Luca, but apparently it became more romantic (but really, who goes to such a romantic location just to talk about breaking up?).

"Once they were together with their son Luca in the Caribbean, it got emotional and real," a source reportedly told Radar Online. "Mike broke down and begged Hilary for a second chance."

Duff gave birth to Luca only two years ago, and the couple announced their split in January (they were married in 2010). Although they have been spending time together, it seems to be for the sake of their son.

The source continued by saying that Duff and Comrie "hooked up" while in the Bahamas, and he asked her to give him a second chance.

Duff will soon be working on a new album, as well as starring in a new show, Younger. She has reportedly asked her husband, who is a former hockey player, to take on more parenting duties while she returns to work.

Us Weekly reported that the initial split was because "she felt he didn't put enough effort into the relationship."

Duff was seen out in Hollywood on Wednesday, April 9, but was not wearing her wedding ring. The couple has not yet commented on a possible reconciliation.

Lena Dunham is known for being proud of who she is, so it may come as a surprise that she learned something very disappointing about herself when she was younger. The Girls star was accepting an award for working with LGBTQ youth this week when she talked about her childhood and growing up in a tolerant environment.

VIDEO: Lena Dunham gets naked for Saturday Night Live >>

Identifying with those around her left her wanting for even more, and she revealed that, "It was actually a huge disappointment for me, when I came of age and realized I was sexually attracted to men. So when my sister came out, I thought, 'Thank God, someone in this family can truly represent my passions and beliefs.'"

Dunham explained that she and her family grew up in a very open community where no one ever felt ashamed of who they were.

"We were raised in an environment — the art world of downtown Manhattan — where no one hid their sexual orientation," she explained. "I was always very jealous of any child who had two dads."

Dunham also revealed she always felt connected with the community while she was growing up.

"I have always felt a strong emotional connection to members of the LGBTQ community," Dunham told a group at the Point Foundation's New York Honors Gala on Monday, according to Vanity Fair. "My sister Grace coming out as a gay woman at age 17 was a huge turning point for me in my understanding of the issues facing LGBTQ people."

How do you promote a free coffee at McDonalds? Hire famous employees. That's exactly what the fast food franchise did this week to promote their new event, "Make Friends With McCafé."

The national campaign offers guests a free cup of coffee during breakfast hours at any local McDonald's through to April 13. To get everyone excited about the promotion, the company brought on TV personalities Ross Mathews and Wendy Williams to surprise morning commuters in Los Angeles who hit their drive-thru window on Monday.

Williams greeted her customers with her signature phrase, "How you doin'?" before they ordered their food. Mathews was recognized almost instantaneously by almost every drive-thru guest as he went to collect their money at the register. The E! host was even greeted with a few "wows" by unsuspecting McDonald's clients who weren't expecting a famous face at the fast food joint.

Williams did a great job of making one woman feel great so early in the morning by commenting, "Look how glamorous you are!"

It looks like the two celebs had fun with the event, with Mathews enthusiastically exclaiming, "I'm giving away coffee!"

Wendy Williams trashes Paula Deen as "stupid" >>

The promotion also didn't stop fans from making it a social media moment by whipping out their smartphones to take selfies to post to Instagram and Twitter. This is probably the only time they will see two talk show hosts working at McDonald's.

Why we're disappointed with Letterman's replacement, Stephen Colbert

Is it just us or was today's announcement that Stephen Colbert was taking over for David Letterman an uninspired choice? It's not that the Comedy Central host isn't talented, but we were looking for someone more exciting.

After all of the rumors, it was announced on Thursday that The Colbert Report host was going to take over for the retiring Letterman in 2015. While CBS president and CEO, Les Moonves, praised the choice because it "speaks to our commitment of upholding what he [Letterman] established for CBS in late night," the pick is pretty safe for the network.

Stephen Colbert takes David Letterman's spot on Late Show >>

It keeps the late-night talk show scene exactly the same with a heavy male talk show host presence. Outside of Arsenio Hall, all of the men are also Caucasian. CBS couldn't find one woman in the bunch? Names like Ellen DeGeneres and Chelsea Handler were floated around, but it looks like Colbert came out to be the big winner.

While the comedian is known for his satirical character on The Colbert Report, he has promised he will just be himself on the show. It just doesn't seem like it adds any excitement to the late-night scenery. Immediately following Late Night is Craig Ferguson's show, which features his edgy sense of humor, so CBS' lineup will definitely be for a specific audience.

Top 10 funny ladies we want to replace David Letterman >>

With NBC and ABC featuring the amiable Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel respectively, perhaps a more charming personality like Neil Patrick Harris would have been the perfect fit for the 11:30 p.m. time slot? With CBS' official choice, it will definitely be status quo for the late-night viewer.

What do you think of Stephen Colbert replacing David Letterman?

Tosh.0 production assistant mistakenly shot and killed

A Hollywood dream ended in a nightmare on Monday for a temporary production assistant who worked for the comedy show, Tosh.0. Thirty-year-old John Winkler was shot and killed by Los Angeles County Sheriff deputies after they mistakenly identified him as a stabbing suspect.

Winkler had gone to his neighbor's apartment on Monday after he heard screaming. Inside the unit were three people being held captive at knifepoint. The deceased had been running out of the apartment with one of the other victims when he was accidentally shot.

Oops! Louis C.K. wasn't defending Daniel Tosh after all >>

According to the sheriff department's official statement, "As deputies continued attempts to contact the people in the apartment, the apartment door suddenly opened and a male victim came rushing out. He was covered in blood and bleeding profusely from the neck. Simultaneously, Victim Winkler ran out of the door, lunging at the back of the fleeing victim. Both ran directly at the deputies. Winkler was similar to the description of the suspect and was wearing a black shirt. Believing Winkler was the assailant and the assault was ongoing and he would attack the entry team; three deputies fired their duty weapons at him."

The victim had moved to Los Angeles about six months ago from Washington state to pursue a career as a producer. His recent gig with the Tosh.0 production was his big step to making his dreams a reality.

Peaches Geldof's Instagram removed after sudden death >>

His aunt, Anne-Marie Van Wart, told the Los Angeles Times, "He was just boisterous and excited, he was just getting his foot in the door of life. Just, the light was right around the corner… and [now] he's gone."

The assailant, Alexander McDonald, was eventually caught and arrested. He's been charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of torture. He's being held on $4 million bail.

There has been no official announcement from Daniel Tosh or producers of the show, but West Hollywood Councilman Jeff Prang said, "This was already a tragic situation but this makes it all the more tragic."

Normally quite a happy couple, Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge have been pitted against each other in fierce competition — and Kate emerged as queen of the ocean.

The Duchess ruled the waves as the couple took the helms of two separate America's Cup yachts with the New Zealand sailing teams around Auckland Harbor, and despite the somewhat unfavorable weather Kate handily took the lead in both races.

Kate showed up in a navy double-breasted blazer from Zara, a navy and white Breton-striped top by Me + Em, her trusty skinny jeans and her favorite navy wedges in the Corkswoon style from Stuart Weitzman. She later removed her blazer and changed into more sensible boat shoes — another favorite, the Bala style slip-on from Sebago.

Both Will and Kate are keen sailors, but the Prince's boat had some technical difficulties that left the team at a disadvantage, including problems with the spinnaker sail.

PHOTOS: Prince George makes new friends at royal playdate >>

"William was a bit nervous at the start. These boats are very powerful and he just wanted to get on the grinder (sail winch) to begin with," explained skipper Eric Haagh.

"When we wiped out because of the problem with the sail we were near to some rocks and William said 'that'll be a good photo.' William was a good sailor but Kate pushed us around into a bad position. She did very well. William was very competitive right from the start — he didn’t want to lose. When Kate won both the races he just said 'at least she'll be happy.'"

The victories were Kate's revenge for losing to Wills in a dragon boat competition during their 2011 tour of Canada.

In 1903, the Good Housekeeping Everyday Cook Book published a recipe for a sandwich that included all the ingredients plus a slice of turkey. Nowadays, a BLT is just a classic sandwich comprised of bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, with a slathering of mayonnaise. But it's not just a sandwich it's become a stepping-stone for making pasta, salads and more.

Listen, don't lecture

As mom to a child with Down syndrome, I've met dozens of women walking a similar path of guilt, joy, fear, hope, despair and frustration. The last thing I need is a smackdown from the mom who has been there, tackled that problem and will share her wisdom until her laptop battery dies or she gets laryngitis (which, FYI, never happens).

I once attended an event for new parents of a child with Down syndrome. A "veteran" parent stood up at one point and said, "I know every single one of you has speech for your child already, right?" It was intimidating and annoying, all at once. She was clearly saying she knew best for our kids, even though she'd just met us — and her speech sounded like she was challenging us to admit fault.

"No one likes a know-it-all," sums up Cheri Foreman, who has a son with Down syndrome. "This road is hard enough without having someone in your own community make you feel bad."

Parents on the giving or receiving end share tips for avoiding becoming the know-it-all mom when it comes to special needs issues, or really any issues.

Know-it-all mom or know-it-all person?

"You'll never convince them that they're wrong."

"I think this is more about personality than circumstances," shares Sara Weiss, who has a son with Down syndrome. "In my experience, people that know everything about how to raise my children also know everything about everything else."

True know-it-alls are unlikely to realize their habit. "I've learned over the years how to tune out and ignore KIAs [know-it-alls]," says Beth Goodman, who has a child with Down syndrome. "There's really no arguing with them — you'll never convince them that they're wrong."

Presentation can be everything

No one likes to feel attacked, and tone can be very different online than in person. "If people say, 'What do I do?' and you have a possible solution, give the advice!" Weiss says. "If people say, 'I'm sad/mad today,' then give them a hug and a glass."

Listen first

"I tend to try to 'feel out' a person before I begin talking about my experience," Goodman shares.

Unsolicited advice can really hit at the wrong moment. Weiss explains, "Sharing good info you've learned about is very different than offering unsolicited advice regarding my kids."

Weiss says a family friend once told her, "I know you are struggling with [your son's] PT. Maybe if you worked less and spent more time working with him, he'd be walking by now. I quit my job because I realized [my daughter] needed way more attention."

Ask, but follow your gut

If you're really not sure whether a person wants feedback or empathy, ask. I've asked, "Do you want me to give you honest feedback or do you want me to give you a hug?" Asking the question clears the air, but beware the person who says, "Oh, of course!" and then shuts down. Watch for body language and know when to back off.

Relate to the issue

"I always try to end a conversation with, 'That's what worked for our family. Try it out or don't — you have to find what works for your family,'" Goodman adds.

Foreman advises an intuitive approach. "Meet me in my moment," she says. She recommends any advice should leave a parent "with hope and a feeling of empowerment, never defeated or scared."

The share-it-all approach

"I... pick and choose what I find helpful and I presume others can do the same."

Larina Pierce is an avid Facebook user and a veteran of prompting and contributing to conversations about issues relating to children with special needs.

"I share it all when I feel like I have anything useful to say," Pierce says. "I've found that sometimes a tiny thing I say actually helps someone in a big way. I'm sure it's annoying at times but my heart is always in the right place."

Pierce says she employs that tactic because as a mom herself, she appreciates when veteran parents share details about their experiences. "I am able to pick and choose what I find helpful and I presume others can do the same."

Jenn Scott has a son with Down syndrome. "I share it all when it comes to areas that I know a lot about. Like the thyroid — I've done a ton of research, and if I can help a family cut those hours spent researching and get right to the root, then great.

"On other subjects I have some experience, sometimes I'll share. Sometimes not. I always put the disclaimer of, 'This worked for [my daughter] or this didn't work for [my son],' and why I feel it did or did not help our situation and what led me to feel we needed to go down a specific avenue."

Kind words always help

Sometimes, we all just need to hear that everything's going to be OK. "I'm fairly certain I fall into the, 'He's going to walk, he won't be 30 [years old] and crawling, I promise' category of advice offerers," says Rebecca Bumgarner, whose son has Down syndrome.

Katey Sagal knows all the best tricks to keep herself looking good and feeling fantastic.

"I take really good care of myself," the 60-year-old actress told ABC News at the FX premiere of Fargo on April 10. "I don't smoke and I don't drink. I sleep a lot, I just think it's an inside job too. I think it's attitude, a lot of it's attitude. I try to have a good one."

That good attitude has kept the former Married... with Children star in good spirits despite Sons of Anarchy, which earned her a Golden Globe win in 2011, heading into its final season.

"I haven't gotten sad, I'm sort of not in that yet," the real-life mother of three explained. "I'm just not thinking about that. I suppose it will get sad. This one I'm sure there will be sad moments, but it has been an amazing ride."

Also helping Sagal look and feel great is mixing her professional and personal lives.

Opening up about sharing the Sons of Anarchy set with creator Kurt Sutter — who just so happens to be her husband of nine years — the woman we love as Gemma Teller Morrow shared, "It's pretty great. I think he's quite brilliant, so it's nice to have that other perspective of your mate, where you are able to just create something together and different than at home talking about kids and being in your married life. I find that fascinating and very sexy."

"I don't know yet [what's next]," the motorcycle mama, who celebrated the milestone birthday on January 19, added of her future. "I have been so blessed and so grateful to have had this job and the previous ones I've had. I feel very fortunate to have been here to have found this and to have [Kurt] write it for me."

Reacting to a suspicious photo she posted on Instagram, Beyoncé was accused of making her legs look slimmer on the image with Photoshop.

Being normally outspoken about how proud she is of her body and curves, the popular star is being criticized for an image she posted that apparently shows her legs a lot slimmer than they really are. Beyoncé's leg images have incited accusations that she used Photoshop to enhance the appearance of her thighs, making them look much different.

The first photo features Beyoncé putting a golf ball from the side, which seems to show her legs the way they normally look.

But then, another Instagram shot has the "XO" singer on a mostly frontal angle, in which her thighs look very skinny and sporting a noticeably large gap between them.

The photos incited many comments from fans, where several of them questioned the authenticity of the image, saying it was retouched and enhanced. One user wrote a comment under the more "natural- looking" photo saying, "You can tell from this picture that the last one is definitely photoshopped... [sic]"
